❤︎ summary: after defying a divine directive and choosing mercy over order, you—a cupid built not to feel—fall from the realm and crash into a world you don’t belong to. wingless and exiled, you land on a planet bruised by war, grief, and something worse: apathy. but one figure watches your descent. he’s not a hero. not a god. just a man turned monster, carrying the weight of a planet he helped destroy. you were made to spark love. he was made to conquer. so why can’t he walk away?
❤︎ contains: sfw. celestial mythology. lonely immortals. slow-burn dynamics. post-war emotional fallout. deconstruction of love as a weapon/tool. and a wingless cupid with a cracked heart and a crooked smile.
❤︎ warnings: emotional manipulation (brief). themes of exile and identity loss. canon-typical violence references (omni-mark’s past). light blood/injury mentions. quiet existential grief. soft heartbreak. and the inconvenient ache of wanting to be wanted.

﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌a/n: i wanted to write something aching. something soft and sharp and too pink in all the wrong places. this is my love letter to the ones who were built to help others but never expected to be helped. to the hopeless romantics. to the heartsworn. if you’ve ever looked for your own thread and found nothing but empty space—i see you. let’s fall together.
﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌
﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌
Before time had a name, there was love.
And before love had rules, there were those who enforced them.
You were one of them.
Cupids were never born in the way humans or any other beings are.
There was no crying, no clutching warmth, no heartbeat against heartbeat. You weren’t given to anyone—because in your world, nothing is ever truly given. It’s assigned.
And you were assigned to love.
Long before your first breath—or what could even be counted as a breath—your existence was stitched together with rose-gold thread and spun into something soft.
Something radiant. Something shaped to serve.
The Realm of Threads didn’t believe in accidents. It believed in connection.
Harmony. Devotion.
These were your first lessons—woven not from stories, but from structure. From a place built not to feel love, but to uphold it.
Cupids, as humans might call them, are not gods. They are not angels. They are not the chubby, winged caricatures drawn on glossy cards each February.
They are constructs.
Beings built from emotion itself, shaped by the pulse of the universe and tasked with one divine, inescapable truth—make them fall in love.
All of them.
Every soul in every world is marked by a thread—red, golden, soft, or shining. Invisible to most. Tangible only to your kind. And where those threads exist, your kind follows.
Weaving. Binding. Mending.
You never asked why. You were taught never to ask why.
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚
In your realm, the sky is made of lace.
Not literal lace—but that’s what it looks like, with its rippling tapestry of lights and longing.
You drifted through it as a child, surrounded by other Cupids—silent, graceful, unwavering. They didn’t speak unless they had to. Words wasted time. Emotion was observed, not expressed.
You were the odd one out almost immediately.
You giggled when you shouldn’t have. You sang with no rhythm. You watched humans too closely, too curiously. You wondered what it felt like to be kissed—not as a target, not as a mission—but as something wanted.
The Supervisors said your strings were too tight.
They meant your emotions.
You cared too much. Thought too hard. Dreamed in colors that didn’t belong to you.
But you were a prodigy, so they didn’t clip your wings. Not then. They praised your precision, your instincts. You’d never missed a target. Not once.
But love, you would learn, is only beautiful when it behaves.
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚
You were trained before you ever knew what training meant.
In the Realm of Threads, there is no childhood. Not in the way humans define it. There are no lullabies, no scraped knees, no tumbling laughter in the grass. There is structure. There is schooling.
There is silence.
You were given a pod—not a room, not a bed. A pod. Sterile and softly lit, humming faintly with emotional frequency.
It pulsed with the echoes of distant connections: engagements, kisses, heartbreak, soulmates colliding on foreign soil.
It was meant to teach you. Not to feel—but to understand what feeling looks like.
Your first lessons weren’t in numbers or words. They were in observation.
Screens stretched across your wall like windows into other realms. Every second of every day, you watched humans love each other. Fumble and flourish. Make mistakes. Fix them. You learned the cadence of confession, the stillness before a first kiss, the ache of waiting by a phone that wouldn’t ring.
You took notes.
You practiced on simulations. Shadow versions of real people, constructed for training. They were emotion puppets—coded to respond, to mimic the human condition, but never feel it.
You pulled their strings like a composer, conducting the perfect crescendo of a meet-cute or a second chance.
And you were so good at it.
Even the elder Cupids, old as planetary rotations, took notice.
They called you “Silken.”
They called you “True-Handed.”
They said your instincts were woven with clarity few possessed.
But even then—you knew something was wrong.
Because love wasn’t clean. It wasn’t predictable. It wasn’t math.
You saw it in the gaps between the simulations—in the real footage, in the stolen glances and unsent letters.
Love was messy.
And you weren’t allowed to say that.
So instead, you smiled. You bowed your head. You aced your assignments. And when it was finally time to receive your bow—the instrument that would mark you as a field Cupid, ready to enter the human realm—you let them place it in your hands like a crown.
Ceremonial. Divine. Cold.
Your wings fluttered for the first time that day. Not from pride. From something else.
Restlessness.
Because you weren’t sure you wanted to be part of this system.
But you’d been shaped for it. And in the Realm of Threads, shape is everything.
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚
They say Cupids don’t feel the way humans do. But if that were true—why did it ache?
You never had a red string.
That was the first thing you noticed.
You saw them everywhere—thread-thin, glowing like veins of fire across the fabric of reality. Around wrists, through hearts, tied in impossible loops from continent to continent, galaxy to galaxy.
Red. Gold. Silver.
Some pulsed softly. Some burned bright. Some frayed at the ends—doomed to break.
But you?
You had none.
You looked. Every year. Every cycle. Every mirror.
And there was never one waiting for you.
The instructors said it was proof of your purpose.
You were meant to love, not to be loved.
Cupids didn’t need soulmates. You were the threads—not what they tied together.
But still, when you were alone in your pod—your crown-glass screen humming with soft simulations—you sometimes wrapped a ribbon around your own finger and pretended.
Just for a moment. Just to feel what it might be like to belong to someone.
To be chosen.
To be someone’s reason.
You told no one.
Cupids weren’t supposed to pretend.
Not about that.
You always grinned too brightly. Talked too much. Got too close to the humans you helped.
You asked too many questions.
Why this couple? Why that connection? Why did heartbreak sometimes look so much like love?
You weren’t supposed to wonder. You were supposed to execute. Deliver arrows. Create outcomes. Adjust the threads.
But you liked watching after the mission was done.
You stayed longer than you should have. Saw the way people clung to one another. Fought. Forgave. Grieved. Moved on. Sometimes, even when the threads said they wouldn’t.
And worse—you started to feel happy for them.
Genuinely.
Not in the approved, detached sense of “mission accomplished,” but like… something warm bloomed in your chest just watching two people choose each other.
One day you told another Cupid—casually, as if it was no big thing—that it must feel nice to be loved like that.
She looked at you like you were malfunctioning.
Reported you. Quietly.
You were summoned for evaluation.
They used soft words. Nothing cruel—just… firm.
“Attachment undermines your clarity.”
You’ve been too immersed in lower realms.”
“Emotional mimicry is a known side effect. You’ll adjust.”
You didn’t adjust.
You just learned how to lie better.
You laughed louder. You perfected your posture. You earned the nickname Heartsworn, and everyone said it with admiration.
But you felt empty most days.
Like a thread that had never been tied.
And it gnawed at you, that emptiness—because you were built to help others find connection.
So why did it feel like you’d never have your own?
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚
It happened on a world not so different from Earth.
Small. Blue. Quiet in the way only dying stars can make a planet feel.
The threads there were thin. Brittle. Nearly broken.
It needed love desperately. That’s why they sent you.
Because you never missed. Because your aim was perfect. Because you were the shining example—the “Heartsworn,” the favorite, the infallible.
And at first, it was routine.
Two beings. Two threads. One frayed at the end, knotted tight around grief. The other hesitant, flickering. Their paths crossed in a way that felt almost poetic—a shared umbrella. An open bookstore. A laugh like recognition.
You hovered above them, bow pulsing in your palm. A clean shot. Two arrows. One for each.
But then something shifted.
The woman—your target—she looked up at the man, eyes tired but tender. And the way he looked back… like he was remembering how to breathe.
And you saw it.
She had already loved him.
It hadn’t been forced. It hadn’t been orchestrated. No divine architecture. No thread pulling them forward.
Just… choice.
Human, messy, miraculous choice.
You hesitated.
And that’s all it took.
Your bow trembled in your hands. Not from error—but from resistance.
Because for the first time—you didn’t want to interfere. You didn’t want to force it.
You wanted to let them be.
You lowered your weapon.
And then—because you were soft, and reckless, and maybe stupid in the eyes of the Supervisors—you spoke to her.
She didn’t see you. Not clearly. Just a shimmer in the corner of her eye. But you whispered anyway.
“You don’t need help. You already chose him.”
The words weren’t authorized. Your presence was meant to be undetectable. You were not allowed to alter the script.
But you did.
And for a moment—nothing happened.
Then the red thread between them sparked.
Bright. Violent. Uncontrolled.
It burned itself into existence. Without your arrow. Without divine sanction.
And they kissed.
Not because you told them to.
Because they wanted to.
Your lips curled into a soft smile.
You didn’t regret it.
But the moment you returned to the Realm of Threads, you knew something was wrong.
The lights were dimmed. The supervisors were waiting. No lectures. No trials.
Just one sentence.
“You interfered.”
You opened your mouth to defend yourself—but the guards were already reaching for your wings.
You’d heard what it sounded like.
The sound of ripping. The way it cuts deeper than bone.
But you’d never imagined it would hurt like this.
Your knees hit the lace-floor. Your mouth stayed silent.
You didn’t scream.
Not because it didn’t hurt—but because they wanted you to.
And maybe, just maybe, you wanted to take that from them.
Dignity, you told yourself.
Dignity is all I have left.
You were told you would not be recycled. You were too “contaminated.” Too unstable. A bad example.
So instead—they exiled you.
You didn’t get to ask where.
Just a flash of cold light—
And then the sound of wind.
Falling.
Alone.
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚
You hit the ground hard.
Not like a leaf drifting. Not with grace. Not with poise. Not like the Cupids in the stories.
Like a comet.
A streak of light through an unfamiliar sky, dragging heat and ache in your wake.
You didn’t black out right away—but you almost wished you had.
Because the first thing you felt wasn’t the crash. Wasn’t the way your ribs seized or the way your shoulder twisted beneath your fall.
It was the space between your wings.
The hollow.
The absence.
You gasped.
Air—not laced with threadlight, not humming with frequency, just air—rushed into your lungs like punishment.
You curled onto your side, dirt grinding into the soft parts of you. Wet grass clung to your skin. The sky above was wrong—blue, yes, but so still. No shimmering frequencies. No glowing red filaments. Just clouds, soft and slow.
You were somewhere real.
Somewhere unmarked.
Somewhere alone.
It wasn’t the pain that made you want to cry.
It was the quiet.
Because back home—even when you were alone in your pod, even when no one looked at you—there was always something.
The buzz of love blooming. The echo of longing. The soft, constant pull of other people’s threads, humming just outside your senses.
But now?
Nothing.
It was gone.
You sat up slowly.
And then immediately flopped back down with a tiny, theatrical groan.
“Ouchie,” you mumbled to no one, voice breathy and soft and definitely not pained—because no, you were totally fine. Just a bit… stunned. And mildly bleeding. And definitely wingless.
But you were smiling. Kind of. Maybe.
Okay, so it trembled a little at the edges.
“I’ve had worse landings,” you said aloud—which was a lie. You’d never landed before. You’d always floated.
You tried again, slowly, every nerve screaming. Your knees trembled. Your arms buckled. You caught yourself on the soft slope of a hill, hands sinking into wildflowers and moss.
You blinked down at them.
Yellow, pink, violet. Stubbornly bright.
They looked like something out of a simulation.
They weren’t.
They were real.
Your mouth twisted.
Of course you landed in a field of flowers. Of course.
You laughed.
It came out cracked and hoarse. Almost a sob.
Because everything hurt, and everything was still spinning, and you had no idea where you were, and no one was coming for you, and—
No.
No, you weren’t going to cry. You weren’t.
Cupids didn’t cry.
Even clipped ones.
Even broken ones.
Even ones bleeding into someone else’s sky.
Still, you tried to push yourself up, wobbling on legs that hadn’t had to support you since your designation. It felt wrong. Heavy. Like gravity had teeth and it didn’t trust you. You teetered. Fell to your knees again.
And giggled.
Which also trembled a little.
“I meant to do that.”
You dusted imaginary dirt from your imaginary uniform and gave an exaggerated little curtsy to the empty air.
No one clapped. Rude.
You dragged yourself to your feet.
Shaky. Awkward. Wobbly in a way you hadn’t felt in cycles. The Realm of Threads taught you to float everywhere. Gliding was cleaner. More efficient. Less emotional.
You hadn’t really walked since childhood simulations.
The ground felt weird under your feet. Solid. Gritty.
Your bow was still intact. Miraculously. You hugged it close like a stuffed toy, curling in on yourself for a moment, letting the quiet press into your bones.
You could still feel it.
That place between your shoulders—where your wings had been. Like a ghost limb. Like something sacred had been carved out of you and left a silence behind.
You hated it.
But you kept moving.
Maybe—if you helped someone on this world—they would come back for you. Maybe if you just kept doing your job, proved you were still useful, still good, they’d rewind the exile.
Reattach what they’d taken.
Please.
You stumbled once. Then again. Then face-planted into a patch of daisies with a grunt so undignified you groaned into the soil.
“Get it together,” you mumbled into the grass.
You pushed yourself back up. Sat on your knees for a second. Took a breath.
You didn’t know how long you wandered after that.
Minutes? Hours? You lost time in the way only the heartbroken can.
It got dark fast.
The sky burned gold, then violet, then black. Stars blinked overhead—foreign constellations, wrong patterns.
You were still limping through the field when the noise came.
A whoosh.
Sharp. Cutting. Like something splitting the air in half.
You froze.
Turned slowly.
And then—saw him.
Not a blur. A shape. Coming toward you like a storm with legs.
You only had a second to register what was coming at you: tall, fast, red and white—a storm in the shape of a man. And a scowl, carved from thunderclouds.
Flying.
He was flying.
You squinted.
Not a Cupid. Definitely not a Cupid.
A human?
No.
No, he felt… too much.
You didn’t have your thread-sight anymore, but you could still feel.
Emotions. Echoes.
He felt like gravity.
Like something that had no business coming closer—and was doing it anyway.
He landed hard. Just a few feet away.
Harder than you had. The ground splintered beneath his feet, shockwaves rippling out in a perfect ring. Dust and wildflowers burst upward like a gasp. He stood there for a beat—motionless.
And you… just stared.
Red suit. White accents. Red cape. Black goggles like midnight slicing across his face. He didn’t glow. He didn’t shine. He loomed.
His presence felt like gravity doubled—like the world bowed to his weight and dared not rise again.
You blinked at him slowly. Then offered a tiny wave.
“Hi.”
Silence.
He didn’t move.
You glanced behind you like maybe he was staring at someone else, but no—those mirrored goggles were fixed on you.
“Hiii,” you tried again, voice cheerier. “Okay, so I know this looks weird. But I promise I’m not here to hurt anyone! Unless, um. You count your planet’s gravitational field. Which did kinda kick my butt—ow.”
No reaction. His posture didn’t shift. You had a sudden, vivid mental image of being vaporized.
“I’m just passing through!” you rushed, hands up. “A… a tourist! On a very involuntary vacation!”
Still nothing.
Well, maybe not nothing—he was breathing.
Barley.
His voice, when it came, was sharp enough to slice open a planet.
“You’re not human.”
Your grin faltered for a second before rebounding, like a rubber band that’s been snapped too many times.
“Nope. Not even a little bit! But I’m very human adjacent in a lot of ways! I’ve watched a lot of rom-coms and I know how to do a proper hug—although full disclosure, I might fall over during it because of the whole… clipped wings situation.”
His jaw tightened. His eyes—hidden though they were—felt like twin drills boring into the softest parts of you.
“Why are you here?”
You opened your mouth. Closed it. Then plastered on a sheepish smile.
“That’s kind of a long story,” you admitted, voice dipping softer now. “The short version is… I got kicked out of my hom—my realm. For caring too much.”
Something flickered across his face. Brief. Gone before you could catch it.
“And now,” you continued, tone brightening again as you gestured to the wildflower field like a very proud but slightly concussed game show host, “I’m here! In… wherever here is. Honestly, it’s pretty. Good flowers. Ten out of ten. Bit of a rough welcome, but I’ve had worse.”
“You’re bleeding.”
Your hand drifted unconsciously to your back, fingertips brushing the jagged place where wings used to rise.
You shrugged. “It’s mostly cosmetic.”
He said nothing. Just stared.
You took a step forward—then immediately lost your balance and fell face-first into a patch of daisies.
There was a beat of silence. Then two. Then three.
And then—so faint you thought you imagined it—you heard the faintest exhale of breath from the man in red and white.
Not a laugh.
But maybe the ghost of one.
You rolled onto your back and grinned up at the stars.
“See?” you said, voice light. “I’m great at making first impressions.”
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚
The second he saw you, he didn’t trust you.
Not because you looked dangerous. No—you didn’t. You were crumpled in a bed of wildflowers, wobbling like a broken marionette and smiling like someone had painted joy over grief and hoped no one would notice the cracks.
But that was exactly why he didn’t trust you.
People didn’t fall from the sky and grin. Not here. Not anywhere. Not anymore.
So he hovered, silent, watching you crawl upright like you didn’t know how to use your own legs. Like the planet was something foreign. Like gravity was something new.
That wasn’t normal.
Mark had seen a lot of things in a lot of universes—false gods, black holes, men split into fractions of themselves—but this? A girl with stardust on her skin and nothing in her hands but a bow? That was new.
He landed hard. On purpose. Let the ground feel him.
You flinched. Not at the sound—at the silence that followed it.
And then you looked up.
Big eyes. Bare feet. Mouth bleeding at the corner, but curved like you hadn’t noticed. Or didn’t care.
And then—
“Hi.”
Like you hadn’t just fallen from orbit.
He didn’t speak.
“Hiii,” you tried again, softer. “Okay, so I know this looks weird. But I promise I’m not here to hurt anyone! Unless, um. You count your planet’s gravitational field. Which did kinda kick my butt—ow.”
Still he said nothing.
He didn’t move.
Mark watched.
Measured.
Assessed.
You were glowing at the edges—not visibly—but in some low, stubborn frequency. Like the kind of candle you couldn’t blow out even after you’d shattered the holder.
It irritated him.
He spoke without meaning to.
“You’re not human.”
You beamed, wounded and bright. “Nope! Not even a little bit!”
You kept talking. Rambling. Fumbling your way through some patchwork lie about tourism and rom-coms and wings—clipped, apparently.
He didn’t interrupt.
Didn’t need to.
He was looking for something. A tell. A crack.
“Why are you here?”
That stopped you.
Just a second. Barely.
But it was enough.
Your grin shrank. Eyes dipped. Voice turned soft.
“That’s kind of a long story. The short version is… I got kicked out of my hom—my realm. For caring too much.”
That flickered something inside him.
He crushed it before it could breathe.
Mark didn’t do soft. He didn’t do “caring.” That was the problem with the others. They hesitated. Thought. He didn’t. That’s why he survived.
So why was he still here?
Why wasn’t he flying away?
Why hadn’t he broken you in half the moment you lied?
You stepped forward. Tripped. Fell face-first into a clump of flowers like a deer learning how to walk for the first time.
He didn’t flinch, but he exhaled—just once. Quiet. Almost amused.
You rolled onto your back and smiled at the stars.
“See? I’m great at making first impressions.”
He hated how you said it.
Like it mattered.
Like someone out here was still capable of being good.
He walked toward you.
You didn’t run. You didn’t crawl away. You sat there, hands splayed out behind you, watching him like you weren’t sure if he was going to help you up or crush your skull.
Smart.
He stopped in front of you.
Tilted his head.
“I should kill you.”
Your eyes widened, but you didn’t move. “You could. You really could. But I’d prefer we didn’t start there?”
“Then give me one reason not to.”
You opened your mouth. Closed it. Looked up at him like you were weighing the clouds.
“I don’t have one.”
Mark stared.
You continued.
“I mean—I don’t know if I’m important. I don’t have a secret code or an army or even a sandwich right now. But…”
You reached up, touching your back—where the blood had dried, sticky and shimmering.
“But I used to be someone. I used to help people fall in love. And maybe that doesn’t matter to you—but it mattered to them.”
There was a silence.
He wasn’t sure what he expected you to say.
But it wasn’t that.
He should leave.
He should fly away and chalk you up to another anomaly.
Instead, he said:
“Can you still do it?”
You blinked. “Do what?”
“Make people love.”
Your lips curled up. Slowly. Sadly. “I don’t know.”
Another pause.
You were watching him too closely now. Like you were trying to read a string that wasn’t there.
“You’re not really from here either,” you said softly. “Are you?”
He didn’t answer.
Didn’t have to.
You already knew.
“Are you gonna hurt me?” you asked.
He looked at you, at the way your voice didn’t tremble, even though your body did.
And for once—he told the truth.
“I don’t know.”
You nodded.
“Fair.”
Then you reached up and offered your hand.
Not in fear. Not in desperation.
Just… like someone who was used to offering something and not getting it taken.
Mark didn’t take it.
But he didn’t crush it either.
He looked past you—at the dark hills, the useless stars, the broken silence.
After conquering this place and killing his father—he didn’t know what this planet was anymore.
Didn’t care.
But he had nowhere else to be. Not anymore.
He turned.
Walked.
And when he didn’t tell you to stay—
You followed.
Not too close.
Just… close enough.

