I keep thinking I'll write this but I'm beginning to think I never will, so I'll just be dumping the idea here:

Fic concept: a few years post-canon, Liu Qingge has a disciple that he's somewhat close to (read: whose name he bothers to remember). Could be an AU version of Yang Yixuan, though I actually imagine them to be an OC for reasons discussed later. In either case, they're a particular menace to his life, enough so that even Binghe and Shen Qingqiu recognize the disciple because of how often Liu Qingge either complains about them or is called away because of some shit they pulled.

In fact, this troublemaker occupies enough time in Liu Qingge's life that he's even had to decline or cut short sparring matches with Binghe and visits to the Bamboo House, which is totally absolutely not upsetting Binghe, who is totally not bothered at all actually, don't know why you're asking, shizun, it's perfectly fine-

Anyway, Binghe is Definitely Not Jealous of this disciple of Qingge's, and he's only annoyed that he doesn't get to fight him as often anymore, you see, and no he's certainly not concerned that Liu Qingge is no longer interested in him or shizun, even though it's been 11 days, 14 hours, and 32 minutes since Liu Qingge was supposed to visit the Bamboo House for tea with shizun (not that he's counting), which is entirely unprecedented for the Bai Zhan Peak Lord. His thoughts and feelings on the matter are perfectly Normal and Rational.

That is, of course, until the wedding.

This could either be a result of a willing home visit, or a mission near their hometown-turned-kidnapping, but either way Qingge's disciple ends up back home, forced to prepare for a wedding. For themself. The disciple is from a noble/wealthy family, possibly as the only child. And as it turns out, their parents' displeasure at them running away from the neat little life planned out for them and joining Bai Zhan Peak was way worse than they'd expected. Their parents had secretly arranged a marriage for them in an effort to tie them down, and if no one stepped in fast, they'd quite literally be tied down- with immortal binding cables, as they're forced to complete their vows.

Somehow, whether via a panicked peer or even an official invitation, word gets back to Liu Qingge that the ever so irritating disciple of his isn't just missing/visiting their parents; they've been kidnapped and will be forced to be married. Aside from Liu Qingge's own general sense of justice, he's also very begrudgingly fond of this disciple, actually, so it hardly takes any suggesting before he's off on his rescue mission.

The act itself is simple; the parents cower in the presence of the Bai Zhan War God, and hardly put up a fight as he demands his disciple back, hoisting them over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes and flying off. But unfortunately for Liu Qingge, while the devil may work hard, Cang Qiong (and the wedding guests) work harder; by the time he returns to his peak, several rumors have already spread like wildfire throughout several towns (and his sect): what began as "Liu Qingge has left to attend his disciple's wedding" soon becomes "Liu Qingge is taking part in his disciple's wedding" to "Liu Qingge is getting married to his disciple," which is occasionally upgraded or amended with, "Liu Qingge has crashed the wedding and eloped with his disciple," which is further upgraded or amended with various spins and twists, including illicit and dramatic affairs, public romantic declarations, and so on.

All of that is to say, by the time he and his disciple has returned, Binghe (and Shen Qingqiu, though he won't admit it) is losing his literal shit. Each rumor has gone from bad to worse, because what do you mean Liu Qingge has absconded with some random??? Who he's apparently been having an affair with???? Last Binghe checked, HE was the designated shizunfucker, actually, and there wasn't enough room for two of them in this sect. And that's totally what he's upset about- because there's no way he's bothered by anything else, such as Liu Qingge possibly being in love with someone else; really, he's totally glad that Liu Qingge has seemingly moved on from Shen Qingqiu, he's not even slightly betrayed by the thought, not at all, it's just the lack of originality! That's why he's storming Bai Zhan Peak, demanding answers from Liu Qingge! It's about creative integrity!

Liu Qingge, for the life of him, doesn't understand why the hell it matters so much to Luo Binghe that he went and retrieved his disciple. What business is it of Binghe's, whether he "crashed" the wedding or not?? What does it matter that he stopped them right as they were about to begin the vows? Yes, he heard his disciple was getting married, and he went to stop it- so what? (He entirely neglects to disclose that the problem with the marriage was that it was forced- but also doesn't understand why that would be relevant in this conversation, either).

The rescued disciple in question, after being examined by Qian Cao disciples, just so happened to be washing off their makeup/undoing all the wedding frippery in Liu Qingge's home (too embarrassed to do so where the other disciples will see them) during this argument, which does, in fact, make things worse.

notes on this au:

sy transmigrates into a new body when sqq fights the system trying to force him out of his body. sqq is livid and decides to take sy as his retainer/secretary/assistant, forcing him to do most of the accounting & administrative work on qing jing peak and work for sqq for free while also helping sqq avoid his tragic fate by telling him spoilers and secrets about the world that sy remembers. sy has no golden core and no cultivation, and cant wield a spiritual sword or fight. sy has no documents, no money, and no prospects. sqq basically provides everything for him & can also take it away. sy moves into the other room in the bamboo house and cleans and organizes as well, although his own room is a mess. sqq never makes it clear what sy's position on the peak is, so all of the disciples follow his orders in fear of disobeying sqq. sy is basically 2nd to sqq, although he doesnt see it that way; he sees himself as sqq's overworked servant. he resents sqq for his control over sy's life, but he's terrified of being kicked out.

sqq takes sy to the peak lord meetings as well, using sy to carry documents, serve tea, and to give him information about anything that might be useful to sqq if it comes up during the meeting. sy also often acts as a messenger for sqq between peaks. he doesnt get much interaction outside of senior disciples and the other peak lords.

since sy's hands are usually full with documents, accounting books, talisman paper, & anything else sqq wants him to carry, sy can't use his fan to hide his face as much. instead he uses his hair & his glasses. his skin is sallow & he often misses meals from running around doing sqq's errands, so he always seems tired. clothes he wears are simple & loose, either slip on or buttoned up. he dislikes loud & bright patterns bc he doesn't want to stand out, but sometimes has no choice bc sqq buys his clothes. sqq will often make him wear more extravagant patterns, even when it makes sy nervous about attracting attention.

since sy seemed to appear out of nowhere to the other sect members, sy is very worried about acting too suspicious and getting kicked out. he copies sqq as much as possible to acclimate to the world and seem unphased & elegant.

sy is very interested in the other peak lords since he interacts with them often, especially liu qingge. liu qingge often catches him staring, but sy tries not to interact with anyone more than he has to. liu qingge usually sees him hiding behind sqq as a buffer. if sy does speak, he does it low & quiet, & if behind his fan if possible.

