Clare Distribution Plan
Platform: I want to upload my work via Youtube or Podcast since they are the easiest and the cheapest platform since it is cheap and easy to share the link. If by any chance my piece gets a lot of attention, the sites can handle the traffic for me in contrast to a website I make on my own.
Target Audience: I want to narrow down my focus audience to high school and above, who maybe interested in majoring/minoring in Computer science but too scared to do so. I just want to share my love and spark that initial interest for those who are too afraid to start.
Interaction and Success: I want to see many people commenting. I want people to gain interest in Computer science and feel like it is cool.
Community help: I can send the link to CS professors and Wellesley/MIT CS clubs to get the initial boost.

Ra Yun’s Distribution Plan
I am choosing Youtube as a distribution channel as I intend my video to be viewed by diverse audience. I wish to also take advantage of the sharing feature of Youtube which allows users to easily spread the video to their friends using social networking service connected to their Youtube account. Along with posting the video on a public platform, I am planning to distribute the video to an intranet for Economics department and to ESA (Economics Students Association) website. In these more private platforms, more informed viewers will comment and are likely to offer their view on the content of the video. In this distribution channel, more discussion may be generated based on the content but the video would be contained within the community as sharing a content from the intranet to other places is limited.
My metrics of success would be receiving the viewer’s reaction that adds on to the content. For instance, suggestions of what variable to add to the model that I present in the video. Also, observing comments that show an improved understanding of statistical models and development of questioning view on numbers featured on media, news reports, and etc.
