Eeeeehehehehehe X3c It's so sweet that you like my voice so much it makes me very happy to hear!!! I had a lot of fun recording the podfic even if not all the impression are very good. Like at all. But fun yes it was fun! I'm doing some voice acting (and backgrounds) for another in-production object show as well, and I've really liked doing that too!! Maybe I'll try and do more voicing going forward, though I'm not sure where I'd find shows/people that are looking for voices. Point being that you enjoying the sound of my voice makes me very happy and confident so thank you very much!!!! \^u^/

I self ship with Jinbe bc I feel like he gets plopped into a dad/uncle roll on the strawhats (in a good way!) and I think it’s really funny to picture him like the romcom trope of single dude accidentally picks up hot chick bc she mistakes him as a single dad who’s just babysitting or something - I think it would be so funny and cute lol obviously everyone knows Jinbe isn’t really their dad just trying to explain the vibes the ship gives me in my head lol

xD Jinbei gives me "Comforting family member vibes" 100% so I get where you're coming from.

I love the romcom vibe for him. He doesn't realize she's into him for a long time because like, she's hot, he's not bad looking, but he knows his limits, so they're good friends.

Really good friends.

Friends that are kissing after a couple of outings that were apparently dates and oh dear Jinbei's mind is just scrambling to catch up with what's going on - he's not uncomfortable! Quite the opposite. Just a little off-guard.

And I don't even think she needs be "conventionally" hot - just hot in jinbei's eyes. He's always kind of, subconsciously maybe even, keeping Sanji in line around her, that sort of thing.

If the tension isn't snapped by a kiss it's probably broken by Luffy saying something that's true, but no one's said it out loud and everyone's just like "Oh cat's out of the bag" and Jinbei's still off guard XD