sy looks like his old body & has long black hair, similarly styled to sqq by his insistence. sy dislikes this.

sqq calls sy "a-yuan" bc sy doesnt like it. sy doesnt like telling people his name though bc it makes ppl think theyre related, which he also doesnt like, so he doesnt stop sqq from indroducing sy as "a-yuan". this makes it very difficult for other ppl to know what to call sy in fear of being too familiar

sy does meet sqh earlier in this au, and he helps him as much as he can get away with behind sqq's back. since sy is less bound by the system than sqh is, sqh sometimes "sponsors" sy to do things he himself cant do.

sy calls sqq the equivalent of "sir".

but hey, that promised bingge pov post! (full disclosure i am writing this before ive written the sqh scene so some info may be repeated!)

binghe was aware of sy’s nature from the very beginning. he knew it was demonic, but meng mo was the one who let him know about the concept of demon dolls and how theyre created. when he chose sy for qing jing, he was fully convinced it was actually a demon doll with sqq’s exact soul/copy and wanted to get ahead of whatever revenge he and/or yqy may be planning.

meng mo also told him that since sqq’s been dead yqy had probably used his own soul to help ‘create’ sy so both of them were hesitant to use their dream manipulation incase it let yqy know something was up since they could be spiritually linked and lbh’s half demon status was unknown plus he’d be the first person yqy would want to blame. while he wouldnt use dream manipulation since it was spiritual based, he would use the blood parasites as insurance since it was fully physical.

upon meeting sy, he began to have doubts about whether it was sqq’s soul. hence the fungi mission. he used that mission to judge just how human or demonic sy’s body is and also gauge his reaction to not being affected by the spores if his body was demonic to tell how “in the know” he was. when sy was genuinely confused and just accepted whatever explanation lbh gave him, he concluded sy knew absolutely nothing at all and shifted his focus to actually making sy care for him.

his confrontation with yqy after the fungi mission was basically yqy and lbh trying to psych each other out about how much the other knew. it ended with lbh implying he knew what was up, that he could reveal yqy for colluding with demonic cultivators and/or demons, and that he wouldnt let sy get found out unless yqy does some shit bc hey, thats his disciple. so up until now (chapter whatever this is linked on) they’ve operated under a strained truce that yqy stays away from sy and lbh wont reveal them.

for lbh getting close with sy was just a fun little side project. after all, a little sqq who adored him more than anything in the world? sqq would be seething and rolling in his grave. it doesnt hurt that sy was so earnest and cute either and him being on the peak made nyy happy so he was fine with getting some revenge like that.

in the fic’s og pidw, this grows into lbh desperately craving affection and validation from the kid who looks so much like his shizun who withheld it. he’ll grow codependent with sy, but the relationship stays very much master/disciple. on some level he’s aware that though sy does genuinely care for and admire him, hes playing out a role to receive lbh’s protection.

but in the fic our sy, earnest and naive, found the jade pendent.

this is bingge, two decades removed from the abuse he suffered. he’s had two decades to get stronger, to realize the world bends to his whims. to realize no matter where he goes he’ll have women falling over themselves to get into his bed but none of them will ever truly love him and what they give him is shallow. to realize he’ll have men envying him and wishing him harm just for being better. this bingge doesn’t have mobei-jun or any wives to share even the illusion of closeness or companionship with. he has nyy yet she’s been relishing in her role as da-shijie and hes happy for her truly, but he’s been alone in the bamboo house for 20 years.

when bingge meets sy!sqq in svsss who shows him just two days worth of normal domestic kindness, he immediately wants to leave with him. so how would our bingge feel with our sy, who he’s had unrestricted access to for 2 years, who holds genuine affection for him with no ulterior motive, who admires him openly and unashamedly, when he returns the very symbol of his happiness and the last bit of true love hes ever felt?

“precious fake jade indeed” he said

this fake sqq, this flawed copy of the man who tormented him, gave him back this fake pendant that he held most dear, that he lost hope of ever getting back again.

was that not symbolic? did that not make shen yuan his as well? did that not make shen yuan another symbol of love for him? did shen yuan not hand himself over to binghe when he handed over the pendant?

he begins objectifying sy almost. this was his person. obviously if sy was defective for yqy’s purposes, then wouldnt it make sense for sy to have been made just for lbh? after all, who else could cherish and protect sy like he could? yqy let him out of his sight long enough for him to becomes lbh’s so he wasnt fit. sy cant look after himself. only luo binghe could.

the mission he took just after sy’s 16th birthday was to track down the demon clan responsible for sy’s creation and learn more about it to see if he could sever and/or work around yqy’s connection. as soon as he learned everything, he returned and used dream manipulation (after he figured out it was safe) to walk through sy’s memories like svsss bingge did to sqq. he realizes sy’s memories are gone, he and meng mo conclude it was probably an error in the connection to body and soul bc of the nature of demon puppets. but hey, a wins a win. sy has no affection for yqy and the fact sy is loyal to only lbh remains unchanged.

speaking of, he should probably make sy his head disciple officially so yqy cant make any accusations about lbh’s inappropriate closeness to his disciple, no matter how true they are.

Okay, I promised a writeup of Luo Binghe voter fraud meme, and as Luo Binghe is currently in the finals of the poll this happened on, I figure now's a good time.

So! It all started when Luo Binghe, our beloved half-demon child, was submitted to @/hybrid-battle tournament - or rather, as it was called at the time, @half-being-battle. He won his first poll easily enough, but round 2 was a close battle where he and his opponent, Shantae from eponymous game, took the lead from one another a few times.

In the last ~12 hours, Binghe was losing slightly after a popular blog rb'd the poll with a call to vote for Shantae. However, SVSSS fandom caught this in time and passed the poll around some more. The poll ended with Luo Binghe winning with 51% of votes - or, as simple calculation will reveal, 14 votes lead.

We breathed out a collective sigh of relief, but too soon - as half a day later, someone sent this ask:

Initially the pollrunner wasn't intending to do anything about it, but then someone suggested a teamup option, and the poll for the option was made (x). It was rb'd by some SVSSS fans with the general sentiment of 'free our boy he did nothing wrong', but didn't gain real traction until:

@piosplayhouse rb'd said rant with addition of the image from vol.3 cover, of Shen Qingqiu holding Luo Binghe's hand, edited to look like SQQ is the one saying the text above.

This version of the post was circulated in fandom overnight, leading to 'Luo Binghe moves on alone' option winning by a large margin - and, ofc, to the birth of "Luo Binghe voter fraud" meme.

