ok so obviously food tracking isn’t for everybody but man the combination of outsourcing the working memory aspect and lightly gamifying macronutrient targets has done wonders. like for instance did you know you can eat varied and nutritious foods throughout the day instead of forgetting to eat for 8 hours and wondering why you always feel like shit at 6pm. has anyone heard of this. crazy stuff