Once, you were small. Once, you believed everything they told you.
Your first robe was the color of a peach blossom.
It shimmered when you turned, sleeves brushing the floor, too big for your arms and still perfect in every way. You’d never worn something so soft.
You twirled three times in front of the mirror, arms out like wings, giggling because everything felt light.
“You look very neat,” said one of the elder Cupids, gliding past with a clipboard. “Remember to keep your posture upright when you’re selected for observation.”
“I will!” you promised, standing taller.
The robe swished when you walked. You liked that. It made you feel important. Like you were finally what they said you would be—purposeful.
Part of something big.
You didn’t understand everything yet, but that didn’t matter.
You were going to be a Cupid.
And Cupids were good.
“Today,” said another instructor, voice warm and practiced, “you’ll learn about threads.”
You beamed. Sat up straighter. Listened with all your heart.
“Every being has a thread,” they explained, conjuring a floating hologram that flickered softly through the training chamber. “They wrap around us, tie us to our people. See?”
The threads shimmered—red, gold, silver, glowing like starlight.
You gasped. It was so pretty. It made your chest feel warm.
“You’ll help people find each other,” the instructor went on. “You’ll guide their steps. Fix what’s frayed. Strengthen what’s fragile.”
“I can do that!” you blurted.
A few other young Cupids turned to look at you, but you didn’t care. Your legs were swinging off the floating bench and your hands were already up.
“I wanna do the red ones,” you said proudly. “Those are the soulmate ones, right?”
The instructor smiled. So gently. Like they were talking to someone a little slow, but very sweet.
“Oh, darling,” they said. “You don’t get one.”
You blinked.
“Huh?”
“You won’t have a red thread,” they said again, same caring voice, same soft smile. “Cupids don’t get them.”
You frowned. “But… we’re people too?”
“No,” they said kindly. “You’re not.”
Another Cupid, older, came to kneel beside you. Their hair was smooth. Their smile too perfect.
“You’re something better,” they told you. “You were made for love. You don’t need to be in it.”
“But—” you started.
“We give it,” the first instructor interrupted gently. “That’s your gift.”
You hesitated.
“But doesn’t anyone ever want us back?” you asked in a small voice.
The instructor’s smile didn’t change.
“No one has ever asked that before.”
You blinked. Sat very still.
They stood again.
“Alright, little hearts,” the elder said, clapping once. “Time for simulation prep. Let’s learn how to listen when a thread hums.”
Everyone got up.
You did too.
You smiled. Because they smiled. Because everyone around you looked so sure, so peaceful, so right.
You didn’t want to be the wrong one.

ּ ֶָ֢ 𓍯𓂃 dean winchester x cupid!reader | valentines day special 18+ |
Tumblr media
You'd met Dean when he was at his lowest, in which you pulled him up with soft gentle hands. Filling his heart with the love you normally struck within others. He was in debt to you, even if you told him it didn't matter.
"Let me take care of you, baby." He said pleading you with those eyes, his hands were glued to your hips. It was Valentine's day, and Dean wanted to show you all the love you deserved.
He already started the day showering you with chocolates and flowers, everything he found with hearts on it—you had. Now, as the sun set and the moon's light slipped past the blinds, all he wanted to do was take care of you. Just how you took care of him.
"Dean, you've done enough today, it's all perfect." You said, your hands moving to toy with his short locks. Gentle eyes looking up towards his.
His lips found yours in a passionate kiss, shushing you as his body pressed against yours. Slowly walked you towards the bed until the two of you dropped down on top of it. His hands find their way onto your thighs, pulling the flesh apart.
"Please, baby." He practically whined—Dean whining, you couldn't say no. Especially when he gave you those puppy eyes, all love-sick and sweet. So, you gave him a nod, watching as he moved between your thighs.
You hadn't been wearing shorts nor pants, seeing as the two of you stayed home all day. You didn't mind of course, wine and movies with your love was all you wanted. Dean's breath fawned on your clothed pussy, cooling the damp spot that had formed.
He nipped at the inside of your thighs, leaving little teeth marks in his wake. He sucked and gripped them tight as he got closer, hickeys littered the flesh. His fingers teased the fabric of your panties, slowly pulling them away and off of you.
As soon as they were tossed somewhere on the floor to be forgotten about, he dived in. Eating your pussy like a man starved. He lapped at your juices—pulling moans and mewls from you like nothing. He didn't falter, his grip on your thighs keeping you from closing them.
Your hands grasped onto his hair, hips bucking against his face as his nose hit your clit perfectly. Noises fell from your lips and struck his heart like one of your arrows, they fueled him on. His hips bucked against the mattress as his own groans slipped past his arousal coated lips.
A knot formed in your lower belly as your head fell back, the grip on his hair tightened drastically, now chasing your own release with no mind to how he feels. But, Dean was having the best night of his life. Tongue deep in his little cupids pretty pussy, drinking in your juices like a glass of whiskey.
"Dean!" You shouted as you came, which he obviously lapped up like a dog. He continued his attack on your clit, even as your high crashed down on you.
"There's my pretty baby." He murmured against your thigh as you came, he pulled away from your now swollen cunt. Planting a soft kiss to your soaked slit he moved back up to face you. "Y'still think I had 'done enough?'" He asked, a stupid smile etched onto his features.
He stared at your fucked out expression with such love and admiration he'd never shown to anyone else. Yet, as he lay next to you, tangled up as you slept on his chest all he could think about was how much he really did care for you and love you. Dean didn't think he could love, all he did was hurt.
You changed something inside him, in that moment Dean Winchester realized, you were just what he needed in life.

(if ur okay with this) polyam!lolandoscar x cupid!reader where these three try and fluster reader as much as they can?
-bear
SUNNYYYYYY hi i love this <3
when they first find out you're a cupid, they're giddy. they're fidgeting with your arrows and talking a mile a minute asking questions about how it all works. if you have wings, guaranteed they're (gently) stretching them out so they can see all the feathers. lando might get a bit carried away and accidentally tug on them, so you just have to remind him to be careful.
they have different methods of teasing you. lando is ... he's brazen, to say the least. he loves to talk about how good you are in bed. depending on how much you care about privacy, either very openly in public or even just sparking random conversations with oscar and logan at home. he'll keep going until he finds whatever it is that makes your cheeks turn red and hearts flutter around your face.
oscar teases you more casually. he makes subtle innuendos with the dumbest smirk on his face. usually, he'll prefer to just compound how flustered you are. little comments that stack on top of each other. you get progressively more flustered the longer he's around. the hearts start off small and relatively inconspicuous. the more flustered you get, the more obvious they become.
logan doesn't even really tease you on purpose. at least, not at first. he might even be the first of the three to get you flustered enough for them to notice the hearts in the air around your face. he's just so sweet that you can't help but blush. when he *is* trying to fluster you, he's so goofy and borderline lame. but he's adorable! he loves you and he's gonna make sure you know!! especially if it means he gets to see those pretty hearts!!
when they're smaller they're a bit like folding paper hearts flapping around your face, but when you get to the point of your face burning (as oscar so often gets you to) they become more like little bubbles or balloon that pop in sparkles. they set themself a challenge to see the popping hearts at least once a day.
safe to say, they haven't failed yet.

---------------------------
Every 100 years a person is born from a singular rose sprouted from the ground, these people are called Cupids. Now they have their own names but Cupid is what they are referred to by random people, or in the history books and folktales.
When born they are automatically at the age of eighteen, In the 100 years they are living their job and sole purpose is to help others find their true love. The catch is, if they find their own true love something changes. If this happens is when they finally start to age, no matter how long they have already been alive and now they don’t pursue their job anymore. If you happen to meet your own soulmate another will be birthed from a singular rose and take over the job for you as you continue your life as human. Now most Cupids didn’t find their soulmate, so it was very rare for someone of your kind to be overtaken with love of their own.
Truthfully being Cupid was lonely, you were simply a creation. You didn’t have parents or siblings, you just had to watch people around you fall in love and help them fall in love all while never experiencing it for yourself. In your eyes love was beautiful, but for you it was also a curse. You weren’t confident in the possibility that you could find your soulmate in your lifetime, truthfully you didn’t think it would happen, it very rarely happened to Cupids.
Some Myths and folktales about you and your kind wert wrong, some were right. Yes, you did have wings, yes you had a bow and arrow, yes you loved love. No you weren’t a baby, no Cupids weren’t always men, and no there isn’t only one Cupid. Your wings were a pink and tan ombre-ish color while your bow and arrows were red your arrows has hearts at both ends of them. I mean you were cupid after all, you had to have a heart design somewhere!
Today you were in New York, as Cupid you traveled around the world, simply going about your day and if you sensed that two people around you were soulmates you would pick up your arrows and aim. You had just shot two of your arrows at two girls while walking through the park, after you aimed and hit them in the back you watched as they interacted, the both of them having just met their soulmate without even realizing it. You smiled and walked away, continuing about your day and walking towards the beach.
You walk onto the beach and look over at the sky just above the water, you inspected the beautiful glow of the sun on the water. One thing you had always loved was the ocean, maybe not the scariness of it but you thought it was beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset, it was so beautiful it entranced you. When you would have to use you your wings to fly from state to state or country to country your favorite thing was flying above the water, plus a lot of the sea creatures seemed to love you.
Your wings tingle and your senses are overtaken with a need, it was a Cupid thing. Turning to your left you spot a man making his way off of the beach, that was it. Quickly you reach to your side and grab your bow and arrows, perfectly aligning it with his back and letting it go, it flew through the air and landed straight into the water instead of the mans back. Your eyebrows furrow and you are taken aback, that never happens, Cupids have 100% aim, it caused her to worry.
Quickly you grab another arrow and align it straight with the center of his back, letting go and it hits itself into the mans back at the last second. Imagery for only your eyes to see, red hearts appear around his body for a moment before disappearing as he walks further out of eye distance. No, his soulmate wasn’t in eyesight of you but you could sense that she was near and they would be crossing paths soon, they would work out even though you didn’t shoot her as well.
But right now your focus was on your first arrow. You stash your bow back to your aide and march your way over to the water where your missed arrow had landed. Were you dying? is this what happens when a Cupid dies? It hasn’t been 100 years yet, not even close. Why was your aim messing up? this wasn’t supposed to happen nor did it ever.
With still furrowed brows and concern etched across your face you lean down and grab your red arrow from the water that had simply been floating at the top, still in the same place it landed. “thats new” you murmur to yourself.
Although when you stick your arrow back into your quiver something happens. A small section of the water in front of you starts to lift up into the air on each side of you to create a heart. Your face if possible holds more confusion than it had before, but this time instead of worry as well your face holds curiosity. You read your hand out and gently make contact with the water heart but when you do so the heart breaks apart, back into two separate small waves and one of them tug you closer to the water. “woah!” you stumble. Pulling back hastily you slightly bend your knees and become eye level with the waves “what is this?” you whisper to yourself, secretly hoping the wave would answer it but it clearly didn’t.
The two waves then point forward, towards the rest of the ocean and suddenly there is a path of pink, red, and white roses lining just one slim path of the water that you were sure only you could see. Your eyes light up at the beautiful sight while the two waves you deem as friendly urge you to follow the path that was seemed to be made just for you.
You think about it for a moment before lifting off of the sand gently with your wings and flying just above the water, following the path of multi colored roses.
Unknowing to you, on the other side of the path was a vert confused demigod. Percy had been peacefully sitting by the water, messing with it as always when suddenly a path of a bunch of red, white, and pink roses in the water enter his line of sight. He doesn’t know what this means, how to go about it, or if it was a message from his father but the only thing he does is freeze and stare at the roses in amazement. “thats new” he murmurs to himself.
Confused by the strange encounter Percy ended up staying sat at his spot on the beach by his cabin to see if anything would change. He probably should have told someone about the strange encounter but he simply couldn’t, he was too entranced by the view.
It took you a bit to get towards the end of the path or roses. As you’re flying you can see the end of the path in your vision but you come to a stop when you see a boy at the very end of the roses, he was sitting on the sand with a white rose spinning beneath his fingers, you couldn’t help but notice he was very attractive and looked around her age. After inspecting him for a moment your senses start to tingle and an aura appears around the boy.
You were confused, as Cupid your powers never went out of their way to take you to someone just so you could help them meet their soulmate but here you were with your powers telling you that this boys soulmate was there and you needed to hit him with one of your love arrows. You sigh and reach for your arrows from your quiver then aim at him, letting go of the string and seeing the arrow fly through the air. All or a sudden you let out a scream, you’re falling. Your wings gave pit and you were hurdling towards the water beneath you.
You had been bracing yourself for the impact of the cold water with closed eyes so you didn’t even notice how your arrow completely missed the mystery boy and went straight into the water instead. Which again never happened but happened for the 2nd time that day. The cold water you had prepared yourself for never enveloped you, instead the only thing that was enveloped was your calfs and below. Your eyes shoot open on surprise and look down in shock, the water had swooped up into the air and clutched at the bottom of your legs, stopping you from hitting the water entirely. You’re breathing heavily as you look down confusingly at the water encasing your legs.
“Who are you?” A panicked voice calls out to you
Your head snaps up towards the voice and you make eye contact with the boy you had shot with your arrow, or at least you thought so. “What?” you exclaim in response to the boy, you knew exactly what he asked but you wanted to prolong the question. I mean who would believe you when you said you were Cupid? No one would so whenever you were born you gave yourself your own name for whenever someone asked.
“I said, who are you and what are you doing here?” The boy says stronger than the first time, he was holding his hand palm out towards you which confused you strongly.
“My name is y/n and I don’t know how I got here, I swear” Okay maybe you lied a little bit, well I take that back…about everything but who cares.
The boys facial expressions looked just as strong and determined as it has been the entire time. “Okay, what are you?” he asks, emphasizing the ‘what’
Your face confronts in confusion “what are you talking about?” You ask in exasperation and you look him up and down from your spot in the air, little ways away from him. He raises a brow at you and then nods “you have wings” He points out. At his words your body stills and you thin your lips. You totally forgot about that, no one ever saw your wings because you never flew in front of people so it was easy to forget that you had them sometimes. You give up, slumping your shoulders you then give him a bored look “look can I get to land first? I don’t really like being held in the air by water”
The boy looks thoughtful for a moment before he seems to decide he trust you at least slightly and moves his hand in a certain way. When he does this the water moves forward, towards him, carrying me with it. Looking at him then down at the water in amazement is then when you notice that your arrow never hit him, it completely missed and hit the water instead…for the second time today.
As soon as your feet hit the sand you start to speak, your face covered in shock as you look at the still unknown boy in front of you. “So, What are you?” He asks curiously but still just as strongly as before. You raise an eyebrow at him “you’re Posidens son” you say knowingly, avoiding his question. No, you didn’t know at first but seeing what he did with the water told you that he was a kin to the greek god because you knew he wasn’t the greek god himself.
“wha- what are you talking about?” Water boy stutters, taking a step back further away from you.
You roll your eyes and reach down at the water that meats the sand, grabbing your arrow and placing it into your quiver. You figured you might as well tell him who you are, I mean he was clearly Posidens son so he had experience with weird and unusual things. Holding your hand out you then introduce yourself “Hi, i’m Cupid and you’re Posidens son, although I don’t know your name. Unless its actually just ‘Posidens Son’”
The boy stares at you and then your hand, his eyes switching between the two. He then hesitantly takes your hand in his and shakes it “Percy” He tells you his name. You nod in response “I like that” you respond, the both of your hands separating from each other
When the boy told you his name you couldn’t help but feel a rush of happiness and butterflies, you didn’t know where that came from. Thats never happened to you, you’ve never experienced butterflies like the people you’ve targeted have, it was weird… but you liked it. For some strange reason you wanted to be close to him, know everything about him but you had to hold those urges back.
When Percy saw you in the air falling he thought you were literally a falling angel and when he got a look at your face those thoughts didn’t change. He was mesmerized, he truly didn’t think he had ever seen someone as close to perfect as you but that didn’t change the fact that you were a random person on camp grounds uninvited so he had to keep his guard up. When you got even closer and when you begun speaking he felt butterflies erupt in his stomach and flutter through his entire body. You were the moat beautiful person he had ever seen and as far as he could tell right now you were very sarcastic, and so was he. He felt the overwhelming urge to get to know you which he never really felt before.
Despite what he was feeling at the moment Percy looks you up and down in deep thought “you said your name was y/n, but you also said it was Cupid. So which it is?” he asks.
You nod your head to yourself, debating on how you should explain it. “Well you can call me whichever but technically I am a Cupid, I just go by y/n to normal people” You shrug
The boy nods along and when you’re done he couldn’t help but ask a question after hearing your explanation “you’re a Cupid?”
“I am Cupid…of this small time period” you respond
He looks at you still slightly confused even though he knew exactly what you meant, he just couldn’t believe it. “You’re Cupid…of this time period” He repeats almost exactly what you just said in slight shock
Nodding in response you also decide to speak. “Yes, in around like 70 years I will die and someone else will take over. Look! I got the wings and the bow and arrows!” You inform him, the last bit excitingly while turning around and showing him your wings, then popping your hip out slightly and showing him your bow and arrows
“Cupid?” He asks in shock but now you’re starting to get slightly annoyed. You just wanted to get past the introductions and get to know this boy.
“Yes, Cupid. As in I help people find their soulmates and I shoot them in the back with my arrows.” you remark in an obvious tone
“This is insane” Percy mutters, unable to take his eyes off of you. “Why- why are you here and whats with the roses?” he asks curiously, now feeling more open and welcoming towards the girl seeing as she hasn’t tried a single thing.
“I don’t know” you sigh, plopping down onto the sand underneath you. You felt dejected, you had no idea what was happened. You still had a long while of being Cupid to go, you cant die you’re immortal until you reach 100, were your powers going out for some strange reason? were whatever higher ups taking away your life as Cupid slowly, you were just very confused and upset about what was going on.
Percy looks down at your sad form, he doesn’t know why but it physically and mentally hurt him seeing you upset even though he had simply known you for 10 minutes. He plops down on the sand next to you and looks at your side profile sadly “whats wrong?” he asks carefully; leaning forward to get a better look at your face but all he’s met with is a hopeless expression that catches him off guard and makes his heart clench.
“I never miss. When I shoot an arrow its because I can sense a pair of soulmates who are not yet together are near so when I let go and the arrow goes flying it never misses, its literally a part of being a Cupid, your aim is 100% from the moment you are born…but i’ve missed twice today. While I was at the beach earlier my arrow flew into the water and then the water did this weird thing and it led me here with the roses where I missed again”
Percy looks at you in deep thought. You seemed really sad over this fact but he understood, a big part of who you are was changing, he knew exactly how you were feeling. But while he was going over your words in his head he noticed something, his back straightens “you tried to shoot me with one of your arrows?” he asks, sounding confused and slightly alarmed
You turn towards him and make eye contact “well…yes but its because your soulmate is nearby, I sense it”
“O-oh do you know who it is?” He asks, looking at you intently
You look at him awkwardly “No, all I know is they’re nearby somewhere” you shrug and start playing with the sand with one hand
Percy takes a deep breath, you seemed really upset and he got off track with talking about his soulmate. Even though he desperately wanted to know doesn’t mean he’s going to ignore your problems, he felt the need to see you smile and make you feel better anyways. “Are you okay?” he asks carefully, scooting a little closer to you.
You swallow and take a breath “I just wish I knew what this meant, my time as Cupid isn’t over yet” you respond softly. You didn’t like that the boy to your left looked sad, he was sad because of you and you hated that for some odd reason. You had never felt like this but you needed him yo cheer up
Percy is shocked to say the least, there wasn’t only 1 cupid? He would ask you more questions about your origin later, once he had you smiling but he didn’t know how to do that. Percy lifts up his hand, palm out towards the water while sneaking side glances at you. You had picked up a shell from the sand and was playing with it between your fingers but when you notice some harsher movements in the water in front of the two of you. All of a sudden a bubble of water lifts up from the rest of the water and starts getting closer to you. Now that the bubble is in front of you guys you notice one singular fish inside of it. You sit up, now on your knees and looking towards the bubble excitingly. Your eyes move to Percys happily then back towards the bubble.
Percys eyes stay glued to you, he made you smile. It made him feel a lot better, seeing you happy and smiling instead of upset and frowning and the way you were looking at him right now gave him an extreme wave of butterflies. Percy then drops the bubble back into the body of water and moves onto something else. The water right in front of them hitting the shore lifts up from the sand and forms a heart. “A heart for the queen of hearts and love” He leans into you and says, keeping his eyes in you. You look at him in shock before turning back towards the water and smiling hugely, you then reach your hand out gently to touch the water white Percy smiles softly at you. When you touch the heart the water becomes pink instead of its usual clear blue. You let out a small barely audible gasp and jump back slightly while Percy straightens and looks between you and the water in shock. And based off of your reaction he can tell thats never happened before. Since he had been caught off guard the water heart collapsed back into the water while the entire body of water in front of them stayed pink.
“Thats never happened before has it?” Percy asks even though he already knows the answer. “No” you whisper, not taking your eyes off of the now pink water in front of you.
When you finally take your eyes off of the water in front of you and look at the boy to your left you are once again met with the aura around him, his soulmate was nearby. You sigh sadly, this was the first connection you have ever truly made other than ordering in a restaurant, being Cupid was lonely but in this moment you didn’t actually feel that feeling anymore.
But what you didn’t notice was the way Percy was looking at you, he was looking at you in pure confusion and shock. You look u, ready to grab your bow and arrow so he can meet his soulmate but when you see his face you pause. “What is that?” Percy says quietly, pointing around you
Your eyebrows furrow and you look all around you, that was when you finally notice the thing Percy was talking about. You stand up and lift your arms from your sides slightly while looking around you. Around you was the same exact pink aura you are seeing on Percy, the same exact aura you see on everyone who you need to help meet their soulmate. It seems as though while you were looking at yourself is when Percy noticed that he also had the same exact aura around him, people weren’t supposed to see their aura, they never did.
You guessed that this time was different because he was Cupids soulmate, he was your soulmate! You found your soulmate, something most Cupids never do. When your eyes meet his the both of you felt this undeniable connection, stronger than it had been since you guys met. What you two felt in that moment was truly unexplainable, neither of you would be able to explain it ever but here you were staring at one another with a shocked yet needing look in both of your eyes. “Does this mean what I think it means?” Percy says awestruck.
A small laugh bubbles through you and you look down at yourself then right back up at him, unable to keep your eyes away from the boy in front of you. “yeah” you whisper while nodding. Breaking your intense eye contact your bow and quiver full of arrows start to disappear. The two of you look down at your waist in shock, your face relaxes. You knew this would happen, when a Cupid meets their soulmate they become human, they wont be Cupid anymore but Percy on the other hand was shocked and worried. He just met you, someone who he felt such a strong connection to as soon as he saw you, someone who felt like home and you were just disappearing or at least thats what he thought. Your wings then start to disintegrate and disappear which saddens you yes, you would definitely miss your wings a lot but it worried Percy. He strides the little ways forward and grips your hands into his “Whats happening?” he demands, his tone worrying. You look up at him with furrowed eyebrows, why was he worried? but then you realize what he thought was happening. Your hands move out of his and to the sides of his face, holding him gently while his hands move to your waist, feeling the need to touch you in some way. “Im becoming human, i’m okay i’m just not Cupid anymore.” you speak gently, trying to soothe him
“Why?” he whispers confused
“because I met you” you respond softly
After today Percy would try his best to hide you in his cabin so Chiron, Dionysus and the other campers wouldn’t find you but he did tell Grover and Annabeth, wanting them to meet you. After today the two of you would get to know each other in every aspect of the other’s lives and start to develop actual feelings instead of just a connection. Percy would be making sure you were safe from monsters and you who practiced and practiced to be able to fight alongside him which he didn’t like. You two would begin to love each other and continue the rest of your lives together.
Who knew your soulmate would be Demigod, Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon.
and who knew Percy Jacksons soulmate would literally be Cupid herself.
a/n: im sick and on my period but I really loved writing this story specifically