Though aside from this particular post being funny, there was another factor contributing to the meme catching on: how damn in-character it all was. The following sentiments were all repeated more than once in the post's notes:

Luo Binghe getting accused of crimes he didn't commit? Omg just like in canon!

Shen Yuan would absolutely buy bots to get his most beloved blorbo to win an internet poll.

It's just Luo Binghe's protagonist halo!

All of which made the situation fucking hilarious.

Then, the next day, tumblr user verycharismaticdragon (whoever they might be 😉) made some fanart about it, which possibly aided the spread of the meme too.

Also, SVSSS fandom surprised the mod with our chillness 😅

Since then, Binghe has been going strong in that poll - and now, he's in the finals! So make sure to vote for him; as we all know now, the real voter fraud is the friends we made along the way. But wait! There was also another layer to the voter fraud iceberg. The tl;dr:

At about the same time Luo Binghe vs Shantae ended, Hua Cheng was losing in round 1 of @/the-ghost-bracket, with something like 39% of votes to his name. In a desperate move, I linked his poll under my bingqiu voter fraud art, which gave him a boost to get close to a tie, but didnt flip the poll. The next day, I was explaining the LBH voter fraud meme to my friends, and mentioned Hua Cheng's poll too - which was when inspiration struck me, resulting in...

this post. musings about nyy's relationship to sqq and why i think one of the most interesting lenses to look at it is thru one where sqq did not explicitly abuse her the way he is accused of

so nyy who loves sqq because he's a source of stability and safety for her. nyy is the only female disciple (donghua only) (in any case the most important girl on the peak by a long shot) on a peak who's lord is capricious, aloof and rumoured lascivous who encourages his disciples to emulate him. being sqq's favored disciple carries with it safety and some privilege, perhaps financially but definitely socially on qing jing

sqq dotes on nyy by his standards. sy successfully argues that it is in character for sqq to help lbh (who he hates) on the basis that it will make nyy happy. this implies that there are instances where sqq gives nyy favors even when it makes lbh's life better (incidentally, mirroring qjl giving sj favors when qht wants it even though that ends up making sj's life worse later). the mission wasn't in pidw, we only know that og!sqq didn't put lbh in his carriage (or else it would've been important enough to include in the pidw text) but it is likely that nyy spoke up the same way in PIDW and sqq just handled it differently (perhaps letting lbh on nyy's horse and letting nyy ride in the carriage). (also, obviously, sqq picks up another disciple bc nyy asked for one once recreating the cycle of giving basically a dress up doll to a sheltered girl)

regardless, this shows that sqq does favor nyy in tangible ways and she isn't projecting the relationship. however, sqq does Not reciprocate or provide for nyy in typically paternal fashion. for example, the system says that it is in character for sqq to stay inside instead of accompany nyy to the market enough so it makes him tell her to ask literally anyone else (including lbh who he doesnt trust or see as competant) to walk around town while a murderer of young girls is on the loose.

i love interpeting this as some kind of terrible codependancy where sqq is using nyy to mirror and fix or overcome his past traumas by projecting qht upon her and replacing qjl as himself. now he holds all the power. and nyy imprinted on him, feeling the closest to him compared to her shixiong, as well as herself being likely isolated by sqq's favor, which leaves him as her closest relationship prior to lbh.

the thing with children is that, even for adults it's very hard to reconcile a person being nice to you, and then being mean to someone else. so for nyy whose whole safety system is sqq, and whose closest relationship was with sqq before lbh, it's no wonder she has a terrible time believing that lbh's treatment is cruel and unusual. besides the genre conventions of the premise and corporeal punishment perhaps (not confirmed) being accepted, nyy's own experiences help blind her to the reality of lbh's circumstances. because sqq treats her fairly, and she sees lbh failing at cultivating, being late to class (bc of extra chores or whatever), and she doesn't always see first hand him being punished or bullied, she automatically assumes the treatment lbh recieves at sqq's hands is deserved. this is compounded by lbh literally telling her to her face that sqq and his shixiongs are doing him a kindness aklsjfslka when she DOES try to help him

(obviously not his fault, her help often gets him into more trouble that she isnt there to see but it does help keep her believing the narrative that it's lbh's fault for making sqq mad or disappointed to the point of punishment.)

so we have nyy who things sqq isnt doing anything bad to lbh except that sometimes it makes her sad when lbh is hurt. we have lbh who turns to nyy for comfort even though that comfort often returns to him worse later. and sqq who is purpetuating cycles.

i also think, it would be very interesting if, to add to the weird ambiguous nature of sqq's and nyy's relationship, would be if sqq used her to help regulate his own emotions. i believe in the novel mf informs nyy when lbh gets punished by sqq (i am not sure if that's something im making up, sorry i dont have access to the novels rn) but regardless, i like to think it's because sqq is repeating behaviors he learned in the past, specifically, finding a calm in a girl nearby after letting himself go off on lbh for whatever reason. i like this reading for several reasons. the first: it adds another layer onto nyy and sqq's relationship that continues to make it suspicious and odd to outside viewers. the second: it reinforces nyy's believe in sqq's perspective of the narrative because she'd see sqq's aftermath before lbhs (due to cultivation and lbh's nature, giving him time to recover before nyy sees him). and third: it creates an unstable surface for nyy to stand upon.

sqq is her safety net but she is not unaware that he has lines that can be crossed that result in punishment. being a girl and sqq's favorite shields her from having to excel in swordsmanship and cultivation, but it can't shield her from everything and her closest friend being lbh who she knows is working hard but still gets punished all the time has to instil some sort of uncertainty upon her that if she steps wrong sqq may turn on her. she IS unaware that she could never cross sqq's line though, what with being a girl and sqq not believing that women have agency or are, like. people.

