I was wondering how Clive would react to reader always playing with his hair no matter where they are orrr (nsfw question if you don’t want to do it, it’s fine) reader being supposedly very touchy when being Clive’s backpack when there going to somewhere on his motorcycle??

He dozes off easily when you play with his hair- such a silly guy🫶. But touching him like that...yeah, he's going to need to find somewhere more secluded immediately.

Jadi sore ini harusnya ada acara buka puasa bersama dengan team se-departemen di salah satu tempat makan yang lokasinya tidak jauh dari tempat kerja saya. Yang bisa pulang cepet, datang ke lokasi lebih awal mulai jam 18.00an. Lainnya menyusul, habis magrib.

Saya, pemain terakhir.

Baru meninggalkan ruangan kerja pukul 19.00.

Manusia mana coba, yang datang ke bukber jam 19.00. Sekalian tarawih nggak tuh.

Saya ke mesin absensi pukul 19.00. Saya lihat grup Whatsapp, eh udah pada foto-foto. Alamat udah kelar acara, nih. Pikir saya begitu.

Tapi toh salah satu teman menanyakan status saya, katanya "ayok ditunggu.."

Berjalan ke gerbang, saya pesan ojek online menuju lokasi bukber. Ojek datang, saya baru banget..nget..nget.. nangkring di jok motor abang ojek, eh tiba-tiba ada suara menyapa,

"mbak Devvvv, ati-ati..."

Saya noleh.

Ternyata itu suara M dan D, dua orang temen se-departemen. Mereka boncengan naik motor.

Lah, kok udah balik? Beneran udah kelar nih, acaranya. Hati saya jadi kecil. Kemudian saya teriak ke mereka berdua,

"aku pulang aja yaaa.. pulang aja, pulang aja."

Tentu saja orang-orang menoleh. Suara saya yang kencang memang punya pengaruh seperti itu.

Saya naik ojek, sejurus kemudian saya mengirim pesan Whatsapp. Saya bilang, saya pulang aja. Maaf karena telat banget join.

Semenit, dua menit, pesan saya tidak ada yang merespon. Lagi pada beres-beres kali, ya.

Akhirnya saya putuskan, saya nggak ke acara. Saya bilang ke abang ojek untuk ganti destinasi ke tempat lain. Ke manapun asal nggak ke tempat acara bukber.

Hati saya masygul. Ngerti nggak sih, saya tuh udah bela-belain pulang secepat mungkin. Beberapa kerjaan saya harus saya paksakan ditunda biar saya bisa pulang. Tapi tetep aja nggak terkejar. Mau nangis.

Dan benar. Saya memang menangis. Malam itu di sebuah kafe di dekat Karangjati, saya cucurkan air mata. Lalu saya sapu dengan tisu yang saya temukan di tas, sepertinya bekas saya mengusap jari kaki. Jorok, tapi biarin aja.

Setelah agak tenang dan menyantap seporsi sup iga favorit saya, saya kembali menghubungi salah satu teman kerja apakah masih ada yang di sana. Ternyata masih. Mereka masih berkaraoke.

Pendek kata, saya pesan ojek ke acara bukber, kemudian bergabung ke acara. Sudah banyak yang pulang mengingat sekarang pukul 20.00, tapi untungnya saya masih berpapasan dengan ketua departemen saya, yang membiayai sebagian besar acara tersebut.

Saya ikut tertawa, ikut menyanyi. Sejenak lupa bahwa tadi saya tersedu sendirian, menangisi dangkalnya emosi saya.

Saya kembali normal. Tenang. Riang.

Mungkin karena energi teman-teman yang sedang bahagia mengalir sampai ke kalbu, membuat saya ikut tertular kebahagiaan. Atau mungkin karena sudah makan sop iga.