did anyone say good omens fanfic x cupid!reader ?!?!?
good evening tumblr. i have many thoughts for the ineffable fandom. can’t get out of my head a cupid!reader that crowley hangs out with now that azi is gone?!?? broken heart crowley?!?! crowley x reader smut ?!? gender neutral reader?!?!? gender bending crowley?!?!? sex shop running cupid ?!?!?!??! 🫣🤔🤭🪽
Tumblr media
I wrote a drabble. Please send thoughts. May write a fic 🫣 XOXO, xwingsandohs.
Angels and demons have always been assigned their roles on earth to protect peace and create chaos, but it’s in the 15th century (or so) that the Almighty notices that humans have evolved themselves beyond simple procreation. And so God creates the Cupids, not necessarily a legion of angels and definitely not demonic, but a collection of holy beings powered by Earthly love to bring happiness and prosperity to humanity in new ways.
Where Aziraphale was defined by white hair and golden clothes, Crowley recognised by fiery red locks and sleek suits; this particular Cupid is defined by a rainbow of colours, patterns and flowers for every occasion.
It’s been three months since Aziraphale left for Heaven’s gates, or escalators to be more accurate, and your attempts to foster and create love in London has suffered thanks to a certain lonely demon moping around. Crowley can’t admit he just needs the company.
“Coffee?” You ask, Crowley hums positively. “What would you like?”
“Something strong.” He’s sitting on a lovely green couch in the back room of your shop, sprawled in all his comfort. It’s decorated with a variety of silly cushions, one particular eye-catching one being bright blue with orange tassels.
The room is littered with beige boxes of spare stock and new deliveries, but you still keep it looking bright with a mis-matched collection of hanging prints and printed wallpaper. You keep it on theme with what you stock.
“I know that, silly.” You shake your head and smile as always, you both do this routine most mornings. The coffee bean grinder grunts loudly and you pick out two big mugs from the cupboard. “What shall I try draw in your coffee with the milk? You know I’ve been practising.”
You have been practising. Despite coffee not being the main draw of your high street shop, you have a vision of giving out free drinks to customers if you can master the art of the latte. You’re getting better, actually.
“A leaf.” Your friend responds, standing up and heading towards you.
“You say that every time!”
Crowley picks up the yellow striped mug you’d taken out for his drink.
“I like the leaf.”
He’s nonchalant. He puts the mug back and looks around for the one he wants.
“But it’s easy and I’d like a challenge. Something silly.”
You grin up at him with a little humour, and he looks back to you with a raised brow.
He can’t find the mug.
You look up and find the mug immediately. It’s completely plain and black, with a slightly lighter shade of grey on the inside. He bought it and gave it to you especially for his drinks. You always fight back.
“Fine.” Crowley says with exasperation. “How about….” He looks around for inspiration in your decor, finding little that he wishes to ask for. “A tree?”
“Oh, I know!” You almost cut him off, exclaiming. He doesn’t know why you bother asking, again, this is your routine. His eyes roll and you can sense it without even seeing. “I’ve just remembered something I saw online the other day and I’d like to try it out.”
“Sure.” He rubs across his face with his hands then spins on the spot to head back to a seat on the couch. The milk steamer screeches and he considers it his cue.
“Could you do me a quick favour before I unlock the doors?” He stops, seconds away from reclaiming comfort on the velvet. He’s not your assistant, but you tend to always ask for these little things.
“I know you’re not my assistant, but there’s a pile of online orders printed out that I need to put together. Could you grab that pile from upstairs for me? It’s next to the-“
“The computer.” He finishes. Routinely.
You finish the coffee.
By the time he’s brought down the pile of paper and placed it where you like it behind the till incase of a quiet moment, you’re skipping over to unlock the door and flip the sign to ‘Open!’ Before it hits 9:01.
Then you rush back to grab the two mugs.
Crowley looks around at the shelves and pegs that hold the stock and shakes his head at everything he sees, humans and their rubbish. He does however appreciate the collection of green plants that have found a place amongst the shelves since he’d been spending lots of time here. They perhaps even look happier than his own, or maybe the colourful shelves really bring out their green.
“I wonder what lovely people will walk through our doors today?” You say with a smile, taking your first sip of coffee and smearing the pattern. Your hand holds out the other cup to Crowley.
He shrugs, takes the coffee from your hand and looks down at the pattern. “It’s a…”
“-A seahorse!” He wouldn’t have guessed it really, but when you point it out he notices. It’s definitely an animal of some sort.
“I like it.” He doesn’t really care for it, but you seem to like the labour, he understands that care. “Although it’s a little…”
He’s not going to say the word.
You’re still grinning, you know the word.
“A little…?” You ask.
“You know, it’s…” He doesn’t say.
“Phallic?” You say it. He doesn’t look away from the coffee.
“Phallic.” He confirms with an unsurprising demeanour .
“I know!” You giggle, he shakes his head.
“You really do take this all very seriously, don’t you?” Crowley chuffs as he leans back against the counter and takes his first sip.
“You could say it’s all about passion in this business.”
Well…. What else would a Cupid sell? The bell above the door rings.
“Good morning.” You call to the first two customers that come through the door. They respond politely back. “Welcome to Sugar ‘n’ Spice, let us know if we can help with anything.”
“Actually, we were looking for some bondage gear?” The lady says as her partner shrinks slightly behind her.
“Of course! Let me introduce you to our selection and then I’ll leave you to shop on your own.”

You were stupid. A bit more stupid than normal at least.
You were trying to get some new potions to work when you accidentally spilled the pink powder he gifted you specially for lust potions. The pink powder was obtained from the cupid species, they produced it on their wings and any human or monster would instantly fall into a lustful frenzy once they touched it. And that’s why it was so hard to get, they had to give it to you specifically with a very clear intent of lust...
Your cupid friend gave it to you as a birthday present, and you were supposed to drop an itty bitty quantity in each potion because every time someone used the powder, he would feel it. You promised not to use much, always controlling how many potions you’d make… But you weren’t expecting for it to slip your fingers and pretty much cover your whole body. Your skin was tingling and your brain was barely coherent when you dialed his number.
“I need your help,” you whispered against the speaker, not letting him even say hello.
His response was instantaneous: “What happened?” You could hear him batting his wings in the background, and you were sure he was already mid air coming to get you. He must have felt the powder activating.
“I- I dropped the pink powder on me,” you confessed, your breathing labored and your skin tingly.
Fuck, you were about to burst and you didn’t even move. You’d never felt such intensity before, it was like every inch of your body was electrified and caressed at the same time, even the touch of the clothes over your body felt erotic.
“Fuck,” he cursed. The air against the phone was enough to know he was rushing to your house, his wings almost deafening in the background.
“Please, please…” You barely made sense, your brain was fuzzy in a way that made your clit tingle and your panties were so wet you could already feel your juices ruining your pants.
“Fuck,” he cursed again. In other circumstances you would have blushed, your unrequited crush on your cupid best friend making you feel all kinds of emotions. But you weren’t thinking straight, and he was talking again: “I’ll be there in a few minutes, take your clothes off, rub your pretty little clit until you are dripping wet because as soon as I cross your window I’m going to be inside of you, and I won’t stop until you are dripping with my come for every single hole.”
His words drove your brain into a frenzy, the effect of the pink powder getting even stronger as you did as you were told, pulling at your clothes so fast and hard you broke something. You didn’t care, you’d deal with whatever tore later on. You laid on your potions table, not caring about everything falling down or the million little pieces of glass that were probably on the ground, you had only one focus: obey. Your fingers found your clit and you started rubbing rapidly, moaning against the phone.
“You sound so sweet, good damn it. I knew you’d be perfect,” his words meant nothing and all at the same time, your inside twisting and turning as your pussy contracted over nothing, making you whine and beg. “I know, love, I know.” You could hear him breathing hard, the powder probably affecting him too, and with each movement of his wings you could feel him getting closer.
The second your window opened with a big crash, you were begging for him and he was falling to his knees next to the table, not caring about the glass, grabbing your ankles and pulling your legs as far apart as possible. He set his big body between them, his wings so wide and soft you felt the tickle against your knees when he pushed your legs over his shoulders.
The first contact of his tongue against your tender flesh feels like lightning hitting your body. And it only turned better when his dexterous tongue found your clit. He ate you out like a starving monster, fucking in and out of your pussy with his forked tongue until you were screaming his name and asking for more. More. More.
You came in less than two minutes, with his fingers pressing against your G-spot and your brain turning into jelly inside your head. It was so much and so little at the same time. You needed more. You needed him inside of you in any way you could. You pushed your torso up, pulling your legs off his shoulders and shoved his chest back until he was a few feet back. You jumped off the table, not even feeling the tiny glasses on the ground as you walked over them.
It was like your orgasm only made you hornier, more desperate, you needed him more than you needed your next breath. “Let me suck you off, please, please…” You begged, your eyes fixated on his dick straining against his pants.
You fumbled with the zipper, and he helped you, looking at you with such tenderness that your heart was about to explore out of your chest. But first: dick.
“Okay, love. Okay. Whatever you want. You can do whatever you want to me.” His words sounded like a promise, and your brain was so fuzzy you could only nod as you fell to your knees. “Open up,” he ordered, taking himself on his hand and caressing your cheek with the other. He fed you his cock and you swallowed it down greedily. “That’s it, such a good witch for me, such a pretty mouth wrapped around my shaft. Fuck, do that again.”
You rolled your tongue over his head, pressing against the underside where you knew he was most sensitive. That cupid anatomy book coming in handy when you were wrapping your hand at his base and squeezing until you felt the ridges inside move. He cursed over you, his hand grabbing your hair so harshly you felt the tiny spikes of pain, but that only made you moan louder around him.
He cursed again, telling you nonsense as he moved his dick in and out of your mouth slightly. “Fuck, your mouth, love. You are perfect. You are so good to me. I’ve been wanting to have you like this forever. Good goddess, your mouth.” You grabbed his ass, trying to get him closer, further down your throat, but he stopped you. “None of that, I… I need you. I need to be inside of you. After that you can play with me all you want.”
“I’ll hold you to that,” your voice was airy and low, and without a doubt you knew your whole body was pink all over.
He helped you to your feet, claiming your mouth in a brain melting kiss before grabbing your ass and helping you back onto the table. His fingers found your pussy at the same time he positioned himself on your opening. “You are so wet, fuck.” He pushed the tip inside, and you were indeed so wet he slipped right in.
He cursed in so many languages you weren’t sure how many words he said, but you were in heaven. You reached Valhalla or whatever other heaven there existed out there. All at once. None at all… You touched the stars and came back to your body when he moved his hips back, pushing right back in and drawing a scream out of your lungs.
And then there was no more playing, only frantic fucking and dirty words.
“Do you like me, love? Do you like the feel of my cock inside of you? Do you like when I say dirty things to you?” You shivered, nodding frantically as you rolled your hips, chasing some of the pleasure he was promising you with his thrusts. “Of course you do, you love to be fucked this hard, this fast… You never had it so good, did you? None of your stupid boyfriends was as good as me. Say it.”
“None were… None as good as you…” Your voice was trembling, his thrusts too fast and harsh, but you couldn’t complain. You wouldn’t. It was that good.
“I know darling, I know nobody was as good as me. But you didn’t let me tell you that, did you? You were always with one or another, never enough time for me to fuck you as you deserved. To treat you as you deserve. To make you fucking mine,” he punctuated each word with a hard thrust that hit right over your G-spot, sending sparks of desire and pleasure to your brain until you were drooling over the table. “Tell me I’m wrong, tell me you don’t like me like that and I’ve been pining over you for nothing,” his anger was palpable in each thrust of his hips inside your pussy, his ridges undulating and massaging you from the inside.
“I CAN’T. I CAN’T. YOU ARE RIGHT!” You screamed as another wave of pleasure washes over your body.
But he wasn’t listening to you, he was too focused on his actions, on driving you insane. “You can’t because you like me. You’ve liked me as long as I’ve liked you and you’ve been denying us both. For what? For some flimsy human dick? No more, love. You don’t go back to anyone else anymore. You. Are. Mine. To. Please.”
“Yours. Yours. Yours…”
And then there’s fireworks behind your eyelids and your brain is short circuiting. You could barely hold your body up as he expanded his dick inside of you, the cupid trick of locking inside your tight pussy was multiplied by a thousand because of the pink dust, and you could only scream silently as he bred you to the brim and your vision turned white behind your eyelids.
You came back to your body resting over his chest, the soft feathers tickling your cheek as you looked down at his wet dick, still half hard. Your body still craved him, and you were about to act on it when he said: “For what’s worth… I really like you like that, too, love,” he whispered against your sweaty forehead, his breathing labored as his dick twitched in your line of sight.
You threw a leg over his middle, rubbing your still dripping pussy over his dick. “Prove it.”
And he did.
(He was also true to his promise to leave you leaking and bred from every single hole, but that’s a story for another day...)