(RE sqq's benign misogyny: i believe that just doesn't. see women as fully realised complex human beings. i think his past as a slave really imprinted him the helplessness that girls are subjected to and even (to his perspective) foster. like? the girls he grew up with were taken advantage of, and then qht was so naive that she couldnt comprehend that sj's life might actually be a little bit bad when she wasn't looking. i think women, to him, are creatures to be pitied that cant actually harm him. he doesnt, as far as i remember, ever blame qht for her participation in his trauma. nor blame nyy for her participation in his trial whether her accusations were true or not. if he blames anyone it is the men he sees as manipulating them when he cannot be that man himself. so, there's that)

and then. the lingxi caves and the demon invasion arc. sqq murders liu qingge and fails to murder lbh. (allegedly)

i think it is heavily implied in the novel if not outright stated that the invasion arc was the turning point in lbh's views on sqq. previous to this he was holding onto the belief that he was doing something wrong and if he was just good enough sqq would praise him. that his shixiongs were mean but he'd become stronger for it. but after winning an impossible duel and his peers on the sect praising him, but sqq still hating him finally proves to him that sqq hates him and nothing can change that. that all this time sqq had just been cruel to him for no reason. (also, meng mo's influence upon him cementing that truth to him)

and on top of this we and liu mingyan, who sees lbh win and sqq's disdain of him and then finds out her only remaining family has been murdered in a cave by someone who should have been able to be trusted. AND. then watch as that murderer is pardoned by everyone.

so i think this is the point lmy starts hanging out with lbh and nyy. lmy and lbh bonding over sqq being a pos and lqg's murder and how unjust cang qiong is. i think it is possibly lmy that helps lbh see that it's not just sqq that's rotten, that the entire sect is aiding and abetting him. when sy wakes up in sqq's body and asks where lbh is yqy already knows sqq had him strung up in the shed. why? bc yqy was the one to find them and didnt do any thing about lbh? or someone reported that sqq qi deviated while punishing lbh and made the conscious decision not to tell anyone to let lbh down? whatever way it's obvious yqy has deferred to his shidi's decisions on his peak and seeings as yqy also did not pursue sqq for lqg's murder lmy would have reason to dislike him just as much as lbh, and perhaps help lbh see the dissonance between sect leader and his favoritism

so nyy's best friend lbh is now friends with a cooler, older girl who keeps talking shit about sqq. and i think, nyy could respond one of two ways. 1) distance herself from lbh and lmy and cling to sqq even harder. or 2) start becoming a little rebellious. lmy, raised on a peak of women for women who already is suspicious of and hates sqq, whose own brother talked about sqq's presence at brothels, would obviously be concerned about nyy's closeness with sqq. i think, either out of genuine worry and comeraderie or calculation, she could start pressing on nyy's relationship with sqq, with lbh helping

the thing is, i think both lbh and lmy could have genuine worry for nyy but i also think theyre both absolutely capable of manipulating nyy as well. just depends on the story youd like to tell. they both can be true at once, even.

anyways, nyy is jealous and in a precarious position, wants to keep her place as lbh's best friend and maybe be cool in her shimei's eyes as well, so i think it is very very plausible that she lets them talk her into also being a bit worried about her relationship with sqq. she's already living with the uncertainty of knowing sqq can be cruel, and now her two closest peers being suspicious of him all coalescing into unstable footing for nyy

THEN we have the immortal alliance conference and lbh's presumed death.

five years where nyy has to wonder if sqq killed her best friend and lmy is there to tell her, well. he killed my brother and hated lbh who would have stopped him? c:

five years of nyy wrestling with her grief as sqq spits on lbh's memory and lmy is there to comfort and grieve with her and protect her from sqq.

and then lbh comes back and nyy and lmy are there to be his inside sources at cqms (besides sqh who is. you know, another thing this isnt about him)

lbh comes back and can tell nyy to her face that sqq tried to murder him, that means of course he murdered liu qingge and this just. has to recontextualise everything for nyy. (at this point, lbh has also canonically dragged nyy into his dreams so, there is a fun additional element where lbh could have influence nyy's perception and memories through that)

by the time qiu haitang is added, and lmy and lbh can build an entire trial around her story, nyy is in the perfect place to join that testimony. she cannot refuse that lbh was mistreated, that lmy's quest for revenge is unfounded, she no longer can hide behind her doubts. :3 and qht, she's an older nyy isn't she? she was the innocent young lady who's entire world was turned upside down by sqq. she knows what nyy is feeling, her grief, the inability to believe sqq is capable of something like this! but he is! and she's there to help her.

so nyy, filled with guilt and not able to 100% trust her own memories, and still filled with a childish sense of justice… that's how she decides to testify against a man who has shaped her childhood regardless of whether he was, personally, intentionally, abusive of her. (though i do think even at his most charitable he was neglectful of her needs)

and i'm so ENCHANTED by the idea that she does this to help her friends lbh and lmy, and this stranger who she comes to know qht, get justice and then is shocked and horrified and betrayed when this leads to the razing of cqms, that this leads to sqq's prolongued and disproportionate torture. and i am ENCHANTED by the concept that she still loves lbh and cant blame him bc he's earnest and open and she remembers him as this sweet boy who came to her to hide from bullies and she still cannot rectify that a person can be two things at once, or, that she cant overcompensate for the difference bc look at what happened to sqq when she did that so she still loves him and closes her eyes to all his faults. he's kind to her.

this may be. my own bias but i like to think she blames lmy because everything was fine before she started hanging out with lbh and talking about how sqq killed her brother! maybe, if she hadn't convinced lbh that sqq hated him, lbh would have been a better disciple and sqq would never have tried to kill him and they could all be a happy family on qing jing peak. :)

uh addendum is how sqq gives lbh his view on women. that they're pitiable creatures who can't ever truly hurt him. by recreating the cycle that traumatised him, sqq also perpetuated his own view about the passivity of women, teaching lbh that. the way sqq never blamed qht for her complicity in his trauma, is the way lbh never blames a woman for hurting him and abusing him, instead folding them into his harem. lbh doesn't conceptualise women as real people, merely objects that have been acted upon by men and he should be the man who helps them. but that's a different essay i think?

Bunhe/Bingge/Bingmei

- Bingge is the type of person to collect a bunch of mons but favor the stronger, cooler ones. He doesnt really use any of his og team because he views them as weak like he once was

- Bingge uses darkrai kinda like xin mo, whereas Bingmei has marshadow as a kinda symbolism for his own blackening but has long since released his darkrai

- Bingmei had a more comfortable upbringing because of shizun, so he doesnt view his og team as 'weak' and they grew with him for the most part

- Wooloo was something hes had w/ him since before he arrived at the peak, so it represents him kinda accepting his softer side

- Eevee is the representation for zheng yang, which is why bingmei has an umbreon (evolved via friendship by sqq while lbh was in the abyss, they bonded over missing their boi) and bingge doesnt

- salazzle is meant to represent the harem lmao

- arcanine vs houndoom is my verson of 'curly hair bingmei vs straight hair bingge'

- bunhe has a cubone cuz dead mom twins (im hilarious i know /j)

Shen Qingqiu (Jiu)

- starter serperior that was raised alongside him on the streets

- zoroark that he met as a zorua during the qiu manor

- chi-yu also wouldve been met at the qiu manor but closer to the (highly valid) crash out (its considered one of the four ruinous pokemon)

- milotic he caught as a feebas durin his disciple days, and people made fun of him for his ugly fish until it evolved and wiped the floor with them

