#drunk on riesling...yikes

Had to travel 4.5 hours to get to where the wineries are... BUT it was all worth it!... sorta

Went to Azura winery on Colorado’s west slope last weekend. The views were BREATHTAKING but the wine was.... meh. The Pinot Gris was way too sweet (almost sweeter than the Riesling) and the reds were quite jammy. I ended up buying a bottle of their chocolate sauce over their wine.

Would go back there again, but probably more for the views than their wine selection.