Tommy Miller is a high functioning addict.
Self aware enough to admit it, hedonistic enough to only manage it. Has been that way for as long as he can remember.
He likes the head buzz of nicotine and the dizziness of liquor and the adrenaline rush of a real bad decision. His favorite high, though, is you. His favorite sound, his favorite taste, his favorite sight.
His favorite girl.
After that fateful night in his apartment, the two of you get good at the balancing act. The push and pull. You ride the line of too much and not enough religiously. Have gotten it down to a goddamn science.
But the problem is that an addict never knows when to quit.
He does well for a while. Truly. Learns that it’s a whole lot easier to manage his longing with witnesses around, and goes out of his way to avoid being in an empty house with you. He interlocks his fingers together and squeezes when the urge rises in him to touch you. To cradle your pretty face, to run his thumb over your mouth when you make some filthy joke and smile up at him. He bites the inside of his cheek when you’re sitting beside one another and turn to whisper something in sync, bringing you face to face, so overwhelmed with a craving for the taste of your tongue that his heart hammers against his sternum.
For what it’s worth, Tommy tries. Loses sleep over it, even. Stares up at his ceiling for hours, warring with what he wants and what he knows is right.
The right thing would be to wean himself off of you. Cut back a little at a time. Day by day, until eventually the thought of you becomes less persistent. Until he stops smelling the faintest trace of your shampoo in his sheets, until he stops transferring that half-smoked cigarette with cherry lip gloss on the filter from pack to pack.
But then, sometimes, he catches this look in your eye when you’re listening to him speak. He could be talking about something shitty that happened at work or telling you about a song he heard on the radio that he thinks you’d like, and you just stare at him like he hung the moon in the sky.
He’s important to you, and you make him feel it. And it’s this, this that he can’t give up. The way you trust him so completely, the way you love him without a trace of doubt.
You say it once, in passing. Everyone’s sitting in lawn chairs in the backyard, enjoying the nice weather before the rainstorm moving in from the west hits. You’re sitting next to Sarah, but your feet are resting in Tommy’s lap.
Sarah’s talking animatedly, telling everyone about her college English professor and how they’ve been playing matchmaker all semester. On three separate occasions, they’ve paired groups together, and couples have emerged from them. Sarah thinks it’s intentional, but your mom and Joel aren’t so sure.
Tommy stays quiet for most of the conversation. But then he says, “Definitely a little weird. But, uh…anyway, I wanted to let everyone know I’m a changed man. Dropping the whole blue collar act and going back to school to study English.”
Everyone laughs, and you kick the side of his thigh lightly with a shake of your head. Through your giggles you say, “I fucking love you,” and it fills him with so much warmth he’s overflowing with it.
He rides that high for days. Gives you shit for it, even.
When he steals your half finished slice of pizza right out of your hands and you call him a dickhead with a smile on your face he says, “Yeah, but you love me anyway.”
You don’t deny it, and even that makes him feel special. Tommy takes every crumb of affection you throw at him and eats it up with a fork and knife like it’s the most delectable meal he’s ever had. Consumes your sweet words and your closeness so thoroughly, it’s almost comical. Like he’s a dog with a bone, desperate for it, because he is.
He stays balanced, though. Never lets it go too far. Can feel right when his desire begins to cloud his judgment and knows when to call it.
But things change one night at the dining room table.
You and Joel sit beside each other. He‘s in front of that shitty laptop he bought decades ago, trying to write an email that sounds both professional and assertive without using the words asshole or fucking idiot.
He’s grumbling and typing with his two pointer fingers and a single thumb on the keyboard, shaking his head as you explain, “You have to capitalize her name, Joel. You’re not sending an email to your friend, she’s a CEO.”
“Yeah, well, capital letters are meant for people. Not for corporate lizards trying to fuck with my company.”
You catch Tommy’s gaze from across the table, making you both snort and fall into rambunctious laughter, earning you a glare.
“It’s not funny,” Joel says sharply. “Stupid I even have to do this. I don’t know why people don’t just leave well enough alone.”
“Everyone wants a piece of the pie,” you explain. “You’re making good money doing good things, and she wants to be a part of it. You guys keep taking on more projects this year, and inquiries like this are just the beginning.”
“It’s a good thing, ain’t it?” Tommy shrugs. “Means you’re doing somethin’ right.”
“Exactly,” you agree. You lean across the table and swipe the glass bottle from his hands to take a sip.
Tommy knows you don’t like beer and isn’t surprised when you cringe at the hoppy flavor, wrinkling your nose at him. He thinks maybe you drink it anyway not for the alcohol, but to put your lips to the same place his were seconds ago. He tries not to let the warmth that idea elicits in his chest spread too far.
“Well, I don’t need some uppity lady who works in an office telling me how to do my damn job,” Joel adds.
“So say that,” you tell him. He starts typing on the keyboard again, so you lean in close, peering over his shoulder. “Oh my God. Not word for word. You have to paraphrase.”
Joel throws his hands up in the air and groans in frustration. “How do I say fuck off in a nice way?”
You and Tommy both laugh again, which only serves to piss Joel off even further. It’s not funny, not really; it’s just the dramatics of it all. And, truthfully, Tommy finds everything funny when he's with you.
“You write it,” Joel says, pushing the laptop towards you.
“That’s not gonna solve anything,” you say, shaking your head.
“What if I pay you?”
“Then you’ll be in the same situation next time. You’re gonna have to learn how to be a business owner, Joel. Not just a contractor.”
“Okay, so make it permanent, then,” Joel says, shrugging. “Like a…a receptionist. Come work for me and quit that coffee place. They don’t even offer health insurance.” He says it with such disdain, and Tommy knows exactly why.
They’d discussed it on the way home from work one afternoon. Too god damn smart for a place like that, Joel had said, and Tommy could do nothing but agree.
“I can’t quit my job to write your emails for you,” you argue.
“Not just that,” he says. “Can be in charge of payroll and schedules and the licensing bullshit. All the things I’m bad at. Weekends off, whatever hours you wanna work. I’ll pay you double what you’re makin’ now, and you get health insurance.”
Hesitation shows on your face. Tommy knows his brother means what he says, and he thinks you know it, too. But it’s a lot to consider. A big change.
“You’re good at talkin’ to people,” Joel continues, closing the laptop. “An’ it would mean a lot to me.”
That’s what does you in, Tommy knows. The nail in the coffin. He sees it in the way your shoulders drop and your eyes soften. Selfless girl, he thinks. Always taking care of the people you love. “What if I don’t like it?”
“You will,” Tommy answers. Because he knows Joel will take care of you, too. Make sure you have everything you might need. But more importantly, Tommy knows you. And even though he can sense the way it threatens his balance on that already thin line between safe and depraved, he knows you’ll enjoy it.
And he’s proven correct on that very first day.
Joel sets you up in the air-conditioned trailer they haul from job site to job site. Mostly, they use it to cool off during lunch, everyone piling into the small space for half an hour before going back out into the Texas heat.
The two of you spend most of the day going over all the contacts Joel’s acquired over the years, and how to schedule a consultation, and where to order materials. He gives you all of his passwords and clears off the cluttered desk that never gets used.
Everyone on the team is awfully eager to meet you, and Tommy’s no fucking idiot. He knows exactly what goes through their heads as they shake your hand and introduce themselves and stare a little too hard at the shadow of red lace beneath your thin white top.
They conveniently wait until Joel’s out of earshot before the comments start pouring out of their foul mouths.
Pretty little thing, ain’t she?
Joel’s got that livin’ under his roof? Christ. Poor old man.
You see the way those jeans fit her?
Is it too early to start callin’ Joel ‘pops’?
Tommy wonders briefly why they feel so comfortable saying shit like this in front of him, knowing who he is to you, but then realizes he’s said far worse in the past about girls half as pretty. They feel comfortable because in any other situation, he would be joining right in.
Noah’s the worst of it. Takes things a little too far when he says, “Stepdaughter videos ain’t number one on the hub for nothin’.”
Tommy clenches his teeth. Keeps his head down. Tries and fails to fight his smug ass smirk when you come grab his truck keys a little after four and return to the trailer wearing his Carhartt hoodie, the one he’d left in the back seat a couple days ago.
Later that night, Tommy follows you up to your room. Door wide open, with Sarah just across the hall and Joel and your mom downstairs. Not that he has any intentions other than checking in after your first day. It’s just…precautionary—an added layer of security to prevent a backslide.
He flops back in your unmade bed, hands folded behind his head, and watches a little too closely as you bend over to unlace your sneakers. “Well?”
You unclasp your necklace and drop it into a ceramic bowl on your dresser. “I loved it,” you admit. “It was a little stressful, but…I don’t know. I liked feeling like I could make a difference. Like I’m not just going in there to do my job and go home, I felt like I was being productive. It was nice.”
Tommy’s pleased to hear it. Loves the way your voice sounds in his ears. Happy, satisfied. He knows right then and there that he needs to set a firm boundary with Noah because you’re never going back to that coffee place, and Noah’s not going anywhere near you. “Said you’d like it, didn’t I?”
With a roll of your eyes, you sit beside him and pull your legs close to your chest, resting your chin on top of your knees. “Joel’s kind of a hard ass.”
It makes him laugh because it’s true. Can’t count on both his hands just how many times his brother has nitpicked the way things are done. He can only imagine the pressure you'd felt in that trailer, likely being told how to talk to this person or that one. “Only the beginning, darlin’,” Tommy says.
The sunlight leaks in through your bedroom window, sheer lace curtains casting rays of gold over your skin. You’re beautiful, Tommy thinks. Painfully so. Sometimes he’ll catch you at a certain angle, just like this one, and it makes his heart rate stutter.
In another world, Tommy wouldn’t let you out of sight fucking ever. Would accompany you whether you were going to a nightclub or if you were just going to the corner store. Because he knows from experience that all it would take for a man to fall to his knees before you is a single look from those pretty eyes. In another world, one where he wasn’t your Uncle Tommy, one where he could just be yours, he’d make damn sure you’d never need anything from another man.
Never need a door opened for you, never need to pay for a meal, never need to confide in anyone else. He’d take care of you. Do it all. Satisfy you in every way of the word because it’s what you deserve. He wants to take care of you, wants to be a provider.
Tommy supposes it’s what he’s always wanted, despite his actions reflecting the opposite. He wonders if maybe he’s just been waiting for you this whole time.
You ask, “What are you thinking about?”
And he doesn’t lie. “You.”
With a scoff, you playfully pinch his side. A sliver of his abdomen is exposed where his t-shirt has ridden up, and feeling you there is a shock to his nervous system.
And when your touch lingers, his body tingles, and his brain becomes foggy. Tommy Miller has never wanted anyone the way he wants you. Is reduced to the simplest, most carnally driven man just at the feel of your delicate fingertips on his skin.
Your attention is centered on your hand as you slowly move it across his soft belly, eyes hooded and filled with desire.
Tommy knows that look now. Knows the filthy thoughts invading your brain, knows exactly what you’re reminiscing about. He knows, too, that the balance is skewed. The longer he lies here with you, the closer he comes to caving. “Your turn,” he says. “Spill your guts.”
When you speak, your voice is quiet. A barely-there whisper. “It would be so easy, you know.”
He does. Has rolled the idea over in his head a million fucking times. “S’the problem,” Tommy explains. “Can’t stop myself twice.”
“Then don’t,” you say simply, continuing to run your fingers over his skin. He sees his favorite troublesome smirk begin to form on your sweet mouth and has to squeeze his eyes shut to keep himself from finding too much joy in it. “Could do it right here. Bet they’d never know.”
The edge of your pinky finger dips just below the waistband of his jeans. Barely there, but Tommy notices everything you do, and this is no exception, hyper aware of your every movement. He lets out a slow, shaking breath and swallows hard. He can’t bring himself to move or push you away like he knows he should. All he manages are two, hesitant words. “Ain’t right.”
Your response is quick. Honest and true. “I don’t care.”
It only makes his will to abstain that much harder. Knowing he isn’t alone in his longing, knowing you’re suffering in such a similar way…it hurts him just to think of it. But it’s different for you. Easier. Because you’re just at the beginning of your life, while he’s nearly halfway through his.
You have time to bounce back from this. To choose someone your age who’s a lot less twisted. Someone you don’t have to hide from the people closest to you, who you can kiss out in the open without shame.
And Tommy’s…well, Tommy knows there will never be anyone else for him. Has sat with that fact for quite some time. Accepted it by now, and considers himself lucky just to have had that one, stolen night.
Slowly, you move further down the mattress. The same one he once slept on that now belongs solely to you. You slot yourself between his strong thighs and his cock swells as you look up at him through your lashes.
There’s an experiment here, Tommy knows. The two of you are just alike. So similar that sometimes it frightens him. He can see the challenge in your eyes, testing the waters, seeing how far you can go before he pulls you back.
You lean forward, bracing yourself with your hands on his hips. And when you press your lips to the bulge in his jeans, Tommy bites back a moan.
This is too far, he knows. Way too fucking far.
His heart hammers in his chest. The door is still wide open, and everyone is home. All it would take is one person to walk down the hallway, and it would all be over.
But it would be easy. Quick, too—Tommy’s never had much control when it comes to you.
With a quick flick of your thumb, you pop open the silver button. Saliva gathers between your parted lips, mouth watering for a taste of him.
Tommy Miller is weak. Corrupted. Sick and twisted and perverted and— “Beautiful, baby,” he whispers. “You’re so fucking…Christ. You got any idea how fuckin’ pretty you are?”
He gently strokes your hair, and when you smile up at him, he grins right back. His cock is already hard but then you pull his zipper down with your teeth and Tommy thinks he might die without relief.
Sarah calls your name from across the hall.
You scramble away from each other, sitting at opposite ends of the bed seconds before she rounds the corner.
“Do you remember Summer? That girl from my biology class?” Sarah pays Tommy no mind as she sits beside you.
It’s not out of the ordinary for him to be in your room, after all. He’s the first to lend a helping hand when you get the urge to move your furniture around and has carried up your laundry from the basement countless times.
“Yeah, of course,” you say. “The one you…”
Sarah flushes a deep crimson. Her eyes flicker between your face and Tommy’s, and he’s smart enough to read the room.
“Guess that’s my cue,” he says, standing from the bed, tugging at the hem of his t-shirt.
You grab his hand as he walks past. Just briefly, but it turns his insides molten. One more lingering touch before he leaves. A way of saying, I don’t want you to go, but I know you have to.
Once out in the hallway, Tommy zips up his jeans and takes a few long, deep breaths before he goes downstairs to say goodbye to your mom and Joel. The two of them talk briefly, and Joel asks how you felt after your first day.
He says, “An’ I know you know that girl like the back of your hand, so don’t lie. She like it or not?”
Tommy isn’t quite sure why the words leave him feeling dizzy, but they do. He likes that he knows you so well and likes even more that the closeness you share is so visible. If he can’t outwardly call you his, if he can’t outwardly be yours, then he’ll take whatever this is. “She likes it.”
Joel’s shoulders sag in relief. “Good, cause she’ll make my life a hell of a lot easier.”
The next morning, Tommy stops by at seven to pick you and Joel up before heading to the job site. You carry a steaming travel mug in each hand, and before you climb into the back seat, you poke your head through the open driver's side window. “Just milk and sugar,” you say. “Right?”
He doesn’t know why you ask when you know the answer. “You didn’t have to do that, darlin’,” he says. But he happily takes the coffee anyway and takes a careful sip. It’s the perfect ratio. Tommy’s not surprised.
There’s a playful lilt to your voice as you say, “I usually take mine with cream, but we were all out. Thought maybe you could supply me with some.”
He laughs hard and shakes his head. “Un-fuckin’-believable,” he says through his mirth. He glances over the top of your head to see Joel locking the front door behind him.
You uncap the lid. “Well?”
His face burns, but Tommy thinks he’s never had such a perfect start to his day. “Get in the truck before you start somethin’ you can’t finish.”
“But that’s my favorite thing to do,” you whine, pushing your bottom lip out into a dramatic pout. You listen, though. Replace the lid and climb into the back seat behind him.
Tommy scoffs and says with a grin, “Don’t I know it.”
It doesn’t take long for you to get awfully good at your job. That first week alone, you manage to slice their payment for materials in half just by haggling with the lumber mill Joel’s bought wood from since the nineties. You accompany him to a handful of consultations, learning what to look for in a client and how to pick and choose which jobs are worth taking.
You convince Joel to buy a mini fridge for the trailer that you keep fully stocked with bottles of water. And when you bring in those electrolyte drink mixes, it’s all anyone talks about for days.
Noah says, “The peach one is my favorite. Wanna taste hers next.”
Everyone finds humor in it but Tommy.
The words come out sharper than intended. “Quit sayin’ shit like that, man.”
Noah laughs. Like it’s funny. “You’re telling me you don’t want a piece of that ass?”
“What I’m telling you is to shut your goddamn mouth,” Tommy answers. He stops digging through the sand they’ve been moving for the last hour, left hand squeezed tightly around the red handle of his shovel.
“It was a joke, Tommy. Lighten up.”
“Don’t care what it was,” he says, staring Noah in the eye. “I hear some shit like that again and I’ll fuck you up. You understand what I’m sayin’?”
Noah sizes him up, and for a split second Tommy thinks he just might be brave enough to step. But Noah just sneers and returns to the task at hand, an awkward silence lingering between the group of them.
But Tommy doesn’t care. Sits in that silence happily knowing he won’t have to listen to anyone speak about you like that anymore.
Joel cares, though. And on the way home, he says, “Mike told me about you giving Noah a hard time today. You two gonna have a problem?”
“Wait, what happened with Noah?” You slide to the center of the leather seat in the back of the cab.
“Nothing,” Tommy lies. “Ain’t gonna have a problem.”
Joel narrows his eyes in warning. “Good. 'Cause that’s the last thing we need right now. Behind enough as it is.”
He thinks that’s the end of it.
But then you say softly, “He asked me out the other day.”
“He what?” Tommy and Joel say it in perfect unison. Equally floored and equally irate.
Joel turns almost completely around in the passenger seat.
You raise your hands in surrender and look at Tommy through the rearview mirror. “Said he wanted to take me to dinner, and I told him I’d rather starve.”
“Listen to me,” Joel says with that stern, no bullshit dad voice he sometimes still uses on Sarah. “I don’t want you anywhere near those boys. Ain’t a single one worth a damn. Liars and cheaters and fucking criminals. All of ‘em.”
A crease forms between your brows. “So why the fuck did you hire them?”
“Cause they’re good at what they do,” Joel explains. “But that don’t make them good. Deserve better than that. You hear me, kid?”
“Yeah, I hear you. Keep it professional with everyone,” you say. “Except for Uncle Tommy.”
He chokes. Tries to cover it up with a cough, but it doesn’t work in the slightest. His hands pale around the steering wheel.
“Exactly,” Joel says.
Later that night, Tommy is smoking on the back porch when you step outside to join him. It’s the first moment he’s had alone with you all day. “You tryin’ to get me killed or somethin’?”
“Or something.” You lean back against the siding and shrug. “Kinda sounded like Joel’s blessing to me.”
“You’re fuckin’ trouble, girl.” Tommy chuckles and passes you his lit cigarette when you reach for it. “Joel wasted all that breath warnin’ you about those boys when he should be warnin’ them about you.”
“Yeah, probably. But you love it.”
Tommy can do nothing but agree because it’s the truest thing he’s ever heard. “Your birthday’s comin’ up soon,” he says, watching as you take the nicotine deep into your lungs. “Twenty-one. Anything you want?”
That too familiar smirk forms on your face, and Tommy knows what you’re going to say before you even open your mouth. Can see all those filthy thoughts behind your eyes, can almost hear whatever dirty joke you’ve got locked and loaded on the tip of your tongue.
“Don’t even fuckin’ start with me,” he warns, a playfulness to his voice. But there’s no weight to it. Your inability to take anything seriously is one of his favorite things about you.
Your lips part in a mockery of surprise. “I didn’t even say anything!”
“Didn’t have to,” he says, plucking the cigarette from between your fingers. “Give me something realistic.”
“Okay…” You tap your index finger against your chin, contemplating. “What about…a pearl necklace,” you say with the sweetest, most innocent smile.
Tommy laughs. Can’t help himself. “Alright, you know what? I take it back. You only get gifts if you’re good.”
He thinks the sound of your giggling might be the only thing that’s ever truly brought him peace. Finds comfort in your joy, in knowing you’re happy. But when your laughter dies down, there’s a sad sort of look in your eye. A melancholic longing.
Then you quietly say, “I just want you.” And Tommy’s ears ring.
This is what hurts him the most. The heavy truth of it.
He’d known that taking your closeness to new heights would change him in irreparable ways. Known that nothing would ever compare, and he was ready and willing to live the rest of his life with that dull ache in his chest. Welcomed the haunting of emptiness with open arms because it was you and it was him and that one fucking night was yours.
But Tommy wasn’t the only one who’d been changed by it. Wasn’t the only one to suffer in the aftermath.
He wants to comfort you. Wants to take your hands in his and kiss each of your knuckles until his lips turn blue. He doesn’t move, though. Not even an inch. Because he’s never felt nearer to a relapse than he does when you look at him like that. Like you see him. Like he’s all you see.
“I’m right here,” he says. “Always will be.”
Tommy means it. He thinks he would follow you anywhere just to feel the faintest warmth of your affection.
It seems to satisfy you. For now, at least. You give him the tiniest smile, a half effort, but it soothes the sting for him, too. Just a little.
Your birthday falls on a Friday. Tommy gets up early and stops at a bakery before heading to Joel’s, and is pleased when he uses the key under the mat to find that the house is quiet. Still.
He creeps up the stairs and slips soundlessly into your room. The day is just beginning, and the light of dawn spills through your cracked window. Tommy sits on the edge of your bed and tucks a stray piece of hair behind your ear.
When he presses a gentle kiss to your forehead, you stir and stretch out your limbs. Your voice is tired and filled with sleep as you ask, “Uncle Tommy?”
“Happy birthday, sweetheart,” he whispers. He cradles your face in his hands and strokes your cheek with his thumb as clarity slowly finds you.
You smile up at him with starry eyes, and Tommy’s stomach flips. You’re so good, so perfect that sometimes he wonders how the fuck you’re even real.
“C’mon,” he says. “Sit up for me. Got you somethin’.”
Tommy holds your hands when you reach for him and pulls you forward. You push yourself up the rest of the way and fold your legs over one another beneath the blankets.
It’s only at that precise moment that Tommy realizes you’re wearing one of his t-shirts and the sight of it steals the air right from him. He likes it—loves it. Loves that a piece of him lives here with you. In your closet, in your room, in your sheets.
He’s not quite sure how you ended up with it, though. Thinks he might’ve left it on a lawn chair after spending an afternoon in Joel’s pool, or missed it in the dryer when the ones at his apartment were out of order.
But then you say, reading his every thought, “I stole it.”
Tommy laughs. “Think you’re supposed to ask before you take things that aren’t yours.”
“Where’s the fun in that?” You lean forward, lips an inch away from his ear. “And I know I’m not the only one with sticky fingers, Uncle Tommy.”
His face burns. He thinks of your cherry lip gloss on his bathroom sink and your tank top on the right side of his bed and your lace panties in his nightstand. Tommy thinks he should know better than to hide things from you anymore. You’re too close, too similar. “Caught me,” Tommy mutters.
And then he digs his lighter out of the front pocket of his jeans and lights the ten cent candle he’d found at the back of Joel’s junk drawer. He sticks it into the center of the cupcake he’d picked out just for you—lemon flavored, with vanilla frosting and lime colored sprinkles.
He holds it between you and says, “Make a wish, birthday girl.”
The flame flickers as your gaze darts between Tommy’s eyes and his mouth. You smile widely, and he can’t resist mirroring your joy. Feels it as thoroughly as if it were his own. Tommy’s never cared much for his birthday, but he feels overwhelmed with gratitude for yours. Thankful.
You close your eyes, make your silent wish, and then blow out the candle. He unwraps the wax paper for you, crumbs sticking to his fingers, and laughs when you take a bite and let out a blissful moan. “Holy shit,” you say.
Tommy feels pride bloom in his chest. Thinks pleasing you might be his favorite thing on the planet. “S’good?”
“It’s fucking amazing,” you answer. And then you turn the cupcake towards him. “I’m not kidding. Try it.”
He does. Leans forward and takes a careful bite right from your hands. You’re not wrong, either. The lemon is refreshing, and the vanilla buttercream is the perfect sweetness. Tommy nods as you take another bite. “Christ,” he says. “Worth every damn penny.”
You touch your thumb to the corner of your mouth. “You’ve got frosting on your face,” you say with a teasing grin.
Tommy wipes his mouth with the back of his hand. “I get it?”
“More to the left,” you instruct. But when he tries again, Tommy knows it’s still there when you hold in your laughter. And then you say, “Can I…?”
Tommy doesn’t understand right away why you even ask. You’re always laying your head on his shoulder or draping your legs over his or running your hands through his hair. This is no different, nothing out of the ordinary.
But when he nods, you lean forward and lick the frosting off his bottom lip.
It freezes him in time. Seconds feel like minutes as they tick by. He can feel the wetness of your tongue on his mouth, and you linger. Close enough that he can taste the sugar on your breath.