- gardevoir was a gift from the wrp ladies to help him sleep, but people ofc take things wrong because of sj's closeness to it (he treats it like a mom/older sister figure)

- absol actually followed him throughout his life, appearing as a warning before the worst events of his life until the conference where he found yqy, and then it acted to sj's order and took out wyz

- umbreon was an eevee he received from yqy upon joining cqms, and despite what people say about him its a small glimmer of hope that even he can befriend something (it evolves by friendship at night)

Shen Qingqiu (Yuan)

- Rotom is the system lmao

- he keeps Absol, Serperior, and Zoroark because they refuse to leave his side even if they can tell he is Not Their Boi (they hate system!rotom)

- he feels a little weird using a gardevoir, so when he ends up accepting a Hatenna from nyy he uses it instead (she has too much emotion for it to handle, so it keeps running to hide in the bamboo house where its more peaceful)

- he found mimikyu by the sword mound during binghe's abyss period, and immediately connected with it because of his circumstances (pretending to be someone/something else). Instead of a pikachu though, it disguises itself as a wooloo (representing lbh)

Shen Yuan

- his zorua is named Binghe, he found it caught in a trap almost immediately upon landing in pidw, and he rescued and cared for it until it was back to full health. it refuses to evolve and is absolutely codependent on sy. It will cling and cry if he tries to put it back in its pokeball

- mienshao he got as a mienfoo and kept because it reminds him of his favorite of lbh's wives (liu mingyan)

- slyveon was an eevee he 'traded' (ie: yoinked) for because the previous trainer wasnt treating it correctly

- salazzle was an accident, he thought he'd caught a male salandit to avoid the weird reverse harem thing that salazzle does.... you see how well that went (physical representation of the wife beam lmao)

- slitherwing he found while exploring near abyssal tears and he fell in love with this beast of a mon

- he kinda stumbled upon zekrom during an impassioned rant in some old ruins, and because sy has Big Thoughts about the worldbuilding it sensed a kindred spirit of a sorts and choose to follow him

Yue Qingyuan

- Rayquaza acts as Xuan Su since hes usually stuck playing a mediator role + is insanely powerful. Their 'bond' is that yqy has the mega stone imbedded into his body and it leaves him drained whenever mega rayquaza is used

- golurk he found in the lingzi caves during his entrapment and it stuck around to protect him from himself

- aegislash is his 'sect leader partner' pokemon, acting as his 'sword' since he cant just bring rayquaza around everywhere

- Garchomp was his gibble from the streets, given to him because i have Cynthia Trauma. It also acts a lot like SJ in that it dislikes everyone and rarely listens to yqy but also refuses to share him with anyone else most of the time

- Dragonite is kinda the same with Lance Trauma but also because he caught and raised it as a dratini during his disciple years post lingxi caves. It helps him deliver letters and travel between meetings

- Bewear doesnt really have any special lore, i just like that it looks super friendly and cuddly but can snap you in half (just like yqy!)

Liu Qingge

- Rapidash is pretty but powerful, brave, and prideful. Lqg caught it as is during a nighthunt after it went toe to toe with him

- He came to the peak with riolu and torchic, so both have grown with him since the beginning

- Gallade he received from his shizun as a ralts after earning the head disciple title. Its got a major rivalry w/ sqq's gardevoir

- Braviary is symbolic for cheng luan. I almost used a talonflame cuz phoenix iconography, but braviary fit lqg's temperament better imo

- He found Zacian on a night hunt as well and earned its respect in battle, so now it travels alongside him. He hasnt actually caught it but they have an understanding that zacian will answer lqg's commands

Shang Qinghua (Airplane)

- froslass is his partner whenever hes in the northern desert w/ mobei jun, he got it as a snowrunt early on in his spy days and the two looked after each other (mobei jun approves)

- mudsdale helps him with physical tasks on an ding, theyre a pretty common sight on that peak since most disciples bond with a mudbray early in their discipleship

- golisopod is his starter that he got as a wimpod, the two hid in the same spot and agree on the tactic of 'able to fight but will run if things look hairy'

- rotom is the system again, shiny to differentiate it from sy's

- gholdengo was an accident, he kept counting stray gimmighoul coins when doing accounting and eventually ended up with it lmao

- morpeko was a gift from sy because he found it on a nighthunt w/ binghe and immediately clocked it as airplane-coded

i have a weird idea in my head thats like. only half formed so i prob wont write it and also doesnt seem that interesting. but its just balls to the wall shit in the form of qiu haitang also being replaced by a transmigrator but like. very early on.

she knows shen jiu will kill her whole family. shes just in the body of a child though and the system wacks her if she tries to get him kicked out or even thinks about having him thrown out. so she grits her teeth and puts up with him sitting in her room or staying close by her. 

until she notices things a typical child wouldnt. he is kept well groomed but usually his clothes are of lesser quality even tho hes supposed to be her fiance. sometimes his sleeves slip up and she’ll see bruises. he is unusually quiet, not the weird pervert the og sqq from pidw. he is quiet, nervous, his eyes get progressively more hopeless, and whenever her brother’s voice rings out in the house or her brother looks at him he stiffens up and looks ill. 

then she hears, while sneaking around, her brother beating him. and she realizes whats rly going on here. 

she ends up getting ooc freedom. she lets him hide in her room. she calls him more and more often. she gives him medicine for his bruises. she learns to hate her brother and the way he looks at her, hate the people who live there and think they can keep this from her. she talks to him, genuinely, trying hard not to poke at his abuse too much but give him an outlet. when he starts limping into her room she starts sobbing and shen jiu doesn’t even know why. shen jiu is no longer a villain who conspired against her and her family but an unwitting shackle to keep her there while they abuse him to the point of insanity. 

and then one night she can’t sleep. she lays there tossing and turning. she has a bad feeling. she cant sleep knowing shen jiu is probably being hurt. qiu haitang creeps out of her room, to her brother’s study, and hears him beating shen jiu senseless, and she just snaps. she bursts in, demanding answers. she cant take it holding her tongue anymore. her brother is getting aggressive now, telling her to mind her business and go back to playing pretend, to being a good daughter to their family. he makes a motion to hit her. shen jiu attacks him from behind, enraged and he hits so hard he’s barreling toward the wall. 

he barely has time to turn around before a heavy paperweight is in front of him and qiu haitang is bludgeoning him to death. system be damned, she cant fucking take this anymore!

she’s only stopped when shen jiu pulls her off him. he’s already long dead, blood coating her inner robes and the floor. his head is unrecognizable. something in her feels just as shattered as his skull. she’s killed a man. 

