Getting kind of bored with Fire Emblem Heroes so I tried out Nintendo’s new mobage Dragalia Lost. As far as RPGs go it has a generic, kind of Fire Emblem esque plot. The characters are pretty entertaining though. 

My favorites are Thaniel (looks fancy) and Erik (is fancy)

*ugly sobbing* My son is getting his mana spiral! Sadly, no spiral for Zace but Vice is getting one too, so I’m definitely upgrading him too.

So I really really love the Summer Siren event so far, but the more I think about it the saltier I get about the abscence of Thaniel, even as a side character like Verica.

The characters are good and I love Celli and Julietta’s alts - they’re brilliant, BUT...

Siren befuddles sailors with her singing and Erasmus guides them to safety. Thaniel, a navyman and veteran sailor, MUST have heard or even come across the two of them before. Karina too, and maybe even Erik during the time he was lost at sea.

It would’ve been great to see our ocean man complaining about all the seaside activities and lending a hand trying to find Erasmus. (Think of the drama if he came across Siren with apprehension because she, accidentally, aided in the sinking of one of their ships. Thaniel’s time in the navy was Not Fun, this event right here is one possible reason why).

I love the event as it is but. The missed potential. Thaniel Rights.
