【Yahoo論壇／王傑】勞基法修正公投連署不到10萬份 台灣人民真的該醒了

距離年底大選綁公投已經不到兩個月，年底將會有數個公投舉行，唯一缺席的就是勞基法修正的公投連署。勞權公投總共有兩個，一個是勞基法條文的修正，一個是要回七天假的連署，但是兩者的連署份數都不到十萬份。是要說這些工會自主團體背後沒有政治力量的挹注，還是台灣人民真的很缺乏勞權意識呢？ 最主要在推動的仍是幾個地方縣市的產業總工會，桃園是一個，旗下還有長榮華航的空服員職業工會，但是收集的份數仍不到一萬以上。台鐵員工一萬多人，台鐵產工也僅收到近千份。許多員工看到連署要寫上自己的個人資料如地址和身份證字號，就打了退堂鼓說不用了。但明明在網路世界發達跟個資流失泛濫的現況下，這些資料根本無傷大雅。 甚至許多人也沒細看這份連署的內容，明明是爭取勞工最基本的待遇，或者要回七天假將會有休假天數的提升或加班費增加，好處多多。但卻因為某些顧慮或顧忌背後是否有政治勢力，又再一次退縮，可惜了這些單純為基層勞工著想的工會同盟。 在沒有政黨跟政治資源的情況下，動員一般民眾是困難的，既沒有資源請工讀生宣傳連署，也沒有過多資源打廣告宣傳，幾項公投的重點仍然在民進黨推的東奧正名，還有國民黨推的以核養綠，以及挺同和反同的議題。而偏偏，一個和人民最息息相關的勞基法跟國定假日的工作待遇問題，卻無人聞問。 人民的勞權意識覺醒，真的還有很長的一段路要走。不管是加入自主工會的參與率，還是關心自己職場的工作條件和待遇問題，又或者一般職場雇主是否有遵守勞基法，許多人���選擇都是忍耐跟事不關己；有好處的時候我跟著享有，沒好處的時候我就默默看著別人衝。 然後積極、熱血有衝勁的人仍是少數，許多工會幹部拼久了就會累，失去鬥志。唯一能維繫這些工會幹部的，似乎就只剩下資方給的好處跟利益，用這些會務假和資源，養著一批不會戰鬥的工會幹部，而這就是大多企業工會的現狀。要說這些工會有什麼作為，根本也不用期待。 唯一能改變現狀的，似乎也就是人民自己的勞權意識必須抬頭而已。除了關心自己身邊的工作環境，更要審慎選擇自己參加的工會，支持著真的有在做事跟替員工著想的工會幹部，靠著健壯工會體制和支持自主工會來改善勞資關係。 往往我們都還糾結於選藍還是選綠，但無論選哪個，永遠都不是站在勞工這邊，上台了就是出賣勞工權益。但遲遲又無法有真正站在勞工這邊的第三勢力，因為台灣的政治環境亟需資金和資源，沒有財團跟企業的支持根本很難發展，而一般勞工最缺的不就是「錢」嗎？所以想要選上根本是難上加難。 台灣的工運路仍待漫長的耕耘和發展，面對民進黨的惡意打壓跟夾殺，工會組織能否穩定發展跟成長可能都是未知數。但若人民的力量能夠覺醒，無論執政者如何打壓，終將還是有突破重圍的一天。