shen jiu tells her he is going to kill everyone in his manor. she tells him to let her pack her things; she has no intention on stopping him. her love of this place and this family died when she first heard her brother beating shen jiu. its more than dead now, rotting in her heart like a corpse knowing her brother was going to beat her too for stepping in. qiu haitang simply leaves him as the manor goes up in flames with the advice to not just the new teacher he is going to get and to go to cang qiong.

qiu haitang learns cultivation on her own for a bit. shes a wandering cultivator. she wonders how much she’ll fuck up the plot if she refuses to be luo binghe’s wife. she doesnt have it in her to go after shen jiu for the murder of her family; they deserved it. and she knew shen jiu would never hurt her; that he probably never hurt the original qiu haitang either. that he had saved her after paying back everyone in that manor that had hurt him and then burnt that hell to the ground.

but then cang qiong disciples from qian cao or another peak find her. the system doesnt tell her she shouldnt. she goes. shen jiu is still a bit rotten and bitter, but hes a bit better. she encourages him to talk to yqy. she never becomes a peak lord i dont think, but i think she’d be interested in medicine after she failed to help shen jiu when they were younger with his injuries. by the time luo binghe comes sqq is still dedicated to making his life hell, but she knows why now--she called her brother a’luo. she can see the way shen jiu sees both himself and her brother in lbh. much like yqy she cant bring herself to blame him entirely; she wishes it wasn’t happening both bc lbh doesnt deserve it and she doesnt want sqq to suffer, but he is pretty dedicated to being at least a lil cruel. 

i think qht figuring out shq was a fellow transmigrator early would be funny. she and an ding’s peak lord just bitch all the time locked in a room. double points if this qht is gay. sqh like “why were YOU reading by bad stallion novel” “for the hot women obviously. women are gorgeous. you write a lot of very pretty women, its hard to not find several you like and theyre really fun. dont want to be in the harem tho.” 

and then ofc shen yuan transmigrates late into the game. he has no idea why qht is at cang qiong. he has no idea why yqy is a little nicer to him than usual. he acts like she is going to ruin his life. its only after a while she figures out this is NOT shen jiu. and slowly spirals as she realizes her friend is fucking gone. shen jiu is gone, for good. shen yuan has no idea how to help. he does however get the exposition dump of sqq’s sad backstory though, which he may or may not use for sympathy with lbh. 

now theres three idiots bitching about missing the internet and what to do with the plot even before the conference. theyve potentially thoroughly fucked it up now. shq doesnt wanna die. sqq doesnt wanna have his limbs cut up. qht doesnt wanna be in a harem and misses her childhood best friend.

I've had Fable on the mind lately so here's a Fable 1/svsss fusion nobody asked for.

So SQQ is a fusion of SJ and SY. He's the mayor, but he moonlights as the teacher while wearing a disguise: a pair of glasses. LBH, as the protagonist, can see through the disguise, but no one else can.

Someone, from behind: Oh, Mayor SQQ?

SQQ, turning around: I'm not him. He doesn't wear glasses.

Someone: Oh, my mistake, haha.

In this, he is actually the middle Qiu child. QJL was due to inherit the title before the fire that killed him and their parents, so there are rumors of foul play. What actually happened was, once again, self defense on SQQ's part (after he'd asked to go visit YQY at the hero school and QJL did not like that) and a candle that got knocked over in the scuffle. QHT walked in just in time to see something really bad without context,but the house was collapsing so they both had to run. QHT didn't get very far, but was saved by some people from Oakvale, and they took care of her. SQQ, having hero potential, got as far as the brothel to the north before collapsing, where the ladies hid him and tended him for a while. (He would later return and do the quest to turn it into a women's shelter.)

At this point they both think the other is dead. SQQ continues on to fill his family duty of being mayor, though he's really not interested in the job. (At this age he wants to be a hero, though when he gets older, he realizes he probably wouldn't like it for various reasons.) QHT recovers slowly, and even once she's physically better, she's traumatized and can't walk past the old house. Eventually news reaches her of SQQ becoming mayor, along with bad rumors, but she's not really in a state to do much about it.

(Other rumors include him buying out the brothel so he can become their exclusive patron, and that's why he keeps visiting, but it's not exactly a secret that it's a women's shelter now, so.)

Meanwhile, childhood friend YQY is frequently visiting the very young new mayor, and also LQG (Thunder, sort of) shows up, mad that someone of such ill repute is taking up so much of YQY's time and also probably doing corrupt stuff, or something. Look, he doesnt know either; he's just angy. Even more angy because the mayor is pretty??? Hey! That's not allowed!!! They argue every time they meet until:

LQG: Fight me!

SQQ, openly bewildered: ???

Someone: You want... to fight... the mayor?

LQG stops, turns beet red, and runs away.

SQQ: ??????

LQG has acquired one (1) brain cell and now knows he has a crush on SQQ. He awkwardly apologizes a bunch and their relationship gradually becomes like him and SY in canon.

Enter LBH, who meets the teacher. This SQQ is not already obsessed and LBH is too old to trigger his paternal instincts like his students do, so he's not particularly pleased about this rando bothering him... BUT LBH promised to bring books, so he'll tolerate him. FOR NOW.

Unlike the teacher in the game, SQQ has the sense to actually read the books beforehand to make sure they're suitable. Upon receiving something unsuitable, he'll complain to LBH about it. If it's solid literature otherwise, he'll say he might use it when they're older, so thanks anyway, he guesses. If it's not, well, we know what he's like.

LBH: I could... take it back, if you want?

SQQ: No, it's mine.

LBH: ... (shit that's cute)

LBH continues to bring every book he finds, but he especially enjoys bringing trashy ones. (SQQ also especially enjoys those but he won't admit it.)

Anyway, LBH's adventure continues and Teacher Who Is Totally Not The Mayor is a peaceful bright spot in between all the violence and drama. In Oakvale, QHT asks him to bring her to the burnt out manor to see if they can figure out what actually happened. They do figure it out, largely via ghostly flashbacks. QHT isn't exactly happy, but one of her brothers was a monster either way. At least the one that survived is innocent. Heart settled, she finally writes to SQQ to let him know she survived, and later asks LBH to escort her to Bowerstone to move in with SQQ. SQQ may or may not keep trying to foist his mayoral duties onto her. Her presence, and staunch defense of him, leads to a decrease in nasty rumors.

Eventually LBH tries to start courting SQQ (without glasses because he wants it to be official, and doesn't want people to think he's cheating). SQQ, of course, couldn't catch a hint with a baseball glove. To be fair, he is somewhat distracted by trying to maintain the correct Mayoral Aura instead of relaxing into the less rapport they usually have.

