you really couldn't hold yourself back from hiding in her neck again, pressing feather-light kisses against the purple-ish marks that you had left earlier. you went crazy on her neck, marks scattered all along her soft skin. well, it was her fault for looking so beautiful all the damn time. who could blame you?

"no more, babe." she whispered, chuckling as she held your hips and ran her thumb along your exposed skin.

a whine left your lips, but you stayed in the crook of her neck, taking your time to admire the work you did on her. the marks only made her look prettier, and they told everyone who looked that she belonged to someone. it told everyone who passed by her that she belonged to you, and only you. if sabrina didn't know that by now, then you wouldn't have a problem marking her up some more.

Samuel is such a funny choice for the Youthful Naturalist to have dragged into his nonsense. Catholic deacon vs man who is SO done with the church. Man self-consciously worried about getting "too bony" to avoid a fate as the boatman vs man whose skeletally gaunt face is because he ALMOST DID BECOME THE BOATMAN. Man who thinks death should be natural and correct and is mostly just upset about the Far Shore thing vs man with an insane scheme to NEVER DIE.

Sam is so exasperated with this kid constantly but also got attached and really wants him to be okay. He is not smart enough to follow 90% of this research, but he's invested in learning more about what's going on with Death in the Neath so HES DOING HIS BEST TO KEEP UP,

Okay I'm going to complain for a second because the last few days I re-watched this season to get excited or the finale and well.. I think that made it even more underwhelming, because... what?

What was the point of making us think The Disciple was Ochoa??? Like it made me expect the reveal to be her or someone even more shocking not some random the audience doesn't have a connection to.

WHAT WAS THE REASON?!

This show has always done finale's really well imo but this was not it. And I'm annoyed lol.

a comment asked where i got the info on what inspired my last whumpril entry (which i havent posted here yet, not bc i dont like it but bc i simply Havent) and it made me wanna share this

and yeah it talks about munky being diagnosed with viral meningitis, which is a sad thing to hear, but i wanna say the closing clips of korn with their video camera are worth watching if only for the :) feeling. it's also cool to see the other artists they had performing at lolla that year.

something i think that gets quite overlooked in the story that is 'nu metal' is the overlap between genres, not just in a music sense but in an artists meeting artists sense. we know songs like children of the korn and n 2 gether now, but we dont talk about what those collaborations actually meant for the different scenes at the time. idk i wasnt alive in 1997 i like sniffing around shit like this

during my show of the short n sweet tour i broke down sobbing while singing along to sharpest tool and opposite, i was crying tears of joy and appreciation during don’t smile, i was smiling ear to ear while tearing up as i sang along to tornado warnings and vicious because it felt like i was right back at the emails i can’t send tour, getting to talk directly to her during vip q&a in a small historic theater and beaming about that the whole night, which made me think about how i cried during paris when i saw her on emails because of how far i’d watched her come, then thinking about 16 year old me crying in my room because my parents wouldn’t allow me to go to the venue her first ever show in my state was at on the EVOLution tour, how that made me think of 15 year old me excitedly listening to eyes wide open on release day because i was so excited the girl behind maya hart and can’t blame a girl for trying and the middle of starting over, whose covers i’d watched on youtube because i loved her voice so much, was putting out her first album. i do not play about sabrina carpenter. never have, never will. she’s one of the artists i will be with until the day i die. we’re the same age, i literally grew up with her. that’s my girl and nothing will change that.