His morals hang in the balance. Sobriety threatened. Tommy Miller wants you so badly that he starts to wonder if you’re some fucked up form of punishment. Karmic justice for all those hearts he’s broken in his youth, just to be denied the one woman he’s ever truly wanted.
When you speak, it’s breathless. Nearly inaudible. “Kiss me.”
It is your birthday, after all.
He fights the intensity that batters against his every impulse and instead presses his mouth to yours gently. Unhurried. So much different than the first kiss you’d shared. Your lips move against his in sync, one soul split into two bodies, whole again for the first time in months.
Tommy thinks it’s just instinct when his tongue meets yours. You taste just as he remembers. A little warm and a little honeyed and a little like opium.
When you pull away, he feels the loss like a knife.
But then you cover your mouth with your hand and laugh, elation spilling through your fingers, and it’s like a balm to his heart.
Around another mouthful of confectionery, you insist, “Here. Have some more.”
Tommy sits there with you, waiting for the sun to rise, and the two of you share your birthday cupcake before the rest of the world wakes. You close your eyes and drop your shoulders as if it’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten, giggling between each bite.
It’s such a soft, quiet moment. Only the two of you. For just a little while, you have nowhere to be, no one to perform for. It’s just you, and it’s just him, and when you take the last bite, Tommy licks the frosting from your fingertips.
Joel’s alarm echoes down the hallway, and Tommy taps the tip of your nose, delighting in the pretty way it scrunches in response. “I’ll see you outside,” he says. “Happy birthday, darlin’.”
On the way to work, Joel asks about your plans for the weekend, and you tell him about how your friends are taking you to that new bar that just opened up downtown. He warns you to be careful, tells you it’s been packed full of people every time he’s driven by it, and says to call if you need anything.
You promise you will.
For dinner, your mom makes all your favorite foods, and Sarah gifts you a handmade pony bead bracelet. She wears a matching one on her wrist with the colors inverted, and they both say 4EVER in little black letters.
When Tommy returns to his empty apartment that night, it’s with a deep sadness. He tries to drown it out. Showers off the sweat of the day and watches something mind-numbing on television. But the main character in the sitcom rerun makes a dirty joke, and he can almost hear you laughing at it beside him.
Everything reminds him of you.
He thinks about calling one of the women he’s hooked up with on and off throughout the years, but the problem is that Tommy knows how that ends. Knows he’ll ask them to leave halfway through, and he’ll lie there, unsatisfied and painfully in love with a girl he can never have.
His longing chokes him until he’s devoid of breath, of life. Just a shell of a man without you.
This is the wretched low he pays for those highs, Tommy knows. And he pays it without complaint because the highs are heavenly. Fucking spiritual.
He goes to sleep every night without regret. This emptiness is oppressive, but his love for you is transcendent.
His phone rings a little after one in the morning.
Your voice is slurred when you speak. “Uncle Tommy?”
Something’s wrong. He doesn’t know how he knows, but he does. Can hear it in your voice. “Where are you?”
There’s faint music in the background. “That new bar on Sixth Street. Can you…I’m sorry. Can you come get me?”
He’s out of bed and pulling on his jeans before you finish asking. “I’m on my way, baby. What happened?”
You say, “I’m not…I’m not sure,” and Tommy’s heart sinks.
Because whatever it is is bad. Can feel it in his fucking bones. “Are you alone? Who’s with you, sweetheart? Where are your friends?”
“No, I…I’m just really—I had too much to drink, I think. There’s just so many people and I don’t wanna be here anymore.”
The new bar is halfway across town, but Tommy makes it in six minutes. It’s at capacity, just as he’d anticipated, all the townsfolk trying to see for themselves what all the hype is about. Tommy might recognize a few faces if he gave anyone but you half a second of thought, but he doesn’t.
He makes a beeline for the women's restroom at the back of the bar and ignores the scowls he receives from the two girls touching up their makeup in the mirror. He calls your name and finds you in the very last stall, sitting on the floor, arms wrapped around your legs.
Tommy breathes a little easier when he sees you. Knows that with him, you’ll be safe. He kneels at your side and tucks your hair behind your ear. “Hey, sweetheart.”
You let out the softest whimper. “Uncle Tommy,” you say, voice filled with affection. “You came.”
“Course I did. S’alright. C’mon.” He tucks his arms beneath you and pulls you to your feet. Supports your weight almost entirely as he leads you out of the crowded bar and back to his truck.
When he leans over your slumped frame to try and buckle your seatbelt, you start peppering the side of his face with sloppy kisses.
He says, “Okay, alright一would you just一sit still一”
But he doesn’t mean it. Not really. You’re a giggly mess of a girl, reaching for the hem of his t-shirt and sliding your cold hands over his too-warm skin. “You’re just.” Kiss. “So.” Kiss. “Fucking cute.” Kiss.
Tommy’s smiling hard, but pushes you away as much as he hates to. “Cute, huh? Don’t know about all that, sweet girl.” He finally latches your seatbelt and quickly rounds the truck to the driver's side.
You're reaching for him the moment you can, arms outstretched and fingers grabbing for him. “Hold my hand,” you say, and of course he does. Kisses your knuckles as the engine roars to life.
Tommy says, “Let’s get you home.”
And you respond sleepily, “You’re my home.”
He tries not to read too much into it. Knows you’re just sappy and drunk. You don’t mean it. Not really. Tommy’s seen you trashed before. Has covered for you countless times and has all those drunken texts you’ve sent him memorized. You’re always like this. Loving and overly affectionate, a happy drunk to your core.
But you’ve never said anything that moved him quite this much.
Home.
What a perfect way to describe it.
But he just shakes his head. “How much have you had, kid?”
You toss your head back and laugh like it’s the silliest question he ever could’ve asked. “Too much! That’s why I called!”
Still holding tight to his hand, you roll down your window all the way. The air is cold but fresh, filling the cab of his truck with the scent of the early morning dew. You lean your head against the leather frame and close your eyes.
Tommy’s not quite sure when you fall asleep because your hand remains in his, squeezing tight even in your unconsciousness. He checks on you every couple of seconds, monitoring your breathing and the soft, slumbering noises you make.
He hates to wake you, but does it anyway when he returns to his apartment. You groan in defiance when he makes you stand, and it takes everything in him not to give in and carry you.
“I know, baby, I know. But I need you awake for a little while longer,” he says. “Gotta get some food and water in you first, okay?”
You fight him each step of the way. Defy Tommy’s every instruction, once bubbly demeanor now replaced with agitation. But once he’s got you inside, he lets out a sigh of relief. He lays you on the couch and disappears into the kitchen for only long enough to make some toast and fill a tall glass with icy water.
He holds your head up with one hand and tilts the cup against your mouth with the other, doing everything for you apart from the actual hydrating. You eat the toast slowly and argue between each bite, but he persists.
While you sleep, Tommy sits on the floor beside you. Half monitoring, half admiring.
He doesn’t take his eyes off you for a single second. Even though exhaustion weighs down his limbs, Tommy is more concerned about you than he is about himself. He spends the night stroking your hair and making you drink a little more water each time you stir in your sleep.
A few times, you wake up completely, turning over to try and find comfort. You whine and sniffle, and Tommy repeats the same tender words until you fall back asleep. “You’re alright. I’m still right here. Uncle Tommy’s got you.”
It’s late by the time you sober up, almost noon. Tommy’s back aches from sitting on the hardwood for so long, and he needs a coffee or a nap or both—but the important thing is you. Always you.
You smile when you see him, and it’s so warm. A kindness that he’s only ever received from you.
It’s a visceral reaction, his mouth pulling up at the corners. Like he just can’t help it. He sees your happiness and feels it, too. “Hey,” he whispers.
“Hi,” you say. And then you grab his big hand and press it against the side of your face. Tommy can feel your joy, can feel the way the muscles strain as you fight off your sleepy giggles.
He runs the pad of his thumb gently over your cheekbone. “How’re you feeling?”
“Like my head’s going to explode,” you say, voice filled with so much faux cheer that it’s comical.
Tommy chuckles and stands to his feet, knees cracking. “Let me get you some aspirin.”
He’s not at all surprised when you follow him to the bathroom, never far for very long. While he sifts through his medicine cabinet, you sit on the edge of the tub. “Can I tell you something?”
“Always,” Tommy promises. He dumps two aspirin into his palm and hands them to you.
It takes a second before you speak. You turn the little pink tablets over and over in your hand, eyes downcast. And then you say, “I was too drunk and overwhelmed last night, but that isn’t what scared me. Noah was there.”
Tommy’s heart sinks to his feet. His jaw clenches, his knuckles turn white.
“He kept…I don’t know. He wanted to take me home, and I was dodging him all night, but he just wouldn’t take no for an answer. Followed me for an hour, trying to change my mind. He didn’t…didn’t do anything, but it freaked me out.”
Tommy thinks he’s never wanted to hurt another man so badly in his life. He takes a deep breath, makes sure his rage isn’t fueled by any rash decision. And then he leaves the bathroom and finds his shoes. “I’m going to fucking kill him.”
“Wait—Tommy, please don’t.” You follow, clawing at the back of his t-shirt. “Please.”
The fear in your voice stops him. He thinks maybe you don’t quite understand the gravity of the situation, so he tries to explain. “Can’t let this one go,” he says, shaking his head. “Not—Christ. Not this. He doesn’t get to make you that uncomfortable and get away with it. Fuck no.”
“I love that job,” you reason. “And I promised Joel—!”
“He’ll be just as pissed when he finds out—”
“I don’t want him to find out. Please, don’t.”
Tommy takes your hands between his. “Do you understand how much worse it could have been?” Tommy feels sick, thinking back on all those times Noah had made jokes about roofies and Tommy had just discounted it as dark humor. “Ruined your fuckin’ birthday,” he grumbles.
You say, “He didn't ruin it. I got to spend it with you, didn’t I? That’s all I wanted.”
He squeezes his eyes shut. Tommy can’t hear such sweet words when he’s like this—hot and angry and murderous. “No.” He shakes his head. “He doesn’t get to—”
“If Joel fires me for this, I will never forgive you,” you suddenly say, voice holding a cutting edge.
Tommy doesn’t understand. “What? Sweetheart, he’s not going to be mad at you, okay? You’ve done nothing wrong. Nothing. Joel will understand why I have to do this. He’s going to be mad at Noah, baby, not you.”
“Who I swore not to cause issues with!” Tears well in your wide eyes, and Tommy feels something inside his chest crack wide open. He’s never seen you cry before, not like this.
He pulls you into an embrace. Holds you tight against his chest, arms wrapped around your shoulders. His hands shake, unable to get a handle on either his anger or his despair.
Against his shoulder blade, you murmur, “Promise me you won’t tell Joel.”
And Tommy does. Swears to keep this as far away from you as possible. He refuses to make matters worse for you and, Christ, the sight of you crying makes him fucking miserable. He’s never hated anything more.
Once you sniffles subside, you lift your head and say, “I smell fucking awful.”
Tommy laughs, tension bleeding from his shoulders. “Go shower. I’ll find you some clothes.”
He picks out an old t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants with a drawstring, sets them on the bathroom sink and decides to make you breakfast. But Tommy notices quickly that his eggs are expired, and the box of cereal on top of the fridge has gone stale. He has nothing to offer you, and he’s not sure why, but the realization leaves him feeling hollow.
Eternal bachelor with nothing to his name. You can never be his, and Tommy knows this, but he thinks maybe if he were…better, somehow, that maybe you could be. But you’re too good for him. Too sweet, too lovely, too you.
And Tommy’s…well. He’s Tommy. And just because you look at him like he puts the stars in the sky doesn’t mean he actually does. He’s not like Joel, never has been. Has always gotten into trouble, doing things he knows he shouldn’t. Fighting or drinking or just being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Tommy’s never had his shit together a day in his life, and you deserve someone who can take care of you. Someone less disappointing.
Someone who can make you breakfast, for fucks sake.
He feels you before he sees youyour warmth at his back. Tommy’s eyes flutter closed when you slip your arms around his waist and lay your head in the space between his broad shoulders.
You say, “Thank you for always keeping me safe,” and Tommy wonders how the fuck you always know exactly what to say. Like you’re in his brain, somehow—a sixth sense finely tuned precisely to him.
Emotion bubbles up in his throat. Thick and smothering. He loves you, Tommy knows. Has never and will never love anyone like this again.
“You make me so happy.” There’s a tenderness in your words, soothing his every ache. “I wouldn’t know what to do without you.”
Tommy turns in your embrace. Cradles your face in both hands and promises, “You’ll never have to find out. M’always gonna be here for you.”
You kiss him, and Tommy lets you, even knowing he shouldn’t. It’s a little different than the one you’d shared at dawn in your bedroom. A little more heated, filled with clear intent.
He can sense it. Feel it in your every movement. Knows just what you want, what you need, and slips his tongue into your mouth when your lips part anyway. Let's you tilt your hips against his, feeling the growing hardness there, and swallows up your moan as he slots his knee between your legs.
His breath comes fast, and he’s aware of just how wrong it is, but you make him feel so important. Like you really, truly want him. Not for the things he does but just for him—flaws and disappointments and all.
An addict who always craves your fix.
You rock your hips against his knee and breathe a sigh of relief into his mouth. Tommy helps you, grabbing at your soft thighs and pulling you back and forth to increase the friction.
It’s too much. Too far.
This isn’t a drunken night. It’s the morning after. Stone cold sober, inexcusable.
“We should stop.”
“I know,” you say. But neither of you takes your own advice. He only kisses you harder, soaking up all of your benevolence for as long as he can. You slide your hand between your bodies and palm his cock through his jeans.
The surety of your touch is dizzying. You want him. It’s clear as day, but he wants to hear you. “Say it.”
You don’t hesitate, reading him like an open book. Tommy suppose, for you, he is. With sugary sweet words, you admit, “I need you, Uncle Tommy.”
He’s never been good at denying you anything. “I know, baby.” In one swift movement, he lifts you off your feet, and your legs wrap instinctively around his waist. He kneels down and lays you back, right there on the kitchen floor, and tugs your borrowed sweatpants down your thighs.
You kick them out of the way, and he pushes your t-shirt up over your breasts. “Touch me,” you sigh.
Tommy presses his mouth to the center of your chest. Inhales deeply, taking the familiar scent of you into his lungs. He cups your breasts in his big hands, the rough pads of his thumbs grazing over the peaks of your nipples.
He kisses and licks and bites down the center of your belly, leaving shallow indentations in the shape of his teeth on each of your hips. When he presses his mouth to your pubic bone, Tommy leans back just enough to get a full look at you. “You’re the prettiest girl I’ve ever seen.”
A soft flush crawls up your cheeks. “I’ve missed you so much,” you say.
Tommy understands. Even though he’s been right here, right by your side, he hasn’t been completely honest until this very moment. Not with you, and not with himself, and not since that night in his bed.
It’s like being unclothed. Bare boned. You both know the truth of it, know that he’s your Uncle Tommy and that it’s corrupt and perverted for him to be here, kneeling between your legs. But he’s here anyway, and his mouth is watering, and he fucking loves the sounds you make when his slides his tongue through your slit.
He licks up the wetness that has gathered, groaning at the heady taste of you. Your hands tangle in his hair when he circles your clit with a pointed tongue, drooling down his chin.
With one arm wrapped tightly around your thigh, keeping you in place, Tommy uses the other to gently press his two middle fingers into you. The sight of your arched back is extraordinary; the kind of goddess-like beauty the poets write about. Your pussy clenches around his fingers when he twists them inside of you and pushes firmly against that spot that has you writhing.
“That’s so一” You inhale sharply. “Fuck, it’s so good.”
It pleases him to hear it. Loves knowing that in this, he can never fail you. Tommy sucks your clit into his mouth, tongue flicking over the sensitive nerves, and thrusts his fingers a little faster. He thinks he’ll never grow tired of this. Of the way you taste, the way you sound, the way you call his name.
“Oh, God. Please don’t stop, please.” He wouldn’t dream of it. Your body shakes beneath him, thighs trembling in the grip of his rough palm. He can feel your walls pulse around his fingers, and Tommy knows you’re close.
When he pulls his mouth away, he slides his thumb easily through your folds to swipe it over your clit. “You’re so fuckin’ wet, baby,” he murmurs, kissing your soft belly. “Your pretty pussy always get this messy?”
You shake your head and say brokenly, “No, it’s just…just for—hmm—just—oh my God—”
“Shh,” he coos, chuckling lowly. “S’okay. I know it’s just for me. I know how much she likes it when Uncle Tommy kisses her like this.” He angles his hand and pushes it deeper inside of you, cock throbbing at the way you soak his fingers. “Give it to me.”
With a stuttering breath, you let out a salacious moan and your orgasm hits you hard. Your hands tug at the curling strands of his hair, your every muscle tenses, and your spine bends off the linoleum. His name falls so fucking beautifully from your sweet mouth, and Tommy wants to taste it.
So he does. Slides up your body and presses a kiss to your lips. You whimper into his mouth and he swallows down the sounds of your bliss like fine wine. “There you go,” he whispers tenderly. His thumb on your clit doesn’t slow until he’s sure he’s pulled every last drop out of you. “S’that feel better, sweetheart?”
You nod and giggle softly, a wide grin stretched across your face. The moment is filled with such happiness that it warms him from the inside out.
And even though his cock aches, Tommy thinks this alone is enough to satiate him. Enough to curb that craving, just seeing your pupils blown wide and the pretty flush on your face. Knowing you’re fulfilled and content and that he’s the one who’d brought you to that high does wonders for his confidence.
“You’re so good at that,” you say, and it makes him laugh.
“Can’t get enough of you,” he explains, kissing you hard. “Could eat you all fuckin’ day and still feel hungry.”
Tommy laughs when you turn your head to press your face into your shoulder, hiding the way your nervous smile grows.
“Don’t go gettin’ all shy on me now, darlin’,” he says, pressing his stubbled cheek to the side of your throat. He presses his lips to the curve of your jaw and grins when goosebumps form on the back of your neck. “Uncle Tommy just had your pretty pussy in his mouth. Least you can do is look him in the eye when he tells you how fuckin’ good it tastes.”
He can feel the way your spine bends, pressing your body firmly against his. But you’re a giggling mess beneath him, squealing at his filthy words as if worse hasn’t come out of your mouth.
“S’alright if you ain’t got nothin’ more to say,” Tommy tells you. “Gonna have to start from the beginning ‘til you learn to use your words again.” His mouth moves down the column of your throat, leaving hot, open-mouthed kisses down to your collarbone.
He’s slow in his pursuit, listening to the way your breaths become shallower and shallower as he lowers his head to the valley between your breasts. When he makes it to that sweet spot just below your navel, he stops.
“Wait,” you say, and he does. “I want…more.”
Tommy knows. He knows, and yet still, he urges, “Tell me, baby.”
“I want you.”
He thinks suddenly about the conversation you’d had on Joel’s back porch. The last time you’d admitted that you wanted him, that he’s all you wanted. Tommy doesn’t understand it, in truth. Will never understand what the fuck you see in him or why you not only give him the time of day but why you seek him out.
But what he does understand is this.
Tommy sees your need and matches it. Exceeds it.
You slide your hand down your body, fingers slipping through the wetness between your thighs. “Want you here,” you say. “I need it, Uncle Tommy.”
He knows he shouldn’t.
But you want him. And that’s the best high of all.
“M’comin, sweet girl,” he promises. He leans back on his knees and grabs his shirt by the back of the collar, pulling it over his head. You watch him with half-lidded eyes as he undoes the button of his jeans and pulls down his zipper, and Tommy watches you. “You’re so fuckin’ beautiful,” he murmurs, shoving the denim down around his hips just enough to take his heavy cock out.
You take him in your delicate hand and press his tip to your clit, sliding it slowly through your slick folds. Such a gentle movement, but it has his breath stuttering already, and Tommy has no fucking idea how he’s going to make this last. “Go slow,” you say. “Wanna feel every inch.”
Tommy notches himself at your entrance and does just as you ask. Pushes into you so carefully it’s almost painful. His every instinct urges him to surge forward, to split you open and bury himself inside of you. But the whimpers you make as you adjust to the stretch he creates keep his head on straight.
It’s the most pornographic image he’s ever seen, watching your sweet pussy greedily swallow up his cock. You’re so wet, dripping for him, and it makes these obscene sounds with each pressing inch that has Tommy’s heart beating hard against his sternum.
“Shit,” he hisses. “You feel so good, baby.” Once he’s fully seated inside you, his waist pressed against yours, Tommy rolls his hips, and the movement has you gasping. He can feel your walls clamp down around him, and it only spurs him on more. He does it again, a gentle pressure at the deepest part of you he can reach.
“It’s so—so big,” you whine, fingernails clawing at the back of his shoulders.
Tommy only smiles. Kisses your mouth tenderly and says, “You can take it. Hm? My perfect girl. Made just for me.”
One of his hands slide up the back of your thigh, hooking your leg around his waist, while the other comes to circle your clit. He can feel your body’s reaction, can feel the way you squeeze tight around his cock.
You nod frantically, the beginnings of tears welling in the corners of your eyes. You breathe out the word, “Yours,” and he feels his orgasm threatening already, building at the base of his spine. “I’m all yours.”
Tommy circles your clit and sets a steady pace. Fucks you slow, fucks you deep. Just how you need it, delighting in your moans. He presses his mouth softly to your temple, your cheek, and spends a little extra time with his teeth at that spot just behind your ear. “Look at me, baby,” he says, nudging his nose against yours.
When you do, your eyes are all starry in that way he loves, filled with awe. You’re the only person to ever look at him like that, with not an ounce of disappointment. It’s like you’re just happy he exists, and Tommy feels emotion build in his throat.
“Don’t stop,” you say, and so he quickens his pace, circling your clit faster. “Don’t stop, God, I’ve—I’ve missed you so bad, Uncle Tommy.”
It’s the most dizzying thing he’s ever heard. It nearly tips him over that edge. But he needs to feel you first, needs to make sure you get everything you need. “Yeah, I know it,” he says tenderly, thrusting in deep. “Missed my baby, too.”
He thinks it’s an understatement. Feels wrong, saying he’s only missed you when he’s thought of nothing else.
Tommy knows you’re close, can feel the way you pulse around him, breathe stuttering. “That’s it,” he mutters. “You gonna cum for your Uncle Tommy? Hm?”
“Fuck, fuck, I’m—”
“S’good, baby,” he whispers against your mouth, keeping his rhythm. “So fucking good for me.”
Your moans echo off the walls as you reach that peak, thighs trembling around his hips. He can feel a rush of moisture against his cock and he tears a low sound from somehwere deep in his chest.
He doesn’t stop, chasing his own high, even when you start to squirm beneath him. His fingers stay circling your pretty clit, ratcheting the pleasure higher and higher until—
“My face,” you suddenly say. “Want you to cum on my face.”
Tommy thinks you’re going to be the death of him.
Perfect, filthy girl.
He pulls out of you quickly, orgasm dangerously near. You prop yourself up, palms against the kitchen floor behind you, while Tommy takes his cock in his hand and squeezes. “Goddamn,” he groans. “Ask me nice.”
With the prettiest, most innocent smile, you say, “Cum on my face, Uncle Tommy. Please, please, please.” You stick out your tongue and look up at him, and that’s what does him in. The fucking love in your eyes.
Tommy cums hard, stroking his cock over top of you. Sticky, white ropes of his release coat your face, leaving splotches on your cheeks, your chin, down your chest. It’s disgusting. Easily the worst thing he’s ever done in all his life.
But when he’s finished and his cock begins to soften, you swipe the mess off your chin and push it onto your tongue and moan. Like it’s everything you’ve ever wanted. And any remorse he once had vanishes into thin air because how can he be sorry when you look so happy?
You giggle and say, “Guess I got that pearl necklace after all,” and Tommy has to look away to keep from laughing too hard.
He cleans you up with a hand towel and water from the kitchen sink, shoulders a little lighter. And once you’ve got his borrowed clothes back on, Tommy watches with reverence as you move around his kitchen as if you belong in it.
You open the freezer and go right for the half empty carton of mint chip ice cream. It’s your first choice. Not expired eggs or stale cereal.
Seeing it gives him a flicker of false hope.
Because he knows he can’t be what you need forever. Knows he won’t keep you in the end, knows that whatever this is isn’t sustainable. But maybe he can just…keep you happy to the best of his ability. Just for now.
You only grab one spoon but offer him the first bite. “Mint chip is the best flavor by a fucking mile,” you say. “And anyone who says otherwise is delusional.”
“Keep that up when Sarah finds out it’s your favorite,” Tommy insists. “Cause she’ll fuckin’ tear you apart. Believe me, I know from experience.”
Laughter falls from your lips when he hands you the spoon. “Oh, I know. Was a victim of her chocolate chip cookie dough defense monologue, too.”
Tommy’s phone rings on the kitchen counter, and he swallows hard when he sees Joel’s name flash across the screen. When he answers, there’s a trace of alarm in Joel’s voice as he asks if he’s seen you. “Just a little concerned is all. Figured her phone’s dead or somethin’ but…haven’t heard back since last night. Just wanted to make sure she got somewhere safe.”
He’s never lied to Joel in all his life, and Tommy knows he would sense it the minute he tried. So he tells as much of the truth as he can. “Yeah, she uh…called me early this morning. Picked her up from that bar an’ let her crash on the couch. I’ll be bringin’ her home in a minute.”
You gather your things, and Tommy tries not to let that sliver of emptiness trickle in too fast. You’re still here, still with him, and this moment still belongs to you even at its close.
Like always, you sense his gloom before it’s even fully hit. And when he pulls into Joel’s driveway, you thread your fingers through his and say, “Stay for dinner. I miss you already.”
Tommy knows he shouldn’t. Knows that feeling lightheaded just from your words alone is a real problem for him.
But he’s never been good at telling you no.