Everyone else notices, though, and it doesn't take long for things to come to a head.

LQG: I challenge you to a duel for SQQ's hand in marriage.

SQQ: Huh?

LBH: I accept.

SQQ: What??

YQY: I would also like to duel. :)

SQQ: When did you even get here???

a few Thoughts on the matter (somewhat long?):

the separation anxiety is real bad. yqy is no longer able to trust that sqq will not die or perhaps just vanish the Second yqy turns away. this drives sqq a Little bit insane bc for a minute he thinks yqy thinks he's not capable of taking care of himself. yqy is just not fully able to believe this is real and that he isnt going to lose xiao jiu all over again (and again, and again, and again—)

its only a matter of time before sqq figures out yqy's whole Thing is something that cannot be attributed wholly to poor teaching or care while he was gone. its fun bc in this world theres literally no one at all who could know the truth besides yqy, who is, of course, incapable of speaking about it. sqq is piecing together a working theory about some sort of curse he encountered during the time they were apart that deeply traumatized him, but whatever it is, it seems no one else ever found out about it....

honestly its good for the prev sect leader that the xuan su/ling xi caves bullshit isnt a thing anymore, because if it was sqq would have eventually pinned the prev sect leader as responsible for how deeply fucked up yqy is (which isnt wholly unfair) now and probably would have killed her lmao

yqy has lost all ability to pretend that sqq is not always his first priority. he wears the visage of placid geniality and reliable older brotherisms easily, because its worn itself into his skin over countless lifetimes, and he has not changed in that he is generally kind and avoids conflict, but when if comes to sqq he is not capable of remaining mild anymore. man cant even pretend to listen to the other side, if sqq says it went like this then it went like this, and he gets real threatening real fast when something presents itself as a risk to sqq. and everyone just has to sort of Deal With It, because yqy is Insanely Fucking Strong in this au, and sqq is, somehow, actually the only thing keeping him from tearing the world apart at the seams or otherwise tanking the sect

sqh never makes it to sect leader; yqy already knows about his future betrayal, so the instant sqq clocks the suspiciousness of him not dying from that one demon encounter his ass is getting investigated to hell and back; if he is caught he would get executed; though, given the cleverness and sheer drive to not die that fuels sqh (either iteration), its possible he would avoid that fate, whether by fleeing the sect or covering his ass well enough, but he will never be trusted enough to rise to peak lord in this life

yqy is so caught up in the I Don't Need Anything Or Care About Anything As Long As Xiao Jiu Is Okay mentality that romance does not even exist in his mind, and if it did, he would never dare threaten what he has for something that he doesnt need. sqq, however, is going to eventually decide that the best way to communicate that he isnt going anywhere is for them to get married

though he still went though most of his canon childhood trauma, sqq is much better better off emotionally here, because A) it is not even possible to doubt that yqy cares about him more than anything in the world and would have saved him if he could and that he tried so, so hard, and B) fussing over the mess that is yqy keeps him thoroughly occupied such that he cannot wallow in self hatred or start beefing with preteens or what have you

this does probably fall into the category of aus where lbh goes to bai zhan instead of qing jing because sqq could not give a single shit about lqg in this world

funny enough there is like a 70% chance lqg dies in this universe. theres a non-zero chance that with yqy unable to part from him that sqq just wouldn't end up going into secluded cultivation at the time that lqg is in the ling xi caves, and if he goes into seclusion With yqy there's like a 50/50 chance yqy would kill lqg himself. it might mot even be on purpose too, if qi deviating lqg tried to attack sqq, yqy could possibly smack him aside and do enough thoughtless damage then, considering his own strength and lqg's weakened state, to accidentally kill the guy. but also theres a definite possibility of him killing him on purpose for attacking sqq

if lqg dies then i think it would be so funny if lbh and lmy got together (not romantically; lbh definitely wanted to smash lqg in this au) to exact revenge on yqy but like. nothing comes of it ever. bc what are they gonna do? yqy is stronger here than he was in pidw canon, and with sqq always at his side all his weaknesses are covered. sqq himself could of course be identified as his primary weakness, but the man is untouchable in this au, both physically and in terms of his reputation; yqy is the one who killed lqg and straight up fucking said as much as soon as they left the caves; sqq is a distant master in this au but not abusive, he probably doesn't even remember lbh exists; hell, he possibly doesn't even know that ning yingying exists in this au, and even if he did he doesn't have a reputation as a lecher, and lbh and nyy likely never even met; yqy specifically made sure to kill qht so that she could never come back to punish sqq for letting her live, and with that there is no one left alive besides themselves who knows they once were slaves, nor of sj's involvement with wyz; sqh has been dealt with years ago, which means the immortal alliance conference demon invasion never happens, which means lbh never falls into the endless abyss, least of all by sqq's hand (and even if he had its not like anyone in the cultivation world would fault sqq for killing a heavenly demon in itself), which also means lbh will never find xin mo or become as powerful as he did in pidw. and even if they HAD things to accuse sqq of, his standing amongst his martial siblings in this life if MUCH better than once it was; they will stand for him in the name of sect solidarity.

all of this is to say that lbh and lmy might try some plots but nothing would ever come of it; perhaps eventually they will leave the sect in anger and end up falling in with the huan hua palace master, and perhaps this would eventually lead to an intersect war, perhaps, but nothing would come of that, either, and there's no guarantee that even the hhpm would try to fuck with that (gesturing at yqy) in this lifetime

equally likely that what would actually come of it is lbh finding out the truth about sxy and tlj and tanking hhp from the inside. as he deserves.

meanwhile lmy has split from lbh once its become clear they weren't going to get anywhere in avenging her brother and has since found herself in good company at tian yi overlook

in the 30% chance that lqg doesnt die in the ling xi caves, he may or may not become a fun occasional addition to qijiu sexytimes

more seriously, sqq and lqg do not have the same animosity they did in their original lifetimes. lqg still respects yqy for his strength but he does recognize that if sqq were a different person, he could have had yqy destroy half the world before anyone managed to stop him, and to recognize that he necessarily has to respect sqq as well. it helps that there aren't any sussy rumours about sqq in this life fro them to fight over.

meanwhile yqy remembers that in lifetimes where lqg has lived past the caves incident, he has been willing to put his life on the line to defend sqq, which is like the only metric by which he measures anyone's worth these days. sqq, for his part, can appreciate both the value of a dedicated guard dog who is capable of leaving his side for extended periods of time, and the physical prowess and stamina that accompanies the bai zhan war god's very pretty face

suddenly seized with the desire to write/draw a few short little scenes from the world after the events of You Can (Not) Redo (the uh. the yqy timeloop fanfiction. not the evangelion movie which i named it for) because it is, generally speaking, a happy ending, but also yqy is left deeply, deeply broken in ways that would be both fascinating and hilarious to explore

Unsurprisingly, the wedding extra. LBH is distracted thinking about marrying SQQ. SQQ mentions LBH has been more energetic during sex! I can just imagine him doing sqq while thinking marry me marry me marry me marry me, and my heart melts. And ofc the actual poposal is so precious, really shows how insecure LBH still is, overthinking asking his boyfriend of (presumably several) years to marry him, scared because he loves him so much and doesnt want to lose him!

