Alright, so I've been wanting to do this for a long time, and @sad-trans-girl has convinced me that I should.

The first picture was taken during a family cruise 6ish years ago, I was thinking about how I had to force myself to smile, so I didn't look like the serial killer of the family again. The second was taken today, I was thinking about how sweet all my partners are, and the smell of far-off rain.

I was raised, by christians, to believe that there was one correct way to live life; you finish high school, maybe go to college, get a job that you'll work for the rest of your life, raise children, and die. And I was not about to live that life...

It all came to a breaking point after I finally broke up with my high school boyfriend—boi, did that need to happen sooner. I knew that I was trans for years at that point, but I was never able to accept it. At 20, I made an appointment with an informed consent clinic and never looked back for a picosecond. I never went on a T blocker and didn't get neutered until last year, so I'm just now getting my hormones leveled out.

But even still I feel like I've been able to blossom!!~

I went from cursing my body to being a part of it. I went from being a wallflower to an attention whore. I went from surviving to living. I've never felt happier with my life and I'm not even close to being finished with it.
