watcher is spinning tops emotional support animal

Emphasis on animal. I've been thinking about Prince's and her's relationship with the Watcher and genuinely it's fascinating/fun to me to see the difference.

Spin treats the Watcher as an animal. That slug is NOT at all as helpful as a person could be, all it can do is offer its presence just like a dog can. She's aware of that and builds herself up like one should with an animal as only source of therapy. It's her effort that gets her to her ending, that pushes things forward.

While Prince sees the Watcher as his equal, which makes sense with his whole ,,Bug to god, all as one. None above the other." shtick. That is interesting, because in a way he's both right to think that (we do assist him in infecting things) and not (some don't do this consciously/we can't help him with his Actual problems aka the will opposing him).

I find it neat that this DLC can show from a certain angle that while animals are definitely helpful, they are still very limited when it comes to assisting in long term goals/more complicated situations of different species. Too much anthropomorphisation may lead to karma flower infestation(/failure from small mishap to death).

In other words, Spin would slap Prince in the back of a head and then point to the Watcher; ,,That's a dang slug, dude. Why are tasking it with such giant stuff?????? Hallo?" and she'd be Valid.