18+ mdni.
simon “ghost” riley is absolutely the type of man to fall asleep while giving head.
dooon’t care what anyone else has to say. i know he’ll come home, exhausted and sore everywhere. he doesn’t even have the energy to pound his meaty cock into your tight little precious cunt. all he can think about is having you lie back, and bury his head deep into the softness of your thighs and eat you whole.
he’s lapping at your folds like a starved man, those half lidded eyes looking up at you as your face is glistening with sweat and your cheeks are all red and hot. his hands grip onto the sides of your ass so tight you wanna cry but he feels so good, you can’t tell him to move. he’s too pussy drunk to realize his grip is gonna leave purple hand marks on you tomorrow.
and you’re so focused on trying to reach your high, that when you finally look down the valley of your stomach, realize that simon had stopped working his skilled tongue on your pussy. his eyes closed, lips squished between your folds and he’s.. snoring?
poor baby was so tired, he tried to please you and himself the best he could. but you were so soft and so warm he couldn’t help but doze off on the comfort of your warm, wet pussy.
but don’t worry because when he wakes up, still half asleep, he’ll lazily begin drawing circles around your swollen clit with his warm tongue, before the twitching inside his trousers wakes him up and he’s back to tongue fucking you so good.

ATEEZ MASTERLIST / REQUEST
"So, what do you guys want to watch tonight?" You asked, flipping through the channels on the TV. The question was met with a content sigh from San, who was lounging comfortably on the couch next to you, his head resting on your shoulder.
"Terminator!" Wooyoung yells, bolting up from his chair and snatching the remote out of your hand. You laugh and give San's head a gentle scratch, his eyes fluttering closed in response. He leans into your touch, a soft smile playing on his lips. It's a simple gesture, but it speaks volumes about the comfort you share.
"Didn't you force us to watch that yesterday…" Seonghwa mumbled, his eyes still glued to his phone.
"Well what did you wanna watch?" Wooyoung retorted, tossing a cushion at Seonghwa, who catches it with a smirk. The room was filled with the familiar, comfortable sounds of your friends bickering over the TV show choices. You felt San's breathing slow down, his muscles relaxing further into the couch.
"Anything besides the Terminator! And we still have to wait for Mingi and Joong to get here. They went to get food; they might have a movie they wanna watch." San mumbled, his eyes still closed. You couldn't help but chuckle at his sudden passiveness. San was always the one with strong opinions, but tonight he seemed unusually mellow.
You smile, your fingers ever so gently scratching his head, the motion rhythmic and soothing. You notice how much San enjoys this simple act of affection. His skin is warm, and the faint scent of his shampoo fills the air, mixing with the aroma of the popcorn Wooyoung is making in the kitchen. The room is a warm cocoon of friendship and ease.
He melted into your body, his arms wrapping around your waist. You used your other hand to intertwine your fingers with his. He didn't say a word, just held onto you as if you were his lifeline in a stormy sea. Your heart swelled with love and affection for him. San was usually so strong and independent, but in moments like these, his vulnerability was a treasure you cherished.
He snuggled against you, pushing his face into the crook of your neck. You could feel his breath hitting your skin, the small noises he was letting out turning into silent whimpers of pleasure.
Seonghwa and Wooyoung weren't even in the room anymore. They were both in the kitchen bickering about food and movies. San's grip on you tightened, and you realized he wasn't just enjoying your head scratches; he was craving this closeness. You leaned into him, wrapping an arm around his shoulders. His body was tense, and his eyes remained closed, but you could feel the tension in his shoulders start to ease.
"Sannie?" you whisper, still continuing to scratch his head. He didn't say anything, only whimpering in response, his hips pressing against you even more. You felt the heat rising in the room, not just from the warmth of the bodies but from the sudden tension coiling in your stomach.
You could feel him beginning to move against your thigh, and your breath hitched. You knew San wasn't just enjoying the head scratch anymore; his body was responding in a way that was unmistakable. You stopped, your hand frozen in mid-air. "San?" you asked softly, a hint of uncertainty in your voice.
"K-Keep going…" San murmured into your neck, his voice low and needy. You hesitated for a moment, unsure of what to do next. Your eyes darted to the kitchen, where the sounds of your friends were faint but clear.
"Sannie? Are you hard?" You whispered, your voice barely audible over the TV. San's cheeks flushed a deep shade of red, and he nodded, his eyes still squeezed shut. You felt a thrill of excitement and nerves race through you. This was new territory for both of you, and the suddenness of it all was both thrilling and a bit overwhelming.
You resumed your gentle stroking, your eyes flicking to the kitchen door every few seconds. The noises from the kitchen grew louder as Wooyoung and Seonghwa's debate reached a crescendo, but you focused on San, on the way his breath grew ragged, the way his grip tightened on your hand. His hips began to move more insistently against you, and you felt yourself growing wet, the friction of his arousal pressing into you.
"Ah," you murmured, understanding dawning. Your hand didn't stop moving, the gentle scratches now a silent communication of your own growing desire. You felt San's pulse quicken under your fingertips, his body reacting to your touch. The air grew thick with tension, and your own breathing grew shallow as you tried to process this unexpected turn of events.
He whimpered, his entire face now hidden in your neck as he tried to control his breathing. You knew he was getting closer, and the anticipation was making you ache for him. The sounds from the kitchen grew fainter as the blood rushed to your ears, focusing solely on the intimate moment you were sharing.
Your other hand let go of his and reached underneath his sweats, your fingertips grazing the fabric of his boxers. San's grip on you tightened even more, his breath hitching as you touched him. He was definitely hard, and the heat from his arousal seeped through the material. You bit your bottom lip, trying to keep your own moans from escaping.
"Stay quiet for me," you whisper, your hand reaching under his boxers and wrapping around his cock. San's eyes snapped open in surprise, but he nodded eagerly, his eyes locking onto yours. You could see the hunger in them, the need for release that mirrored your own.
You began to stroke him in time with his hips, your movements slow and deliberate, watching his reactions with each pass of your hand. His cheeks were flushed a deep crimson, and his breaths grew shallower, his eyes fluttering as you touched him. It was like watching him unravel before your very eyes, and the power you had in this moment was intoxicating.
"You're so pretty," San whispered, his voice a shaky rasp as he buried his face deeper into your neck, his teeth grazing the soft flesh lightly. Your pulse quickened, and you felt a shiver run down your spine. This was a side of him you had never seen before, a side that was raw and exposed, desperate for your touch.
Your hand began to move more purposefully now, your strokes growing firmer and more deliberate. San's hips started to rock in sync with your hand, his whimpers growing louder despite your gentle warning. You could feel his cock pulse against your palm, his need for release becoming more urgent with every passing second.
The sounds from the kitchen grew closer as your friends approached with the food, the clinking of plates and the murmur of their conversation cutting through the haze of desire that had enveloped you both. Panic set in, but you were too far gone to stop now. You quickened your pace, hoping to bring San to climax before they entered the room.
"F-Fuck-" he whimpered quietly, his body tensing as he tried to hold back his voice. You could feel the tension in his cock as it grew harder in your grip, his movements becoming erratic. You knew he was close, and the urgency in his movements spurred you on.
You reached for a blanket behind him with your other hand and threw it over top of your laps, returning that same hand back to his head, continuing the gentle scratches to cover for what was happening beneath. The scent of his arousal filled the air, mingling with the smell of buttered popcorn. You had to be quick and discreet.
San's hips stuttered against your hand, and you knew he was right there. You stroked him faster, feeling the wetness at the tip of his cock smear against your palm. His breath hitched, and you felt his body tense up, his nails digging slightly into your side. You leaned your head closer to his, whispering sweet nothings into his ear as your hand worked its magic.
"I'm g-going to…" San's voice was strained, his eyes squeezed shut in pleasure. You felt his cock throb in your grip, and with one final, firm squeeze, he came. His whole body jerked, his warm release spurting onto your hand. You held him through it, your strokes slowing down as he trembled against you.
The kitchen door swung open, and Wooyoung and Seonghwa stumbled back in, arms laden with food. You casually wiped your hand on the blanket and hoped the sound of the TV and their own chatter would cover San's muffled cries of pleasure. San's breaths were heavy and erratic, his body still twitching slightly. You placed a kiss on his cheek and whispered, "Good boy," into his ear.
He blinked at you, his eyes glazed over and filled with a mix of embarrassment and satisfaction. You couldn't help but smile at the adorable sight, feeling a sense of pride and love swell within you. "You okay?" you asked, your voice low and gentle.
San nodded, his arms still wrapped around you, his chest rising and falling rapidly. "Yeah," he breathed, his voice barely a whisper. You leaned back to give him some space, but he only tightened his grip. "Don't… don't let go."
"Even Mingi wants to watch it! So shut up and accept it!" Wooyoung declared, setting the bowl of popcorn on the coffee table.
"But we already watched it!" Seonghwa protested, rolling his eyes.
You smile against San's forehead, your hand still buried in his hair. "Okay," you murmur, stroking him soothingly. The sound of your friends' laughter and the smell of the food brought a sense of normalcy back into the room, and you felt yourself relax slightly. But the intimate moment you had just shared was still fresh in your mind, and you knew it was something you'd replay over and over again.

﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌a/n: i’m honestly so beyond touched by the response to this fic about a wingless cupid and a cosmic war criminal. the love it’s gotten?? unreal. my whole thread-glued heart is just… full. you’ve made this story feel less like a fall and more like a landing. thank you for every comment, like, and reblog—i’m storing them in a pink sparkly jar labeled “emotional fuel.” let’s keep tugging the string—chapter one starts now.
﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌
﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌
You wake up face-down in luxury.
Specifically: half-smushed into a couch that feels engineered for spine alignment, interstellar meditation, or a villain’s downtime—not comfort.
Definitely not comfort.
The texture is weirdly sleek—velvet-synthetic.
Expensive.
The kind of couch that exists just to say “I’m expensive”—not to be sat on. Which, of course, you are.
…Badly.
You’re tangled in a heavy blanket that definitely wasn’t there before, limbs twisted like a limp marionette. Every joint aches. Your back screams.
You blink, eyes crusty. Then blink again.
It’s quiet. Too quiet.
No ambient hum of threads. No divine frequency. No lace-sky breathing stories into the tips of your wings—
Oh.
Right.
No wings.
Just… nothing.
You inhale shakily, trying not to flinch at the echo of absence where they used to be.
That phantom pull still flickers beneath your skin, like your whole body expects to move differently and can’t understand why it doesn’t.
You sit up slowly, the blanket tangled around your knees slipping off with a whisper-soft sigh.
It’s heavy and warm and smells like something between ozone, steel, and—
Oh.
Him.
“Okay,” you murmur, voice raspy. “Either I survived, or I’m in a very bougie version of limbo.”
Your limbs ache. Everything aches. You’re bruised in places that aren’t even supposed to bruise. Your wings? Still gone. Still phantom. Still wrong.
And the worst part?
The air feels… hollow.
No threads.
No connections.
No one’s longing.
You’re utterly alone—again.
You shuffle upright and glance around, trying not to wobble.
The room is sleek, high-tech in a sterile, vaguely militaristic way. Walls smooth and silver-dark, faintly glowing interface panels here and there.
It’s clean. Cold. Lit with soft panels that glow a sterile blue.
A strange crystalline screen suspended midair flickers with symbols you don’t recognize.
There’s a table that sits low in the center of the room—glass, probably. It looks solid, but you eye it like it might judge you.
You’re not in a prison—not quite.
But you’re not safe either.
Still—your voice comes out bright. Croaky, but bright.
“Well, at least it’s not hell.”
You wobble to your feet and immediately trip over the corner of the blanket.
Stumble, flail, barely catch yourself on what might be a countertop… or a weapons locker. Hard to say.
You don’t recognize a single object in the space.
That doesn’t stop you from touching everything.
A metallic orb hums when you poke it.
Another panel flashes red. You press it again. It turns off.
“Definitely not a prison,” you say, chewing your lip. “Probably. Hopefully. …Possibly a villain’s lair. But like… a tasteful one?”
Your legs push you toward a shelf and there’s an object shaped like a tall, elegant hourglass—except filled with something that glows faintly purple.
Naturally, you poke it.
It purrs.
You yelp.
“H-hello?! Sorry! I didn’t mean—!”
Your voice slowly fades into silence.
You pick up something else. It’s smooth. Cylindrical. Heavy for its size.
“Hmm. Mug? Weapon? Mug and weapon? A murder mug? It feels like a murder mug,” you mumble, turning it over.
“Do they drink blood tea here?”
Then—something beeps. Very softly.
Your whole body tenses.
And then you feel it.
The weight of presence.
Not a string. Not love.
Gravity.
And danger.
You turn—and there he is.
The red-caped man from the field—towering in the doorway like a bad decision carved out of stone and anger.
He’s standing there.
Silent. Immense.
In red and white and black, all sharp lines and steady breath. His cape falls behind him like a curtain of blood. The goggles don’t show his eyes—but you feel the glare through them.
His jaw is set. His arms are crossed. His black goggles glint even in the low light. He doesn’t speak right away. He doesn’t have to.
You go solid, still holding the probable mug-weapon.
Ah right—you can’t forget.
It’s still the guy who caught you. Or… confronted you. Or nearly vaporized you last night in a field of daisies.
You give a sheepish smile.
“Hi. Morning. Or, uh, whatever time it is on this… aggressively minimalist version of Earth!”
He tilts his head once. His voice is flat.
Unreadable.
“Don’t touch that.”
You freeze. “This? Oh, no, I wasn’t—I mean, I did. Technically. But only spiritually.”
He doesn’t respond.
You blink. Look at the object. Look back at him. Grin. “Okay. Cool. I won’t. Totally understand boundaries. Big believer in consent.”
He doesn’t react.
You clear your throat. Set the item down. Slowly.
“Although, in my defense, your whole interior design aesthetic is kinda yelling ‘please investigate me.’ So really, it’s—”
“Don’t touch anything,” he cuts in, firmer.
You offer him a sheepish thumbs-up. “Got it. Loud and scary clear.”
And then—because your instincts are garbage and you were literally created to poke things—you touch something else. A little blinking panel near the door.
His eyes narrow.
You drop your hand like it burned you. “Sorry!! Reflex! Very bad reflex!”
He stares.
You stare back, then give a very small, very awkward wave.
Another long pause.
He sighs—just barely. Turns away without a word and disappears down the hall.
You watch him go, blinking.
“…He seems nice.”
You sit back down with a wince, then mutter, “I should definitely touch more stuff.”
You do.
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚
It starts with silence.
Again.
But this time it’s not lonely silence—it’s awkward. Heavy. The kind that settles between two people who don’t know if they’re enemies, housemates, or a cosmic glitch in each other’s timelines.
You linger in the hallway.
Still sore. Still threadless. Still dressed like someone who got kicked out of Heaven and landed in a tech-noir villain’s den.
And still—despite every instinct screaming don’t—you follow him.
Of course you do.
Like a sparkly little space unwanted houseguest with opinions that has zero survival instincts and a tragic affection for ominous men in capes.
He doesn’t say you can’t follow him.
He just walks briskly through his own home—long hallways, seamless doors, touch-panel everything—while you trail behind, barefoot and blinking like a freshly-kicked cherub.
He ignores you.
You ignore his ignoring.
“That’s a cool cape,” you say conversationally, trying to keep up with his strides. “Is it, like, sentimental? Symbolic? Villain-chic? Oh—wait, are you emotionally attached to it?”
No answer.
You lean forward slightly, squinting. “Do you… wear it to bed?”
Still nothing.
You hum thoughtfully. “Is it fused to your soul? Is it detachable? Do you have different ones for different moods—like, casual cape, angry cape, emotional repression cape?”
He doesn’t respond.
You try again. “Can I touch it?”
He stops.
Just like that—halts mid-stride.
You freeze behind him, nearly bumping into his back. And blink up at him.
He turns his head slightly, the cape flaring just enough to ripple past your fingertips.
“Don’t.”
One word. No bite, no growl—just a warning. Like a storm saying this isn’t rain yet, but it could be.
You raise your hands slowly. “Right. Sorry. Cape off-limits. Got it. You’re very committed to the brand.”
He walks again.
You sigh—more dramatic than necessary—but keep following.
“What about the goggles?” you ask. “Do you sleep in those too? Are they like… mood-activated? They’re very intimidating. Very Darth-Vader-meets-heartbreak. No offense.”
He says nothing.
“Okay, so you’re clearly not a big talker,” you mutter. “That’s fine. I talk enough for two. Or ten.”
So you keep going, babbling just to fill the space.
Another hallway. Another panel. Another stretch of angular, too-clean walls and whisper-quiet footsteps.
It’s like walking through a museum designed by someone who’s never smiled—even once.
And somehow—somehow—you still manage to fill the silence.
“You know, in some dimensions, silence is considered a mating ritual,” you offer cheerfully.
He pauses.
You blink. “Wait, not that I’m saying this is that. I mean—it’s not, right? Unless it is—which, um, please clarify. Because if it is, I should probably brush my hair.”
He keeps walking.
You huff, trailing further behind now. Not because you’re tired—well, okay, maybe a little—but mostly because his energy is doing that don’t-get-close thing again.
“Where are we going?” you ask.
He doesn’t respond. Again.
You glance at one of the panels you pass. It blinks red as you near it.
Curious, you step closer.
He doesn’t stop you this time—but you hear it in his voice. That shift. That thread of something darker.
“You’re not allowed outside.”
You freeze. “What?”
“That panel’s locked. Security override in place.”
You blink, confused. “So I can’t leave?”
A beat.
“No.”
Your stomach twists.
You laugh. Light. Thin. “Oh. So I am in a prison.”
“It’s not a prison,” he says flatly.
You raise an eyebrow. “You just said I can’t leave.”
“It’s for your safety.”
“Isn’t that what all supervillains say?”
He turns around then—just slightly—and for the first time, you think maybe he’s trying not to say something. His jaw tightens. Not with anger. Not exactly.
With thought.
You don’t press. Not this time.
Instead, you look out the nearest window—tinted, probably bulletproof, overlooking a skyline that feels wrong. Choked. Smoky and sharp at the edges.
It’s beautiful in the way a burnt cathedral might be. And it feels lonely.
You press your hand to the glass.
Whisper-soft.
“I don’t belong here,” you murmur. Not to him. Not really to yourself, either.
Just… to the glass.
To the world beyond it.
He doesn’t answer.
But he watches you.
And that’s enough to make your heart thud somewhere in the hollowness of your chest.
You exhale. Curl your fingers into a mock-heart on the window.
“You should really consider getting some plants,” you say softly. “This place is screaming ‘emotionally constipated bachelor pad.’”
His reflection doesn’t flinch.
You sigh and turn away.
“I’m gonna go talk to the weird murder mug again.”
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚
Later—hours, maybe—you find yourself planted at the far end of what might be the dining area.
Or the command center. It’s hard to tell.
The table looks like it could initiate a planetary strike if you breathe on it wrong.
He sits across from you.
Still.
Still suited. Still silent.
He hasn’t taken the mask off. You haven’t seen his eyes.
But he gave you a name.
Not a real one, probably. But something.
“Invincible,” he said flatly when you asked, finally cracking under the sheer power of your pestering and your best please I’m charming let me know what to call you face.
You didn’t believe him at first.
“Seriously? That’s what you go by?”
He didn’t answer.
Just turned away and muttered something under his breath that sounded suspiciously like you’re worse than the other one.
Still—you took it. Grinned. Clutched it like it meant something.
“Okay, Invincible. Cool name. Bit dramatic. But I can work with that.”
He hasn’t asked for your name in return.
You gave it anyway.
Not your designation. Not the code the Realm used.
Just what you used to call yourself, back when you believed in tenderness.
He didn’t comment on it.
He just sat like he is now—spine too straight, hands steepled on the table, as if pretending not to regret every life choice that led to you invading his vaguely dystopian bachelor pad.
You kick your feet under the table.
He says nothing.
So you talk.
Because of course you do.
“Okay, so—fun story,” you begin brightly, draping your arms across the back of your seat. “Once, I accidentally matched a soulweaver with a carnivorous star-being. Didn’t realize their threads were laced with paradox elements. Their honeymoon destroyed a moon.”
You pause.
Grin.
“But they’re still together! Super toxic. Super cute. Kind of horrifying… I’m rooting for them.”
Nothing.
You glance at him.
He’s not looking at you—but his fingers tap once. Barely audible. A twitch in the rhythm.
You keep going.
“I once worked a case where the connection was so knotted it took seven cycles, two reincarnations, and one cosmic dog to unravel it. Not a metaphor. There was literally a dog. He was a thread guide. Very fluffy.”
Still nothing.
But you notice the shift.
The way his chin angles, almost imperceptibly.
Like he’s listening without wanting to. Like he’s filing away every word and pretending he’s not.
You lean forward. Prop your chin on your hand.
“Have you ever loved anyone?” you ask, soft. Just curious.
Invincible freezes.
Just for a second.
Then moves again—barely. Shrugs one shoulder. “Not relevant.”
“Oh, it’s totally relevant,” you say with a mock gasp. “It’s my entire job.”
“You don’t have a job,” he mutters.
“Excuse you,” you sniff. “I am temporarily unemployed. There’s a difference.”
He sighs—again, just barely. But it’s the kind that says if I fly into the sun right now, will she keep talking?
You smile, a little too brightly.
“It’s just—you’re fascinating,” you say, earnest now.
“You move like someone who’s always preparing for war. But there’s something in your hands. Like… you used to hold gentler things.”
He doesn’t flinch. Doesn’t react.
But his knuckles tighten—just slightly.
You catch it.
You don’t comment on it.
Instead, you hum softly, off-tune and aimless. Just enough to fill the space between your sentences.
“I used to hum like this when I was scared,” you say, staring at the ceiling. “Back when I thought being good meant being useful.”
A long beat.
Then—
“You’re not scared now?” he asks, voice flat.
You glance at him.
Smile.
“Terrified.”
And you mean it.
But it’s soft.
Like a confession wrapped in pink thread and handed over with shaking fingers.
Invincible doesn’t answer.
But he doesn’t leave.
And that’s something.
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚
You’re sitting on the edge of the couch—the weird one that thinks it’s better than you—biting the inside of your cheek.
“I can do it myself,” you say.
Immediately lie.
“I’m very good at medical stuff. Definitely qualified. Certified in three realms, actually.”
Invincible doesn’t look convinced.
You don’t blame him.
Your last attempt at bandaging involved decorative knotting and something that suspiciously resembled a shoelace.
“You’re going to make it worse,” he says flatly.
You huff. “You say that like it’s a certainty.”
“It is.”
He crosses the room without waiting for permission, gloved hands already unsnapping some hidden compartment in the wall.
A panel folds out.
Inside: a compact but precise set of medical supplies.
Of course he has medical supplies.
Of course they’re alphabetized.
Of course the antiseptic glows ominously.
You fidget.
“I don’t like that bottle,” you murmur. “It’s judging me.”
He doesn’t respond. Just sets it down on the nearby table with quiet precision.
You swallow.
The silence stretches.
It’s heavier now. Less awkward. More… inevitable.
You wrap your arms around your knees, voice quieter.
“You don’t have to do this.”
“I know.”
And still—he gestures.
“Turn around.”
Your pulse stumbles. You hesitate.
But then—you do.
Slowly.
You turn your back to him.
Pull the too-big shirt they gave you (his? something spare from the war room? it smells faintly of leather and ozone) off one shoulder. Then the other. Then lift the hem just enough for him to see.
It hurts.
Not just the movement—but the exposure.
It’s not romantic.
Because there’s nothing romantic about torn skin or lost wings.
Invincible doesn’t say anything. Not at first.
But you hear the pause.
The smallest catch in his breath.
Then—his gloved fingers at the edge of the old wrapping. Careful. Methodical.
The first touch makes you flinch.
He stops immediately.
Waits.
Doesn’t apologize—he never apologizes—but he doesn’t push either.
You exhale.
“I’m okay,” you whisper. “Keep going.”
The bandages peel away slowly.
You wince.
Not because of the pain—but because you know what it must look like.
The bruising.
The way the skin puckers where the feathers once grew.
The scars trying to form over something that should have never been taken.
Invincible works in silence.
You hum.
It’s soft. Tuneless. The kind of sound you make when you don’t know what else to fill the quiet with.
“I used to help patch people up,” you say absently, voice thin. “Mostly broken hearts, but once I had to reattach a wing to a grief-angel. That was messy. Lots of glitter and wailing.”
Still, he says nothing.
But his hands move gently.
Like he’s trying not to break what’s already broken.
The antiseptic stings. You hiss.
He pauses.
You press your forehead to your knees.
“I’m okay,” you lie again.
A beat passes.
Then another.
Then—
“You’re not.”
You go still.
The words aren’t cruel. Not biting. Just… factual. Like a truth dropped onto the floor and left there.
You don’t reply.
But the humming dies in your throat.
His fingers return. Smoother now. Gliding over the worst of it. Wrapping clean gauze like it means something. Like there’s care in the motion, even if he doesn’t name it.
You close your eyes.
For a moment—you pretend it doesn’t hurt.
You pretend you’re not threadless and wrecked.
You pretend someone is holding you in a way that won’t leave more marks.
And he—this man with no real name, with a face hidden behind silence and sharpness—keeps wrapping your wounds like someone who doesn’t know why he hasn’t stopped yet.
When Invincible finishes, you don’t move right away.
Neither does he.
The air holds the shape of something unsaid.
And for the first time since you fell—
You don’t feel entirely alone.
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚
It starts with guilt.
Not big, thunderous guilt—the kind that screams or scars.
No, this is softer. Quieter.
The kind that curls under your ribs and pokes at you when it gets too silent.
The kind that sounds like: Invincible hasn’t killed me yet. I should… do something?
You’ve been here for… two sunrises now? Three?
Time is slippery here. Threadless days always are.
But one thing’s clear: for all his sharp edges and scowls, your new… roommate? captor? interdimensional roommate with possible emotional constipation?—he’s been letting you stay.
In his space. On his furniture. Breathing his air.
Rent-free.
The least you could do is say thank you.
So you decide to clean.
Which is dumb. Because you have no idea how any of this tech works.
But that doesn’t stop you.
You start small—folding the blanket you’ve been cocooning in. You even add a little flair.
Tug the corners into soft heart-shaped knots. Totally impractical. Definitely aesthetic.
You set it in the middle of the couch like a peace offering. Or a warning.
You hum to yourself as you tidy.
Not that there’s much to tidy—everything here is spotless, sterile, like a military catalog page come to life.
Still, you try.
Straighten a few panels. Dust off some gleaming surface with the edge of your sleeve.
Eventually, you find what might be a kitchen. Or a weapons bay disguised as a kitchen. Hard to say.
It has counters. It has drawers. One of them contains what you think are utensils. One of them contains a small orb that buzzes and tries to eat your finger.
You close that one. Quickly.
Cooking it is.
You find something vaguely bread-adjacent in a sealed container.
Something that might be butter. Something that definitely isn’t sugar but looks suspiciously like cosmic sand.
You try anyway.
You find heat. A panel that flares red when you touch it.
“Perfect,” you whisper. “Totally safe. I am definitely qualified for this.”
You burn the first attempt. Instantly. Black smoke hisses upward like a judgment.
You try again.
You nearly set the panel on fire.
You keep going.
Eventually, you manage to create… something!
Not good. Not edible. But warm and round-ish and not on fire.
You plate it. Add a flower from the weird glowing vase thing on the counter for presentation. Step back. Admire it.
It’s hideous.
But you made it.
So you carry it out carefully—just as the door hisses open.
And there he is.
Cape flowing. Expression unreadable.
Invincible freezes in the doorway, black goggles flicking from your smoke-streaked face to the kitchen behind you—now full of suspicious smells and one still-smoking dish.
You hold out the plate.
“I made a thank-you loaf,” you say brightly. “It’s mostly… not poison!”
He doesn’t speak. Doesn’t blink. Just stares.
Then—
“Did you override my weapons lock?”
You blink. “What?”
He steps past you, into the kitchen. Taps a barely-visible panel near the wall. A soft click echoes.
Then a compartment slides open to reveal: missiles.
Actual missiles.
“Oh,” you say. “That explains the ticking.”
Invincible turns around slowly.
You grin, sheepish. “In my defense, your cabinet labeling system is deeply confusing.”
He doesn’t yell.
Which is somehow worse.
He just gives you the look.
That disappointed, stone-jawed, exhausted-by-your-whole-existence look.
Your grin falters.
“…I’ll go sit down.”
You do.
And you sulk.
You curl up in the corner of the couch and re-fold the blanket. Then re-fold it again.
You mutter something about interdimensional roommates being impossible to please.
You don’t even notice when he walks back in.
Not at first.
You only notice the pause.
The soft shift of air.
You glance up.
He’s standing at the edge of the room, holding something.
The blanket.
You must’ve left it in the kitchen, half-heartedly abandoned on a counter.
Invincible doesn’t say anything.
But he doesn’t throw it away either.
He folds it once. Carefully.
Sets it back on the couch.
Exactly where it was.
Knots and all.
You don’t say anything.
But your chest feels warmer.
He leaves again.
You smile to yourself.
Next time, you’ll try the cosmic rice.
(Probably a bad idea. But you’re nothing if not persistent.)
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚
Mark tells himself you’re just a problem he hasn’t solved yet.
That’s all.
Another anomaly dropped into his territory—another celestial error.
Something to monitor. To contain. Not to engage with.
Definitely not to understand.
He repeats this in his head more than once.
But he still notices things.
You hum when it’s too quiet.
Not on purpose.
Not like you’re trying to fill the space with meaning.
It’s unconscious—barely there. Just a low, tuneless sound you loop under your breath like you’re afraid silence might swallow you if you let it linger too long.
He hears it through the walls sometimes.
Not enough to be irritating. Just enough to be… present.
You clutch your weapon in your sleep.
Not always.
But most nights, when the lights dim and you think he’s stopped watching.
The bow—the one you won’t explain—is usually curled tight against your chest, one hand resting lightly on the grip.
Protective. Familiar.
Like it’s the only thing left that still feels like home.
You move in your sleep too. Restless. Whimpers low, barely audible.
Once, he found you curled into the narrowest corner of the couch like you were trying to disappear inside yourself.
The blanket had fallen. You hadn’t bothered to pick it up.
He hadn’t either.
But he covered you with a new one before leaving.
You never mentioned it.
You walk wrong.
It’s not… bad. Just different.
Like someone still getting used to gravity.
You don’t always trust your footing—sometimes you skip a step, sometimes you hesitate before a turn, like you expect the ground to shift under your feet.
You never ask for help.
But when something startles you—when you nearly drop something, or a panel glitches too loud, or the power flickers just a little too long—your hand twitches toward him before you even realize it.
Like a reflex. Like an instinct you haven’t unlearned.
Like you think he might catch you.
You talk too much.
About nothing. About everything.
Stories that make no sense—about thread-realms and starlight weddings and love gods who punch each other for fun.
Mark doesn’t believe half of it.
But he listens.
Every word.
Worse, he remembers them.
You describe things with your hands—like you can’t just say what you mean, you have to shape it.
Fingers dancing through the air, painting emotion he doesn’t know how to name.
When you laugh, your shoulders always rise first.
When you lie, you bite the inside of your cheek.
You sing off-key. Barely know it.
And you always pause—just for a second—before you smile.
That’s the one that gets him.
The hesitation.
Like you’re weighing whether it’s worth it.
Whether this moment deserves it.
Whether he does.
Mark doesn’t understand you.
And that should be easy.
It’s always been easy, not understanding people. Easier to flatten them. File them into categories: threat, resource, dead.
But you don’t stay in the box.
Don’t follow the rules.
You should be scared of him—he knows you are—but you don’t flinch when he walks past. You make eye contact. You wave. You hum.
You grin.
And he…
He notices.
Even when he doesn’t want to.
Especially then.
So he tells himself it’s strategy.
Just observation.
Just a glitch with glitter in your hair and too many stories in your throat.
That’s all.
That’s all.
But when he walks past the living room, and sees you curled asleep with your bow across your chest and your hands still half-reached toward something that isn’t there—
Mark slows.
Doesn’t stop.
But he slows.
And tells himself again—you’re just a problem.
Not a person.
Not someone.
Not his.
Not yet, not never.
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚
The apartment is unusually quiet.
Ever since you got here—there’s always something humming softly in the air. Mark doesn’t notice the silence at first.
He’s used to that. Prefers it.
But this is different.
It’s a small sound that finally breaks him out of his thoughts.
Soft. Barely there.
At first, Mark thinks the sound is static.
Just another nighttime glitch—a flicker in the power grid, maybe. A disturbance in the perimeter sensors.
Something small. Something easy.
But then he hears it again.
Soft. Fragile. Not mechanical.
Human.
He moves before thinking.
Quiet steps down the hallway. Past the control room. Around the corner where the lights are still dimmed to sleep-mode. His hand hovers over the doorframe.
You’re still asleep.
Sort of.
Your body’s curled inward on the couch—smaller than usual, shoulders tight, hands clenched in the blanket. Not the bow this time. Just the blanket.
But your face—
Your face is wet.
Tears carve tracks down your cheeks in silence.
Your lips move, but there’s no sound. Your breath catches on each inhale like it doesn’t know how to settle in your chest.
You don’t sob. Don’t cry out.
You just tremble.
Mark doesn’t move.
He should. He knows he should. Turn away. Walk off. Let you have your grief like you always have—alone, unspeaking, full of bright little lies and off-key humming.
But you’re not humming now.
You’re breaking.
And he—
He watches.
Not with judgment.
Not even with curiosity.
Just… quietly.
Like something in him knows this is sacred. Or familiar. Or both.
He takes a breath. Slow. Controlled.
Then turns away long enough to return with a glass of water.
He sets it down on the table near you. Doesn’t speak. Doesn’t touch you.
Doesn’t ask.
When he glances back—
You’re still asleep.
But your hand moves. Barely.
Reaches toward the glass.
Or maybe toward something else.
Mark doesn’t stay to see if you find it.
But as he walks away, the sound of your breath steadying follows him.
Not whole.
Not healed.
But enough.
And for reasons he doesn’t name—
That’s worse than a scream.

﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌
You’re sitting cross-legged on the floor of the living room.
Surrounded by scraps of thread you found in one of the deep storage drawers Invincible didn’t think you’d find.
(He was wrong.)
One’s gold.
One’s red.
One’s a tangled mess of fraying blue that might actually be a shoelace.
You’re holding them all up like evidence.
Invincible’s standing over you. Arms crossed. Eyebrow raised. Entire posture radiating why are you like this.
You grin up at him.
“Okay,” you begin, voice bright, “so this one represents soul-tied destinies—deep, ancient, violently passionate.” You wiggle the red one.
“This one is light-thread—super soft, fluttery, usually forms during meet-cutes or emotionally charged hand-touching.” The gold.
You hold up the blue.
“This one is chaos. I don’t know where it came from. Possibly cursed. Could be your vibe.”
He squints. “Are you seriously playing with string right now?”
“It’s not playing,” you gasp. “It’s education. I’m trying to teach you how threads work.”
“I don’t care how threads work.”
“You should! Not that you have one—rude—but if you did, yours would definitely be fire-forged, probably double-knotted, tangled six times over, emotionally scorched and fraying at the edges—oh, and extremely defensive.”
He blinks.
Then—“What does that even mean.”
You pause. Smile softly.
“It means you’re very repressed, babe.”
A beat.
He doesn’t respond. Just stares at you like you’ve grown another head. (Honestly, that would explain a lot, probably.)
You shrug. Flick the red string toward him. It hits his chest.
Invincible doesn’t catch it.
“Here. Pretend that’s your thread.”
“I’m not pretending anything.”
“God, you’re no fun.”
He turns to leave.
You call after him, “You’d definitely be a reluctant soulmate.”
He freezes in the doorway.
Very quietly, without turning around, he says.
“There’s no such thing.”
You smile to yourself. Pick up the gold thread again. Loop it gently around your fingers.
“Not yet,” you murmur. “But they don’t always start that way.”
He doesn’t respond.
But he doesn’t walk away either.

crush panic w/ nrc
byi : no grim or ortho, may be ooc, crack?, fluff, not edited, completely self indulgent everything is intended as romantic
a/n : new theme how we feeling!! my favourite is loser as its the most fun to write. im thinking of making a second part on how they confess if this does well
an absolute loser in love
he has absolutely fallen head over heels for you and now has no idea how to act normal around you anymore. the slightest bit of physical contact or praise will send him into shock, and later cause no sleep at night because he over thinks that one moment again and again. “does that mean they like me too? Or are they just being friendly?”
yeah there's no hope for him. he acts super awkward around you, stuttering, laughing randomly, no he isn't blushing it's just suddenly hot all of the sudden-in the middle of the coldest season-he always agonizes over why he can't just act cool in front of you. during classes, if you're in his you bet he’ll just stare at you from afar, and if you're in his well he discreetly glances at you every now and then not knowing that you can clearly see him looking at you-though you don't seem to mind finding it cute.
and if you tell him that he’ll go bright red and avert his gaze “haha.. uh thanks.. I think?” cue screaming into a pillow later at night.
deuce, idia, azul, riddle, sebek + ur fav
stage five complete and utter denial
he's in complete denial. there's no way that he likes you, he must be getting sick that's why his heart beats fast when you're near with his cheeks burning a bright red. he makes it his entire goal to try and lose feelings for you, so he creates a list of all your good and bad attributions-unsurprisingly all the negative ones turn out not so bad when he puts thought into it it ...what the hell is he thinking?
it may take a while for him to accept his feelings, so you're gonna have to endure glares when passing or in class and possible snarky comments thrown at you. However, if he hears someone is mean to you, crush be damned he can only do that to you. He tries to act completely uninterested in you, a way to fool himself that he does not like you, but the second he hears any bit of gossip he's suddenly interested.
he looks at you weirdly, flustered at your question “uh... why am i suddenly interested in who you were with.. no reason.”
leona, ace, vil, ruggie + ur fav
doesn't realise he has a crush
oh spare this oblivious boy, he hasn't ever really liked someone before so he doesn’t know that wanting to spend more time with you, fussing over your well-being, thinking of you and how much better it would be if you were here is not what platonic friends should be thinking-especially if those thoughts lead to how would your lips feel.
someone would have to straight up tell him that he has a crush on you or he would never figure it out for himself and go on with his life never confessing. when someone finally does tell him, he’ll notice how different he really acts, catching himself waiting for your messages and dropping everything once you text back. you also get the added bonus of finally seeing him flustered! since he's in the stage of actually being involved in having a crush, every touch, smile, or praise is enough to make his face and ears turn red.
“wait so you mean wanting to kiss them is not normal?” he pauses and rethinks everything he thought about you.
silver, kalim, malleus, jack + ur fav
quick to show off to impress you
he doesn't believe he can win your heart with his personality so he works extra hard on stuff he knows he can do well-better than the average person-he believes if he impresses you by this he has a chance. surprisingly he acts rather normal with you, excluding the way he's more relaxed with your presence and the constant flush on his face.
he's rather quick to recognise his crush on you and he's even more quick to decide he needs to make himself an available suitor in your eyes. you’ve gotten used to your name being called out across the halls from him, strutting over to you to show you what he made or did last night-he'll become flustered if you praise him shrugging it off with flimsy excuses until he gets back into what he originally wanted to share albeit with a slight red face. what's even better is if he invites you out to come try it with him, enjoying the chance to spend time with you and show off in real time what he can do.
“what do you think of this, isn't it impressive? you really think so.. haha..”
trey, cater, jamil, epel + ur fav
he goes straight to courting you
he's the first to notice his change in feelings for you from platonic to romantic instantly and wastes no time to try and court you. he starts greeting you daily, offering you gifts, takes you out with the excuse of needing help and you find yourself out at a restaurant eating expensive food and wonder how the hell did you end up here when he needed a book?
you will never catch this boy being flustered instead you'll find yourself stuttering while turning a bright red. if you enact physical contact or compliment him he flashes you a mischievous smile and teases you for ‘finally falling for him’.. no, that was not a joke. despite all the teasing he does genuinely care about you and goes out of his way to buy or make stuff he'll think you'll like, your reaction to his displays of courting amuses him especially when you make such cute faces at him. courting is just a way for him to make his feelings known, after all you were his the moment he caught feelings.
“hm.. how did we end up at a restaurant.. does it matter? now what did you choose for the meal?”
jade, rook, lilia
there's no crush. you're dating
floyd has never experienced the crush stage and he doesn't want to after all that's boring. why wait thinking about coincidental glances, and accidental contact when he knows he likes you and you like him! he's fast to let you know his feelings and won't take no for an answer why would you reject him if you like him.
now that you think about it, you're not even sure floyd even asked you out. he just sort of grabbed your hand, said 'you're mine' and you both went to get food. so well done you're in a not relationship-relationship with a giant eel! floyd feels like he can never get bored being with you and is always by your side, or on since he's a fan of physical touch and will have some part of him touching you-an arm on your waist, legs over his, head tucked into your neck-the only time he's away from you is if jade or azul need him for the lounge and that's only for a few moments until you're also called by them to keep floyd in the lounge.
“huh, do i like you?” floyd glances at you briefly before grumbling, “we literally made out this morning and you're asking if i like you shrimpy.”

stalker!kyle going through reader's things and finding her sketchbook, only to realize they are full of drawings of him.
-🛸
Oh em gee.... <333
Tumblr media
He didn’t mean to find them.
Well—he didn’t mean to find them tonight. He’s been through your apartment before, always careful, always surgical. He’d comb through your drawers, your laundry, your laptop, your books—devouring every thread of your life like it was scripture. But the sketchbooks? They were stacked in a milk crate, barely hidden under your bed. Not exactly locked away.
He opens the first one with idle curiosity and stills.
The first few pages are abstract—warm-ups, maybe. But then there’s a profile sketch. Sharp brow. Cropped hair. A beard he doesn’t have anymore but used to.
His breath catches.
Another page: him, again. Closer this time. The ink captures a furrow in his brow he’s only ever seen in his reflection. The precision—the obsession—is uncanny.
He flips faster now, frantic, as more of him fills the pages. Some drawings are from behind. From across the street. From places you shouldn’t have had unless you were watching him before you even knew his name.
Some are dated—months before he ever spoke to you. Before he accidentally bumped into you at the café. Before he saved you from that creep in the alley. Before you ever let him into your life.
Kyle sits back on his heels, the sketchbook trembling in his grip.
You’ve been watching him.
You saw him first.
And fuck—it does something to him. Makes his pulse spike. Makes his stomach flip in this sick, intimate way.
All this time, he thought he was the predator.
But now? Now he’s not so sure.

cw . slick back king, arlene still day dreaming about the idea of playing with her gorgalicious king’s hair
ᓭི ˖ ࣪ . 𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐄𝐋 𝐊𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐑 should be cast in a movie because he’s really good at hiding how much he really likes when you do his hair.
if you would have to pick the one thing that annoys you the most, it would be how kaiser asks ( pleads ) you to do his hair for him only for him to say he hates it in the end. it’s never a 50/50 with this man because 100 out of 100 times, he will say that he hates the way you did his hair at the very end—he literally watched you through the mirror! why now?
“can you do my hair?” he yawns, handing you a couple of rubber bands and a comb.
biggest regret of his life—he ends up in the most slick backing slick back the world has ever seen. it’s kind of a feat of how flawless you did it but, “this really sucks.” he complains with his signature disgusted look, smoothening non-existent strands poking from his head. “yeah? too late. either you take it off or you train with it.” you smile with both hands on you hip in enthusiasm.
you hold back your laughter because you’ll piss him off even more and then you’ll never hear the end of it from him—as if you weren’t already. “out of everything, you choose an outrageous slick back?” he brings his middle finger and thumb to his nose bridge in disappointment.
“you asked me to do your hair,” you shrug, standing up from your position from behind kaiser. actually, you’re quite surprised how well he looks in a bun but you’re more surprised you can even put his hair in a bun because of how . . . exotic his hairstyle is.
he huffs in annoyance at your lack of sympathy.
“well i didn’t ask for you to make it hideous.”
so why didn’t he ask you to stop when you pulled out the gel? short answer : he likes your hands in his hair. long answer : that and how comforting it is. he’s convinced your fingertips are made of magic or something because of how good they feel anywhere on his head. it’s the way you occasionally have to tug a little harsher on his hair to make it stay in place, it makes him feel alive—even though you’re “responsible”, there is no malice behind your intent.
and he just loves you way too much to stop you until it’s too late.
“so are you gonna take it out or . . ?” you ask while walking over to the drawers to put the hair items back—showing him that you aren’t going to redo his hair even if he does take it out. he swears he feels his eye twitch.
“nah.”
he’d really like to but it’s not half bad. it’s a subtle reminder to him that you care. and he loves you way too much to do that. God, someone save this man from your magical hands.

cw . rin and sae aren’t awkwad . . . brother things agenda, reader is shorter than sae
ᓭི ˖ ࣪ . 𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐒𝐇𝐈 𝐒𝐀𝐄 makes it very clear he’s not fond of physical touch but that’s because he views it as something intimate. that’s why he doesn’t care when it comes to you.
everyone is convinced itoshi sae hates them when they first meet him because of how he pushes them away when they get too close. but for you, ask him to do it and he’ll do it.
it was only a simple slip up when you missed him even though he was right there—“can you hug me?”. much to your surprise, he actually turned around to face you. “what did you say?” he asks in amusement to your obvious embarrassment. “nothing . . ?” you hesitate, God, you’re bad at lying—sae can just see it in your eyes. “no, say it again.” “. . . can you hug me?” and just like that, his arms are around your neck, bringing your face closer to his chest. is there steam coming out of your ears? probably. is it for a good reason? yes.
everyday, you thank whoever prayed for you that day because now, you just have to ask and he’ll give it to you. “sae, can you hold my hand?” he’ll intertwine his hand with yours with firmness. “sae, will you kiss me?” of course he will, he always will. yes, while he needs to be prompted to do so, he has no problem in fulfilling the requests. the things that he does for you is uncanny to everybody else because, y’know . . . he’ll silently kill anybody that isn’t you if they even tried.
“you guys are gross!” rin looks like he’s about to hurl at the sight of sae kissing your cheek. you feel like your face is going to turn into a stove and your ears a boiling pot. “it’s not nice to sneak up on people.” sae rolls his eyes, pulling you closer to him whilst you hide your lips with your hand in humiliation.
“. . . i just wanted to ask where you put your training bag,” rin frowns—you feel bad for making the younger sad like that. “what about knocking?” sae is giving his brother the dirty look to which the raven-haired reciprocates, wiping his frown to scrunch his nose. “i didn’t know they were going to be here!” he exclaims, pointing directly at you—you feel betrayed! is he blaming you for his misfortunes? you no longer feel bad.
well . . . when that’s resolved you tell sae “let’s stop doing that . . .” you tense your face in internal cringe.
but not even 10 minutes later—he forces your head to rest on his shoulder—without prompting.
“don’t care. you’re the only person i’m willing to do this with, don’t interrupt it.” he grumbles—because you really are the only person he’s willing to hold.
sticky note. this man is definitely not fluent in physical touch but cut him some slack, yeah? my first draft of this was him and his lingering touches on your ass LMFAOO

cw . nothing . . ?, takes place when it’s cold or smthsmth
ᓭི ˖ ࣪ . 𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐒𝐇𝐈 𝐑𝐈𝐍 ‘s actions speak louder than words, even if it’s not visible to others.
he isn’t good with his words. he isn’t good at loving. yet he still loves you.
there’s something in him that connects his view with affection to his brother—they both view as something not to be shared freely but to only be given to those who deserve it. lucky for you, rin sees you as someone who absolutely deserves it but nobody else deserves to see it.
not because he’s ashamed but because it’s supposed to be an intimate moment between partners that stays in between the two of them, that’s what he likes to think. ( oh, and the way he feels guilty for not expressing things verbally . . . )
times in the loudest of rooms where his teammates are annoying the shit out of him are times when he reaches under the table to hold your hand that’s rested on your lap. it’s obvious he’s seething by how tense his hands are.
“you good?” you whisper in the most subtle way possible. “. . .what does it look like?” he deadpans but gives you his answer after squeezing his palm impossibly closer to yours.
it’s comforting and not comforting by how unnervingly quiet he is—like he isn’t almost dead silent anyway, even with you. there’s a little voice in your head telling you that you should probably take him outside for a breather—nobody is bothering to converse with him anyway.
the air is cold and crisp outside, hitting your nostrils like a big ass truck but that isn’t on you mind. your eyes wander to rin’s red nose that probably got irritated by the cold too, then to how he subconsciously brings his collar up to try and cover half his face while his gaze is lingering off to the far distance, lastly how his hands get shoved right back into his front pockets.
“this better?” you ask, referring to the change of scenery and ambience compared to inside the building, his head nods slightly.
you smile.
and you aren’t looking at him anymore, joining him in looking in the distance. well, you and rin switch roles because now his eyes are on you and how your lips curl, only visible by the shitty lamp posts that line the darkened streets. he loves you so much he’s envious, he loves you so much he’s mad he can’t verbalize it nor is he really good at doing it physically either.
you’re really lukewarm, yet he hugs you when no one is looking—it’s feeling a lot warmer now.

