Was chatting with the character.ai for @xitsensunmoon’s BtHtF Sun as a criocentaur (sheep centaur) oc of mine. Felt an itch to try and draw out one of the scenes that came up.

Mairzy Dotes is a centaur and Dozy Dotes is a cervitaur and they are wives. They have two adoptive sons named Lamzy Divey and A'Kiddley Divey who are a criocentaur and a satyr respectively. They all live in a cottage on the edge of the woods together.

Spooky Month Centaur AU!

An alternate universe in which each Spooky Month character is a Centaur or some sort of "taur" creature. The hoofed, the pawed, the footed, you name it! They have the upper body of themselves, and the lower body of an animal. As you can tell, this is heavily inspired off of Centaurworld. These reflect off of their personalities

Roy is inspired off of the Chestnut Percheron horse. Ross is a melanistic fallow deer. Robert is inspired off of a shepadoodle (German shepherd/poodle mix) .

John is a German Shepherd and Jack being a Alaskan Malamute.

One of my favorites I’ve made to this day is that Wilbur sang Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy) by John Lennon to the younger members when they were babies as a lullaby

Piglins have packs in-game, so Techno is an outlier without an actual pack. He does, however, consider Philza, Niki, tommy, wilbur, tubbo, fundy, and Ranboo as part of his pack!

Eret was the one to make Foolish take an oath of pacifism. It was in one of their past lives, and Foolish can’t remember nowadays why he takes it, but feels too guilty to break it.

Sam is a Creeper-Urmahlullu (lion centaur), Callahan is a Cervitaur (reindeer centaur), Puffy is a Criocentaur (sheep centaur), and George is a Bucentaur (cow centaur - highland cow variety)!

Quackity is a shapeshifter, and Tommy is an adapter (which means he can’t control how he shifts, it’s based on who he spends a significant amount of time with)

^ (continuation) When Tommy was in Pogtopia, he generated smoke out of his body, so he’s got acute asthma as a result. When he was in exile, his skin started turning vantablack and his dreams started turning into screams. When he was with Techno, he started growing tusks - he managed to hide those a whole lot better.

Tubbo is Captainsparklez’s son - and also an Enderdragon hybrid.

The au where everyone are -taurs is so cool! Everyone fits perfectly, and I love the idea that Tubbo’s just a human kid this family picked up. I would love to hear more about it if you want!

Thanks! And sure, I was lowkey planning to throw something Phil centric together tomorrow based on the au as it was so here's some extra stuff I guess.

Phil is Wilbur and Techno's biological father. When he was little, Wilbur tended to get quite upset he couldn't fly like his dad. Techno, on the other hand, always kinda had an 'eh, it is what it is' attitude to it.

They found Tommy when he was very young. They couldn't find any family in the area so Phil decided to let Tommy join them so he would have someone looking out for him. It took a while for them all to warm to each other but by the time he left for the SMP, they were incredibly close.

I had originally considered making Tubbo half sheep (criocentaur) as the son of Schlatt but then it raised the issue of 'well if he's a sheep then why isn't Techno a pig' and I wanted to keep it to the equidae and cervidae families anyway. Still haven't decided how many legs Tubbo's going to end up with though.

Actually no, I think I am kinda leaning towards human to be honest. He and Tommy met in the early days of their time on the SMP. With equine hybrids being uncommon, Tubbo was pretty curious and Tommy was happy to answer his questions to the best of his abilities.

The first time Tommy let Tubbo on his back was during the L'Manburgian War of Independence. They had just fought in an exhausting battle and Tubbo was hurt worse than him so he offered him reprieve without much forethought. The significance of this didn't fully hit them until a few hours later while they recovered. Tubbo was moved to realise his friend trusted him that much. Nowadays, they've reached a point where Tubbo doesn't need words to ask permission.

I thought about how this au would affect Fundy and potentially Sally. They could be a vulpecentuar (fox) and ichthyocentaur (human-horse-fish) respectively. However, for the sake of simplicity, Sally was a shapeshifter who passed down a limited version of her abilities to their humanoid son. Fundy can mimic Wilbur's centaur form for a short while but the form he can maintain the longest/has practiced the most is that of a fox.

Speaking of Fundy, Wilbur had a carrier made that fitted to his side so he could keep an eye on the baby while walking around. The same way babies sometimes can only be soothed by being driven around aimlessly for a while, Fundy could sometimes only be lulled to sleep by Wilbur wandering around for a bit.

Ranboo was either born in the End but grew up in a savannah biome or has lived in a savannah biome since birth. Either way, he met Tommy and Tubbo when they were passing through due to Tommy preferring warmer environments. They made camp nearby and after quickly befriending them, Ranboo trailed along with them. Tommy is lowkey annoyed that even Ranboo is taller than him.
