The tea parties are serious buisness, and in fact, in response to a fairly nasty comment about certain Quirks, the Iida-Yaoyorozu-Midoriya family hosts a yearly charity event that’s basically a big tea party. You’re expected to wear your best clothes for whatever the theme is, and it’s honestly so much fun. They have muliple tables for the event and everyone has a grand time.

Ohohoh! The idea that I just had! I imagine that the first tea charity event would be when the oldest bio girl is around 7y old?

Keigo could safely say that this little crazy idea that the Stationary Trio had come up with was a rounding success. Heroes and fans mingled together, while the few media personel allowed in took pictures.

He could see the Bigot exibition stand getting the gift bags ready, and the donation table had closed an hour earlier so they could count the amount collected.

'Which would be announced any moment now.' He thinks as he turns to the stage.

But to his amusement instead of one of the Stationaries taking the stage, a little girl does. She's wearing a pink kimono with a cherry blossom print (the theme for the tea party had been classical japanese), her black hair up in a fancy updo. The microphone is lowered to her height by Ingenium, who moves to stand behind her.

The little girl takes a breath. "Hello and thank you for coming to the first EqualiTea. I'm Ume, one of your hosts." She looks back at Ingenium who smiles and nods to her. "And it's my pleasure to announce that we've achieved the donation goal set for this event!"

The room burst into applause and Ume startles at that, before giggling, the sound echoing thanks to the microphone.

"Don't forget to stop by the Bigot stand to collect your exclusive souvenir on your way out and we hope to see you here next year, bye!"

Ume means 'plum' and since Momo is 'peach', I wanted to keep with the fruit theme, the other girl is Ichigo for 'strawberry'. Still on the search for a name for Pretty in Pink Armour.

The souvenir from Bigot is one of those silicone bracelets with the brands slogan 'Just as Human as a Bigot'. (I'm not too sure about this one, if you have a better idea go for it!)

I think at a fancy tea party run by heroes it's probably like an exclusive statue or shirt made out of the highest quality whatever. The bracelet thing is more of a park event thing.

But yes I love this and I love her being Ume. That's so cute.

🤡 real talk... i dont consider myself to ship dundie but with every passing day im realizing how much of the hate and mockery over the years has boiled down to just rly blatant fatphobia and how Weird it is that every other character, no matter how much of a joke they are written as, no matter how hard their canon is to tolerate, Eventually gets a decent amount of serious stans, EXCEPT the fat ones. they get some, especially now but. to most other ppl theyve all been designated fandom punching bags. owen Won season 1 and its taken what feels like Forever to shine a real unironic spotlight on him or nowen as a real concept. idk lads im not saying its evil to not vibe with these characters honestly freshtv doesnt write them with a lot of respect in the first place which makes it harder im just saying some of the jokes and memes are a little meanspirited and im personally retiring this as a crackship cuz it seems like a lot of ppl are trying to branch out lately and care abt the underrepresented characters and i think itd be rly fun and charming actually to just respect the fat confident girl and not act like it is so ridiculously funny to imagine someone fat and annoying tee em could EVER get the cool punk boyfriend bc itd be a weird contrast or w/e. like hey guess what chris mclean impregnated a mutant plant! dundie is honestly a bit more realistic in comparison,

This is VERY cute and there are loads of trans and/or sapphic, cat-loving households who would go extremely bananas for it so on the one hand, congrats on laser-targeting a demographic here, but on the other, I gotta deduct major points for not going all in on the obvious pun and just labeling it “equalitea” because…I mean…come on. Loving stupid puns is, like, half of the queer and trans rulebook.

Okay so- after I saw the ask about Logan finding Patton some pun based sweaters, I wanted to find one that I felt fit Patton perfectly. So I did some searching, and I found a sweater that says "Bringing The EqualiTEA" and it has a rainbow background with a cup of tea on it. I feel like Patton would own a lot of sweaters like this.
