J&A were my second favourite couple after TC and I feel like part of my comforte zone just croumbled.. I told my gf (who has no curiosity about soccer and is interested only when I rumble about it) thats it’s sad how those tattoos and ig story could be heartbreak rebound. And she asked why I take it as some kind of attack because in her opinion it is a defense mechanism. Something along the lines of „I’ll show people I’m not heartbroken” which just confirms the opposite. This is deeper but make me even sadder about their breakup.

It's sad because we were used to seeing them together and they were lovely. It's gonna take time to get used to this new reality, but it's their life 🥺 and as much as we feel like we know something, we don't know anything. Let's just hope they can be happy.

five minutes before leaving for my test a shooting pain goes through my abdomen. i croumble to the floor like a limp ferret. god is dead. i have to take a test (math, 4 hours long, part 1 of 2) in excruciating pain. i am going to speed run medical torture. in the car ride over, my father said i would not have these horrible pains if i exorcised more. what.

Amidst the placcid tides of star dust and cold, dead cosmic waves, stranded away from the vast majority of the Imperium, lies a world by the name of Sepulcra.

Illuminated by the dim light of its star, a white dwarf named Morta, a fitting title for a dying giant, this world saw itself cursed by an ill, crippled fate. Once a mining world under the Adeptus mechanicus, then a prison world governed by cruel, corrupted houses where heretics, dissidents, deserters, criminals and people who found themselves in the right place at the worst time were all enmassed in a massive complex digged deep down the steelie soil of the world, to rot and suffer, not even be granted the ability to become Servitors.

Then, one day, the prisoners had enough, and through old and forgotten mining machines and equipment, they started their revolt, fighting with might and using their preason's nature as a fortress. When the revolt was coming to an end, the people of the desertic, rusting, steelie world, the rebels discovered that their enemies found themselves protected by their fortress-city, built into the largest mountain of Sepulcra, and despite all their attempts, they were but fated to die by the planet's unmerciful weather, as they were just humans.

But the Emperor gave to this renegades a new opportunity to rise and repent, when members of the Imperial Fists were sent there, to claim and found a new chapter on the desolated mining world. With this, the first generation of sepulcral Space Marines were born, and thanks to their new found strenght and tactics given by their heritage, the chapter managed to end the riots, utilizing their jailers' home against themselvs, digging tunnels all around and underneath the mountain, and detonating powerful explosives to make it break and croumble.

For that day, the Mountain Breakers were born.

For that day, Sepulcra gained a new opportunity for redemption.

Let's examine the odds here yes?

Cyrodiil: ahahahahaha of course no do we even need to explain why the homeland of the Empire would never ally with him

High Rock: part of the empire, canonically ignored him, not even him expected much from that side

Black Marsh: they don't seem very interested in meddling with anyone, Ulfric included. Also, while the argonians are strong in their homeland, outside of it they lose a lot of advantages. Chance of an alliance are close to 0

Morrowind: That would require the great houses of morrowind to get along for three seconds and I doubt Ulfric has a Nerevarine to chill them. Homeland is in a good way to recover, but still recovering. Oh and also... They hate Ulfric. A similar alliance would also weaken Ulfric position, with the racism and anti dunmer feelings in the stormcloak a stormcloak-dunmer army would work very badly. Yeah they were together in ESO but it was a different time and a different army. Anyway, the dunmer would probably prefer headbutt him than help him. No alliance.

Valenwood/Elsewyer/Alinor: Dominion lands, so of course no alliance. He could try to reach to dissident and anti thalmor groups but 1) there is a difference between this and having a nation on your side. 2) canonically the Empire is already doing this so any group Ulfric could reach to is already dealing with imperial agents. Admitting that Ulfric is smart enough to place agents anyway, because in Skyrim we have seen imperial operations and agents but not a single stormcloak.

Hammerfell: Honestly that's the only nation that could make an alliance with Ulfric. But only if Ulfric wins the civil war alone and even there he would need a lot of persuasion and some luck. 1) Hammerfell resisted in the Great War because the Empire destroyed the main thalmor army or Lord Naarfin would have took his troops in Hammerfell after his victory to crush the resistance. 2) Even after the empire signed the concordat, they were like "oh no two of our legions have gone rougue and helped hammerfell... well sorry we cant do anything about it..." the indipendence of hammerfell was recognized by the empire after they drived out the thalmor with the empire help. Comparing Hammerfell to a King Ulfric Skyrim because both are out of the imperial border is wrong and Hammerfell is closer to the Empire than the Stormcloaks. Would they ally with a victorious Ulfric? If they see the Empire croumbling maybe, but they would likely ask Ulfric for garancies and considering Ulfric stupid plans for the Dominion even that is doubtful. More chances of an alliance than the other nations, but still low chances.

Result: On all the nations in Tamriel, only Hammerfell would consider Ulfric offer and even there there are more chances of a no than a yes or a partial alliance only. If done, it would still be two single nations of which one still divided and war-weary against the Dominion, far away from the "giant alliance of free nations" some stormcloaks fans like to imagine.

Actually, now that I think about it, there’s something I’ve been meaning to ask, but kept forgetting: have the Stormcloaks attempted to establish an alliance with Hammerfell? There’s been talk in the old holds that Ulfric might be seeking an audience with High Rock; obviously, wishful thinking on his part, but that got me curious around the providence south of it.

He has sent emissaries to all of his neighbors, some even to Cyrodiil. Of course, nobody intends to help a rebel because it’s too risky, though he does harbor hope that he convinces at least one of his neighbors too ally him should he succeed in his vile uprising.
