Neon, (Neo or Ne for short,) uses They/Xe/Any other neos

Neon is nonverbal, and uses their phone, or octoling shades as AAC devices

General backstory underneath:

Born and raised in Octo Canyon in the Cephalon HQ sector, Neon grew to elite ranking, and earned their place as one of the top espionage agents; primarily tasked with observing the Zapfish and the surface’s security systems to report to Octavio.

Constantly under the threat of societal collapse due to the energy and resource crisis, the military had grown particularly strict, residential areas struggling more than ever.

One morning, most of everyone is suddenly missing. No warning, no notice of leave, the few that remained were left to panic, and with that, the underground became borderline uninhabitable, without enough remaining to keep it sustainable.

Those that remained desperately attempted to scramble for answers, Neon left feeling abandoned and lost. Was there a mass betrayal? Had spies infiltrated and eliminated nearly everyone? We’re they left to die here?

As Octavio leaves to attempt to find and recover the lost troops, Neon aimlessly wanders, finding their way up to the surface, hoping to find someplace, or someone, that would allow for them to survive.

Eventually, while wandering the desert, they encounter a stray Inkling they reluctantly decide to stick with, inadvertently leading them to Cuttlefish himself, and being dragged into the Squidbeak Splatoon. Leading to an odd fight with their boss, and the fall into Alterna.

Soon after, Neon discovers what happens to the lost troops, and is faced with the fuzzy anomaly that threatens the planet…

generally every planets who happens to be in scorpio give off somehow a “dark” vibe...or planets in 8th house(gives the planets scorpionic feelings) aside for these 2 i’d say also pluto in 12th(i have this and often have sleep paralysis);hard aspects of neptune and pluto;pluto in scorpio or 8th house; scorpio in 12th/8th; mars in 8th square/opposite pluto or neptune...well yes i think that’s it