ᓭི ˖ ࣪ . 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐃𝐎𝐔 𝐑𝐘𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐈 is . . . an interesting character. you swear there’s something wrong with him when he playfully bites you.
you’re pretty sure there’s a mental hospital 20 minutes away from his apartment . . . maybe you’ll be able to sneak him in when he’s asleepanything to stop these bites! what started off as a cute gesture for him to show affection to you soon became something more. you thought it was cute—in the beginning—playful nibbles on your lips, toothless chomps on your shoulder and arms . . . did you even know this guy when you suddenly got surprised when they started leaving tooth marks?
one thing about shidou is that he has quite the sharp canines, it’s no surprise you yelp out in surprise when he actually has the courage ( when does he not smh ) to test how sharp they really are. no, it’s not hard enough to draw blood—that isn’t his goal, surprisingly . . .
“what the fuck?!” you jump more in shock rather than pain. his grin goes from ear to ear, almost like he’s showing off the teeth he used to bite down on your arm. “sorry babe, did that hurt?” his says in faux worry, there’s a concerning drop in his tone. if you say no, he’ll continue to do it. if you say yes, he will also continue to do it.
“just shut up.” you roll your eyes. any answer other than yes or no will also lead to a path of him still doing it anyway. you’ll never win with him.
hell yeah you were right. there’s times where he sits next to you only to grip your arm to bring to his mouth to open and clamp down, it isn’t harsh but it’s more than enough to at least leave a mark in it’s way and maybe add another shade to your skin.
it’s totally fine though when he suddenly gains a degree in medicine and kisses it better, softer lips touching his newly-made bite-mark. it’s totally fine because he’s the artist and you’re his muse. it’s totally fine when his art supplies are completely free!

ᓭི ˖ ࣪ . 𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐈 𝐒𝐄𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐎 , the most unintentionally affectionate person. he doesn’t understand the butterflies in your stomach when he clumsily ( suffocates ) cuddles you.
you’re his personal pillow. it’s cute and endearing until he’s too lazy to walk to his bed and ends up crashing on you on the damn floor.
“sei . . . we need to get up.” you whine under him as his whole weight is pushed onto you on a cold hard floor with no cushion to soften the blow. you have no choice but to wrap your arms around his neck to stop yourself from suffocating. nagi is really warm with his baggy hoodie and his way too saggy sweatpants—seriously, how does he walk in those things? the soft fabric feels ticklish on your skin. God, please wake him up before we both end up sleeping on the floor tonight.
he’s just not letting it up, it feels like he just keeps getting heavier the more time that passes—and just the more impossible it feels to convince him to get off. it’s obvious he isn’t asleep just yet because if he was, you’d probably either be actually suffocating or maybe you’d be able to slip out of his grasp—oh and he’s literally looking straight at you with his chin rested on your chest. “t’lazy.” he mumbles in protest. honestly, you could laugh at this scene—not because you like being suffocated by your boyfriend but because the way your arms are wrapped around his neck make it look like you’re cradling just his head.
“don’t you wanna be comfortable on your bed?” you ask as another attempt to bribe him. you see the way his grey eyes keep staring at you with that stupid almost-pleading look that might say ‘please don’t tell me to move.’, but you’ll say it again because you doubt this is pleasant for him—it certainly isn’t for you. “please, seishiro . . .” you whisper, finger colliding with his soft snowy hair. his lips for a small pout at your insistence. “no.” he’s firm but obviously sleepy.
there’s something wrapping around your waist—his arms are wrapping around you waist. your eyes widen at the sudden grip.
“sei . . .”
“no more convincing. you’re more comfortable than my bed.” he says like he knows you’re going to propose another offer—which you weren’t . . . you wanted to tell him that you loved him but if just accepting defeat is enough for those three words, you’ll gladly lose.
“fine.”
because in the end, he’s the only one who can make you feel this way even when you’re pissed that you will have to sleep on the floor.

ᓭི ˖ ࣪ . 𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐈𝐊𝐔 loves the way your lip balm tastes or he just really likes your lips.
“can you just admit you like kissing me?”
“what? your lip balm tastes really good today.” he acts oblivious to his own actions of smooshing your cheeks together to make you kiss him . . . the only thing on your lips is an unscented and unflavored lip product—what is he tasting?
you raise an eyebrow at his words, very interesting coming from a man like oliver aiku. he views such matters as casual, treats it like it’s casual, says it’s casual but then he acts like he becomes a new man every time his lips just slightly graze yours.
when he pulls away from your face, there’s something in his eyes that say he wants—needs more but he isn’t insatiable per se because he has self-control, he isn’t that reckless, y’know? have some faith in him!
but your lips make him question whether he even has faith in himself to keep him away that long, he’d be lying if he said you weren’t killing him right now.
his lips are prolonged against yours to make up for it.
aiku swears you lace something on—in?—somewhere on your lips that just gets him addicted. your lips don’t taste like anything yet they taste like everything he’s ever wanted—anything he’s ever craved of—they taste like you and maybe you’re all he’s ever dreamed of.

Tumblr media
It's been exactly three weeks since Hyunjin's had any time for just himself, though it feels like months at this point.
Recently everyone's been running around like headless chickens and between vocal trainings, dance practices and the studio, there hasn't been much time to just relax and recharge. Preparing for a new album really is the busiest time of an idols life.
There hasn't even been time to see family or friends, which is common during busy spells like this, but always dissapointing to think about. Now even more so, with how much he's been wishing to spend time with you, one of his closest friends... who also happens to be his crush. Not that he'd ever let you know though, not in a very long time.
It feels almost like a blessing, getting back to the dorms from practice late in the evening and realising... he's got the place all for himself, at least until his roommates get back from the studio.
Changbin had messaged him earlier, telling him that they'd probably be there well past midnight, so there was no use waiting up for them. To him though, this was the very opposite of an issue. With that much free time, he'd definitely be able to... make himself comfortable, so to speak.
See, not having time to relax also means he'd basically had no time to get off. The best he'd been able to do had been quick little sessions barely once a week in the shower right before passing out on his bed from the exhaustion of working hard.
The realisation that he'd be able to do anything he wants during his time alone is enough to get his dick twitching in his jeans and he decides the shower can wait until later.
Hyunjin goes to his room and locks the door after himself even though he's alone, it's just become a habit after so many years living with his members. He sets his bag down next to his bed and thinks through his plan.
Hyunjin has a little secret, which is that he loves recording himself do dirty things that range from more vanilla to much less vanilla. Something about the thrill of being recorded even if no one will ever see it just... makes him so fucking horny.
He opens the camera of his phone, puts it to video mode and presses record. Moving his hand off the lense and setting it down where he normally sets it, on the carefully placed pile of books on his desk, he sits down on his bed.
"Hmm... I hope the angle's good... It's been so long since I've had time for this", Hyunjin sighs with a pout and brushes his hair out of his eyes. He knows the camera won't see it though because he's made sure the stand, his pile of books, is at a level that cuts off his head perfectly.
Hyunjins hands run down his body slowly and he exhales deeply, just loud enough to get picked up by his phone. Once they reach his jeans he unbuttons them, unzips the zipper, then pulls the jeans down just enough to expose his underwear. Hyunjin pulls his shirt up over his stomach to be held in place under his chin, rubs his hand over his bulge and hums.
It's been so long since the last time he's been able to take his time making himself feel good. It's almost embarrassing how quickly he's getting hard.
He takes his dick out his boxers and then spits on the palm of his right hand. It's dirty and wet but it just turns him on even more. He grabs his dick with the hand and slowly moves his fist up and down, to spread the saliva and precum all over his dick to make the slide easier and wetter but to also get himself to full hardness.
"A-ah, ohh... that's so good... Feels-fuck, feels so good", Hyunjin sighs. It really won't take him too long to cum, he just knows it. He's been pent up for far too long.
He tries to think of something to help his issue and immediately thinks of you, no matter how embarrassed or dirty it makes him feel.
When you first started showing up in the dirtiest corners of his mind he felt so ashamed. Now it doesn't matter to him anymore. You'll never find out so why feel bad?
He continues to move his hand on his dick while thinking of you. The last time the two of you had time to hang out together you'd worn the lowest cut shirt he'd ever seen on you. He had tried so hard to act normal around you but whenever you bent down he'd been able to see into your shirt.
"Haah, fuck..." , he squeezes himself a little harder at the memory. Everytime you moved he could see your bra poking out from the top, black and lacy. The entire time he'd been doing his best to not bust in his pants. Oh, what he'd give to be able to see your tits. They always looked so soft and they'd probably fit perfectly into his palms.
Whenever the both of you would hang out at yours, watching movies and just hanging out, you never bothered to wear a bra. Why would you? It is your house where you want to be as comfortable as possible.
The feeling of laying down on your couch watching a movie with you on top of him, in just a t-shirt, will end up driving him mad one day. Everytime he'd felt your nipples poking into him he'd almost moaned out loud.
"Hngh... Oh my god, please... m-mommy!", he lets out pathetically, moving his fist faster. God he just wants you to use him, to do anything you want to him. The thought makes him whine desperately.
One of the most common fantasies for him is you on top of him using him to get off, not caring about if he's close or not. You'd sit on his face and ride it until you cum. He could probably cum untouched like that. All he'd need was tasting you and seeing you cum, just for him.
All the sudden he remembers the phone recording him and he shudders. He imagines what your reaction would be to seeing him like this. Would you be disgusted or delighted? Would you tell him what to do and how to touch himself? Maybe you'd touch him... He hopes you would.
"Mommy... please touch me, aah- oh!", he runs his thumb over the head of his cock just right and his thighs twitch but he keeps them open, in perfect view to the camera.
Throwing his head back he imagines you riding him. You'd be so tight and wet around him. Maybe you'd tie his hands behind his back so he wouldn't be able to touch you... he'd really like that. You'd feel godly around him, Hyunjin thinks.
"Fuck, oh fuck! Mommy I'm-haah, I'm so close, please!", his dick twitches desperately. You're so gorgeous, to him you're the sexiest person he's ever seen. He feels himself getting so close that tears spring to his eyes.
"Ah- 'm gonna... mommy, gonna cum...!", he whines out long and loud. It takes Hyunjin two more strokes to let go and he cums the hardest he's cum in weeks. He doesn't even register whispering your name. Hyunjin leans back on his left hand and keeps stroking himself through it.
The feeling is overwhelming, so much so that his thighs start twitching pathetically and the tears in the corners of his eyes fall. He's getting incredibly overstimulated but he keeps going, wanting to keep enjoying the feeling, just a bit more.
He squeezes himself one last time and suddenly everything on him feels gross and dirty. He's just had the best orgasm in weeks so it's no surprise that he came a lot, everywhere. He even managed to get some on his chin.
"Fuuck... Did you-haah... did you enjoy that?", he chuckles to the phone. It takes a while for him to come down from the high, the twitchiness and the feeling of euphoria lingering in his body. Once he's capable of standing up again he stops the video.
With his body feeling like jelly, he takes off all his clothes, drops them into his hamper and prepares to shower, at last.
Tumblr media
Hyunjin wakes up to his alarm the next day feeling more refreshed than he's felt in weeks. He shuts off the still ringing alarm and quickly gets up from his bed to get dressed and go eat breakfast.
Checking the calendar on his phone to make sure he knows his schedule for today, he makes a note of one thing; he'd have a lot of time alone at the dorms today too, since he's only got a dance practice and a recording session today, which obviously means 3racha will stay behind to stress about their songs while Hyunjin can return early. Maybe this time he should continue the latest piece of art he's been working on after he gets back?
Hyunjin gets through the day well enough.
After eating breakfast he messages you a "Good morning pretty <3 please remember to drink water!" like every morning when he has time for it. He gets to the practice room only five minutes late, which is a record this early in the morning, because usually he ends up sleeping in at least ten minutes (which makes Chan scold him for being such a heavy sleeper).
He does well at practice, even though he ends up a little exhausted. That's nothing new though, with how hard they always work to be the best they can be.
The rest of the members leave to take a break but Hyunjin decides to stay behind to film the solo choreography he's been working on for fun. Once he's happy with how it's turned out, it's time for him to go record his lines.
The recording session goes smoothly, without hundreds of retakes and everyone's satisfied with the result. Afterwards they decide to order some take-out, as a reward for a job well done... and also because they're all feeling too lazy to even think about going to the dorms to cook.
While eating Hyunjin finally realises to check his phone again. "Good morning, take care of yourself too!! :)" is your response to what he sent earlier. It's nothing more than a kind response but it makes him grin to himself like the fool in love he is.
"Yaaah!! Hyunjinnieee, what's making you smile so beautifully?", Changbin leans towards him with his signature flirting-with-Hyunjin grin, mouth half full of rice.
"It's nothing," Hyunjin responds back to him cheeks red, "and don't talk with your mouth full hyung... Do you not have any respect?"
Changbin decides to drop it in favor of eating more delicious food.
"Oh come on... we wanna know!!", Han pouts at him from his seat on the couch in the room. Hyunjin shoves another mouthful of food in his mouth to avoid the embarrassement of explaining how a single text messaged from you manages to make his heart beat out of his chest.
Once Hyunjin's done eating he's free to go back to the dorms and just like he suspected the rest of his dormmates stay behind to work some more, although they all whine at him to stay to explain the previous mystery. He declines and they all keep their sad puppydog eyes on him until he's out the door.
He keeps texting you during his ride, all the way to the dorms. Once he's in his room Hyunjin decides to just change into some clean clothes. He's too excited to talk to you and get to painting, he can wash up later.
He lays in his bed to keep texting you and at some point your conversation changes from how your day's been going to talking about dancing and he mentions how he just today filmed a new choreography bit he's made for fun.
❣️:
Can I see what you've been working on? :)
I'm sure it's really good, you always are!!
Jinnie:
Well... since you asked so nicely😉
[video sent]
Quickly sending the video Hyunjin exits out the messaging app, feeling so giddy he can't help but squirm around on his bed. He still can't believe someone like you could be interested in seeing him dance.
It might seem like a small thing for most but he feels himself turning red just thinking about the way you look at him while he talks about something so important to him. It makes the butterflies in his stomach every time you're near go crazy. It's so attentive, like you actually care and are interested in his interests... and maybe even...?
'No' , he thinks to himself. There's probably no way you could ever actually be interested in him, not in the same way he's interested in you at least.
He leaves his phone charging and finally gets out of bed to go to the kitchen for a cup of coffee. He'd need it if he wanted to stay up late to work on his newest art piece.
Tumblr media
Hearing the familiar 'ping' notification of receiving a message makes you open your phone again and just like you thought, Hyunjin had sent you the video of his latest masterpiece of a choreography. Not waiting a second you press the video just to see.... Hyunjin take his hand off the camera and set the phone down on the desk in his room he draws on. He sits down on the edge of his bed and says something, you aren't really sure what, because the volume's too low. In confusion you turn it up more.
Hyunjin sighs and reaches up to move his hair out his face, probably. You can't see it though, because the camera cuts his face perfectly off frame. Suddenly his hands run down his body to the button on his jeans. He opens it and starts undoing the zipper next. You just look at the video in shock. 'He isn't about to... to take them off is he?', you think to yourself, just as he pulls the jeans down enough to expose his white boxers and then palms his bulge.
Should you stop watching? Keep watching? How long has it even been playing? How long does it keep playing? While you wonder this you almost miss Hyunjin pull his hard dick out of his underwear and spit on his palm and... Oh God...
You've now done something you can never take back. The downright sinful view of his cock is something you don't think you're ever going to be able to forget. How do you even face him after this? After watching him grasp his dick in his hand and pump it a couple of times to spread the spit and precum around.
You exit the video, panting and absolutely soaking through your underwear. Your other hand rushes to your face to feel your cheeks. They're burning and feel like you've been standing out in the sun for hours, when in reality all you've done is accidentally watch your best friend play with himself.
You struggle to decide what to do with the video and in the end save the video without much thinking, then delete the message of it and decide to notify him of his mistake. As long as he doesn't know you saved it, it should be fine, right?
Tumblr media
It takes Hyunjin less than 10 minutes to make and get the coffee. He returns to his room humming the tune of a song he's had on repeat recently. Setting the coffee down on the desk and taking his phone off from the charger he notices new messages from you.
❣️:
Uhm...😕
Hyunjin, I don't think you meant to send that.
He looks at his screen confused. What did you mean by that? He...
Oh God.
Did he send the wrong video?
Frantically opening the video he sent earlier he sees himself, in video, move his hand off the phone camera and set it down the desk near his bed and sit down. Oh no...
"Hmm... I hope the angle's good... It's been so long since I've had time for this", video Hyunjin sighs and reaches up to move his hair from his eyes. His head may be out of frame but he clearly remembers pouting while saying this. He watches himself slowly unbutton and unzip his pants, adjusting them so that his boxers are clearly visible in frame. In the video his hand drifts towards his crotch slowly, teasingly.
He quickly exits the video and promptly shoves his head under his pillow and yells. He'd accidentally sent the wrong video while hurrying to get a cup of coffee. How could he have messed up this bad? In his panic, it takes him a moment to respond.
Jinnie:
Oh god
I'm so sorry!!
Please don't watch that!
❣️:
Don't worry!!!
I stopped watching the moment you started unzipping your pants😖
I saw nothing, promise!🙏 It's been deleted already!!
Tumblr media
Little does he know though, you'd kept the video. You're not really sure why, but subconciously your brain keeps screaming' to finish it later, of course'.
...
Fuck it, you don't think you can wait until later.
Taking a deep breath, you open your gallery to find the video he sent you. You hesitate for a second but press play anyway. You can feel how you're already soaking through your underwear but pay no mind to it yet.
You watch him do the things you've seen already, all the way until he spits in his hand... and you pause the video. 'Is it right to watch this? I mean, he didn't mean to even send it...', you think to yourself.
But the thought of seeing him touch himself, to hear him make the sweetest noises you could ever in your wildest dreams imagine him making drives you on.
Pressing play again you dip your fingers into your pants. You rub yourself over your underwear and oh my god... you can't believe the wetness you feel after less than a minute of watching the video. You focus on the phone you're holding in your other hand and finally move your fingers into your underwear to directly touch your pussy.
On your screen you see Hyunjin start to stroke himself faster, the head of his dick a dark pink, you can feel his desperation through the screen. Without thinking you move your fingers to your clit and start rubbing it in circles, aided by the wetness of your leaking pussy.
He moans out loud and even though you can't hear it through the fog in your head, you know he's desperate. You move your fingers down to your hole and dip two of them in. You're so wet you barely need to even stretch yourself out and then he does it.
"Hngh... Oh my god, please... m-mommy!"
You push your fingers deeper and your pussy lets out he lewdest squelch which in turn makes you close your eyes desperately in pleasure. 'Mommy? When he masturbates he calls out for mommy??', the thought makes you lose your mind. You think about what it would be like if he called you mommy in the throes of pleasure.
You want to make him follow every command you give him. The way he'd look up at you on his knees with you standing above him. Maybe you could make him suck on a strap? He'd look so ridiculously delicious with his mouth full, drool dripping down his cheeks.
You add another finger and start rubbing at your clit with your thumb at the same time. The feeling makes you whimper and imagine his hands on you, teaching him how to touch you perfectly. You're getting so close and you remember to focus your screen again.
Hyunjin looks absolutely disheveled. His dick is red and throbbing, you can tell he's getting close. His voice is another thing that gives him away. He's whiny and his voice keeps cracking every time he opens his mouth. Hyunjin bucks into his hand and moans.
"... mommy, gonna cum...!", he strokes himself twice more and then finally cums. You're so close it's maddening. All the sudden you hear him... whisper your name?
It makes you go off the edge and your entire body clenches and seizes while you silently cry out from all the pleasure you're feeling. Your walls suck in your fingers with how you're clenching around them. On the screen Hyunjin twitches violently, working himself through the end of his orgasm.
You pull your fingers out of yourself and slump down on your bed exhausted, but the last 20 seconds of the video that's now over haunts you. Did you hear him right?
You gather strength to pick up your phone again and rewind the video to the part where he cums and turn the volume almost all the way up. Admittedly you end up fixating on the way his dick looks and face twists in pleasure when he cums and then he says, or more like whisper your name. Your brain blanks.
"Fuuck... Did you-haah... did you enjoy that?", he chuckles to the phone, sits in place for a bit to properly come down and then gets up to stop the video.
You're wet, confused and you can feel your heart beat out of your chest. What do you do now? How can you ever face him normally after that... Does he feel the same way you do? Is he sure he didn't mean to send it?
It's all too much to think about, so you decide that instead of thinking about it you'll clean yourself up and... crawl into a hole where no one will ever find you. Probably. The only thing you know for sure is you definitely won't be sleeping tonight.

Yandere Anticupid! who’s disgusted at the idea of love, thinks it’s a crackload of bullshit only used to promote sales on that detestable holiday, Valentine’s Day.
But the one thing he can’t stand to comprehend is you. A foolish idiot who flourishes off of being stuck in your lover girl era.
No matter how many times he sabatoged your dates, turned your love interests against you, aided your love rivals in besting you.
You being the stubborn optimistic wrench, you are. Merely shrugged your shoulders saying “It is what it is” the very line, that made the loveless cherub wanna stab his own damn self with his sharp hateful arrows.
Day after day of countless failures in your love life. He’d gripe angrily watching you from beyond the clouds. Simply bushing off the rejections and setting off yet again to find your new bae.
Your next target, who happened to be the cute employee who helped you out at the store.
And just like that, he had yet another migraine from the ridiculousness of it all. He can’t fathom how you always seemed to fall in love at first sight. With a fucking rando no less, who just so happened to show you a sliver of kindness.
“By the Gods how could your bar be any lower?! They’re clearly a scumbag you blind bat!” He’d bellow, banging his head against the wall, being used for cover to stalk you on your date.
The cute employee happened to be an impulsive cheater. Texting n calling others spouting the same old cheap lines. You ate up during your date being none the wiser to their intentions of having you as a one night stand.
So once you went to the bathroom, the anticupid just casually shoved the two-timer down the escalator using the tip of his bow. Sure it was a bit extreme but he’s just doing his job. Who cares if there’s a few casualties? It’s none of his concern.
Plus he needed to vent his frustrations from the way you were stressing him the fuck out with your naivety.
When will enough be enough?! He used to be the top of his ranks as the no1 heartbreaker in the Anticupid league. And now his position is being threatened, all thanks to you and your tenacious demeanor in wanting to secure your so called “true love”.
Damn you! You were just a mere thorn in his side! An idiot who can only see through rose tinted glasses. But for you alone, he’d put his pride on the line and take you on.
He was at his wits end, it was now or never. Since you weren’t falling for his indirect attempts at making you give up at finding love. Then he’d go all in, make you fall for him, give you the high of your life despite his philophobia.
And finally break your heart and core belief in love once in for all.
Unfortunately, nothing ever goes as planned. Especially when it comes to you.
In just a single night you defeated him entirely, all it took was your cute drunken self brazenly coming onto him.
With the batting of your lashes, the tearful but touched gaze, and the honeyed words of declaring your love for him at first sight. Since he was oh so kind to console you upon your disaster of a date that took place that very day.
There he stood donned in a suit and tie, watching like a deer in headlights as you slipped a ring on his finger. And smooched the living daylights outta him at the altar.
Kirai, the Anticupid, and no1 hater when it came to love was now your husband.
Fuck. His upper management was not going to be happy about this.
