My old Elfen Lied oc. It's been so long since I've thought of her that I don't even remember her name. She was overpowered though.

I was going to make the background a beach, but then changed my mind to an actual scene in the anime. And then gave up.

I can't remember any exact details on her backstory, so she was either born during the birth ban or a few years after Lucy/Kaede.

Either way, she's screwed.

Elfen Lied oc just for fun, wanted a pfp for my twatter alt acc. Drawings done on the 3DS (Flipnote and Art Academy). She's not too psychotic, just depressed because she can't fit in a world where Diclonius are basically ilegal. Rather than create a world for herself or try to live among humans, she prefers to be left alone and only kills if provoked.
