And the original Siffrin is not hallucinating. Everyone else can see this other Siffrin. Isabeau inwardly celebrates

Loop is at a loss.

Then, little by little, even more versions of Siffrin start bleeding into the same loop. Two Siffrins become four, then seven, then ten, then twelve, and so on.

At first, each Siffrin is pretty similar to the last. It's a sea of cloaks, pointy hats, and crippling introverted anxiety.

But then it starts getting bonkers.

Like, actually off the rails.

There's a Siffrin who never lost his eye.

There's a Siffrin who joined forces with the King.

There's a Siffrin who remembers his home.

There's a Siffrin who swapped personalities with Isabeau.

There's a Siffrin who is the same age as Bonnie.

Worse of all, none of the Siffrins are going to allow the original's self-destructive tendencies.

Okay, continuing into the 21st century, after our brief dip back to the '50s: More Vera!!! telling us about Leckie because the show's just come out. Thanks to @bleedingcoffee42 as always

He loved football- big Notre Dame fan, and stopped going to church when they changed over the Mass from Latin- Leckie liked the "beauty and mystery" of it all. He did quite smoking.

He never stopped using his typewriter, and wrote a loooooot. Through it all, terrible handwriting as Vera likes to remind us in nearly every article she's talking about him- honestly fair, being able to read that writing is a rare gift so good for her that she could. also Leckie being sweet to his niece

the ideal amount of sick is "sick enough to miss work but well enough to read and nap and play video games all day about it" but unfortunately I seem to be trapped in the "have 2hrs max per day of reading ability before my eyes get too tired and I have to spend the next few hours in a half-awake state because I can't get comfortable enough to fully sleep" type of sickness which is honestly just rude

I trust you guys not to spread this too far hihi but I talked to Seb (Buemi) tonight and asked him about re-signing with Envision. he said the contract was long done and he doesn't really know why they waited so long to announce it, maybe for sponsors or publicity. and secondly I asked about the gen3 evo and he said he tested it on tuesday! and that it was good, the front motor works well and really makes a difference (but in races it's only going to matter during quali, race starts and attack mode). exciting 😝

for the most part i'm pretty realistic about how well prepared i am to travel in a new country, but i'll say i came to norway SO overconfident in my being able to handle roundabouts. minnesota has plenty of roundabouts, said to myself! i've used those before! i will not be perplexed by them! lol sike!!!!!! the roundabouts here are too intense for me. you signal before you even enter to indicate which exit you're taking??? there's no inner/outer lane??????? my first few times i thought i had to go into the inner lane for the outermost exit but no that's false. and i've been so lucky bc most of them have been fairly empty but i went to one where it was SO BUSY and i didn't know when i could enter so i was lingering in the lane for too long and people started honking at me lol until a nice norwegian guy let me go in front of him. the mountain roads are nothing to roundabouts. jesus christ.

Sitting near the bus driver is typically safer, but don't rely on the driver to help you if you're assaulted. OOPS! I just posted this one a few days ago. Gotta get better at my record keeping, LOL.