Shen Qingqiu gives bunhe spiritual energy in the deep dream extra. This scene is so much. Cute bunhe getting a boner from getting held by his Shizun, Shen Qingqiu saying he'd just do this for Binghe and no one else! Obliviously going after him and chasing him into cold water... GOD

BingQiu's "first" time. It's a whole extra but i LOVE it. Shen Qingqiu being distracted by the hole in the roof, LBH being bent on their first time being then and there in qjp, trying to make LBH cum via handjob first but gripping too tight and hurting him, only managing to rile him up more, then SQQ flipping their positions and sitting on the sky pillar, starting to enjoy it and then!! hearing voices outside!! And LBH, so bold!!, clasping a hand over SQQ's mouth and continuing to fuck him!!, Got me right in the exhibitionism kink

good god im running out of numbers and still there are so many great scenes in the extras!!! That scene in Bingge vs BingMei where SQQ brushes and braids LBH's hair, it's just so sweet and domestic. You can see how much SQQ cares for LBH, **From an outside perspective**. LBG even says it that looking at them it's so obvious SQQ loves him!! God, and of course Bingge wanting that for himself, breaks my heart! Bonus from the same extra: Bingge groping SQQ

Shen Qngqiu carries a sleeping Binghe up the stairs of CQM in Return to Childhood! It's such a small scene but i think it says soo much about how SQQ shows affection and how BingQiu's relationship has evolved. These are two characters that have gone past the awkward dating phase, past the honeymoon phase, past the hardships, and into comfortable companionship. In their day to day, BingQiu is playful. LBH begs for affection and SQQ "reluctantly" agrees (though we know depite his refusal to admit it that SQQ likes it when LBH begs). But here we see another side of them! SQQ notices LBH is tired and he just picks him up and simply says "you can sleep"!! It's soft! It's quiet! such a small gesture that is so *so* full of love!! You can see that affection comes out of SQQ naturally! He sees LBH might be even mildly inconvenienced by something and goes "hey, let me help you"

Thank you for answering my ask....If you don't mind me asking again, who are your favorite MXTX characters (top 5 from each novel)? And why? I'm sorry if you've answered this question before.

I love these sorts of questions! I've answered my top 5 MXTX characters, but not a top 5 from each novel, this should be fun! It took me all day to answer because deciding on just five was hard!

Has to be Luo Binghe. I didn't think I was going to love him this much but i love the contrast of his hot serious demon lord persona and his house husband persona! I love how sticky he is and yet how independent. And of course I love how horny he is for SQQ! He had the deck stacked against him from the start, as the kind of character who'd often be the person in the love triangle who ends up alone or with a pity prize lover (based on his personality), but he ends up with a husband who loves him lots! 10/10

Shen Qingqiu. I love his internal screaming. He's hilarious, but also kind! And he's elegant (yes that might be because he's in someone else's body but still!) and he loves to look cool in front of others! He also takes no shit from LBH, as the one person who can scold him and live! I love him, also 10/10

Gongyi Xiao. You know what happened with him. I explicitly thought "aww, he's so good! I love him, I hope nothing bad happens to him." He was just a sweet boy, doing his best! I would have looved for him to see bingqiu endgame

Shang Qinghua. There's something so great about an author trapped in their own novel. About an author who has decided to write what'll make money even though he'd like to write other stories. About someone who doesnt need to prove himself to anyone because he knows his worth. I havent read all the airplane extras but this is how I choose to see him based on the novel.

Zhuzhi-Lang. Ah! I love a loyal, tragic snake demon boy. Not so fun fact though, it didn't click to me that he'd died until over a year later when my friend mentioned it, and I cried for a full day. In my mind he's alive and well and BQ visits him and TLJ often.

Lan Wangji. My man! I fell in love with him from the start. He's serious and seriously crushing on WWX. He has good morals but he'll follow his beloved to the ends of the earth and out the margins of the law! He's learned to trust WWX and that resolve is ironclad. Also, man of few words!

Xiao Xingchen. He's so gentle and so tragic, there's nothing I want more than to give him a happy life.

Wei Wuxian. Precious! Powerful! Funny! Motherly! He's got it all and then some. Super smart and yes cocky and evil sometimes but what's life without a little spice. Also how much he loves his husband?? Get you a man like this please

Jin Guangyao. He grew on me! I just love every version of him. You wanna make him redeemable? You wanna make him even more unhinged and murderous? You wanna make him a misunderstood baby? yesyesyes give me all of it!

A Qing. I adore her. And it didnt hit me how much i adore her until I was talking to a friend about her and I realized hey wait I minute I really love this girl!! She's brave and spunky and perfect for lewding.

TGCF (this was the one i had the hardest time with because it keeps fluctuating depending on time of day and air humidity. So i cheated)

Shi Wudu. The husband! He's the one that never fluctuates on this list. Always at the top. Same thing as GYX, I remember thinkng "AW, he's such a good brother, I love him so much! Hope... nothing bad happens to him..". And what's not to love about a guy who'd move heaven and earth for their little brother. Very sexy of him to exist.

Hua Cheng. I hate him but I love him. He's hot and he sucks and I love being mean to him but also sometimes giving him rewards. I also love his Hong Hong er and Wu Ming versions a lot!! They all must be lewded

Bai Wuxiang. I think it was very sexy of him to play with xl so much. I looove having him do mean things to XL and HC...

I feel like id be remiss not to give xian le trio their own spot here. I couldnt put one above or below the other. And it's all due to book 4. Their relationship in book 4 is exquisite

Pei Ming & Xuan Ji. idk, PM makes me laugh and I also like being mean to him a bit but also getting him laid, i think he'd appreciate it and XJ, honestly I didnt love her this much until i watched the donghua, but she's lovely! There's so much fun to be had with her and im letting her be next to PM on my list, I also think she'd appreciate that
