Hey guys!

I’ve been posting a lot about the fic auction that I’m participating in, but I just wanted to take this chance to go into detail about what ~you~ could bid on from me!

First of all, if you already have a prompt in mind, go for it! If it seems like something outside my usual wheelhouse, come in and message me and we can talk about it. I want to make sure we can make it work! And I love talking to people so don’t feel shy :)

Do you want to see something new and different from me? Maybe (like me) you’ve suddenly caught the Adventure Zone bug, or maybe (to pull an example out of thin air) you want an epistolary fic between a dapper dynamitist currently rotting in jail and the long-legged U.S. Marshal who put him there? Well, I’ve put a lot of fandoms that I haven’t written in / have barely written in up for grabs! We’re talking Temeraire. We’re talking Master and Commander. If there’s a dashing and/or dutiful man in a snazzy uniform on a wooden ship, I can probably write it.

Or maybe you want me to stay closer to home. That’s cool too! Ever wondered what Aaron Burr’s up to in the Macaroniverse? Or how Alex and Jamie Madison met? Or what shenanigans he got up to in his last year at camp? Or what Eliza’s doing abroad? Want a thousand words of loving Lams snuggles where everything is gentle and nothing hurts? Want Alex’s Tragic Backstory from the one where their hearts are full of rainbows? All of those are on the table! I can also do sequels/ prequels/ POV swaps to basically anything I’ve got on Ao3.

Also, if there’s anything that you’ve seen a snippet/ mention of on this blog (say, in a writing meme), and gotten excited, you can totally ask me to make that a full fic! Remember that time I teased a Necessity’s Demands-verse fic where Washington had been hit by a magical attack? Want some Lafayette/ Adrienne/ Angelica ot3 set in the French Revolution? Want me to polish up and finish the super sad Eliza fic in my drafts titled “Another Fifty Years”? Want scenes from the historical AU where John’s soul has been knit to a hungry demon that subsists on other peoples’ souls? Utterly horrified by either of those last two ideas? Well then I guess you’d better bid on me, so you can make sure I don’t write them!

I also have a couple ideas from chatfics with friends that they’ve been generous enough to let me share. For example, a cute modern AU that... well, look, if you want an explanation for why this image is tagged “Lams” you should bid. I also have what I’ve mentally been calling Macaroni Murderfish (to the tune of “Alexander Hamilton” ofc) in which Macaroniverse John drops out of law school, can’t make rent, moves back in with his ex Francis Kinloch in Florida (it’s... not a good time), becomes a lifeguard, and encounters mer!Ham and... well, you get the idea. And speaking of Floridian Lams, @herowndeliverance and I have figured out a way to make that happen in an AU of her excellent Sad Boys on Ships. AND (I saved the best part for last, but I’m probably also going to make a second post announcing this because I don’t want you to miss it!) if you win BOTH my auction and HOD’s, we will co-write the thing. You heard it here first.

This is all for an excellent cause, so you know your money’s going to be well-spent. And whatever prompt you, mysterious victor of my auction, choose, know that I’m so excited to get writing :))))
