doodled your little guys!!! I have so many thoughts about them. As someone who lives in Italy it has been absolutely wonderful seeing your characters express the country's culture and history!!! It's not often that I see characters be based off Italian history in such an artistic manner.. But that might be me living under a rock, LOL. Anyhow, keep doing what you do, YOU ROCK!!!!

exploding them with my mind i wanted to try to explore Glass Twins basic designs a little. hyde has suffered the most changes because i hate him /j notes: - hyde is the same height as jekyll but slouches like hell (might even be a little taller than him with the legs) - jekyll is basically the same save for tiny details that he generally hides (so he usually looks. the same as canon. the thing that's usually different is the constant awareness below the surface that he's supposed to look different) (the lingering effort he makes to isolate his appearance and separate it from hyde) - in the image, jekyll hasn't had the time to dye his roots and probably couldn't put on contacts before leaving the house (stress!) - hyde's face shape is closer to jekyll's than in canon - i originally wasn't going to color this but Something Possessed Me (hence the weird blue lines) - hyde's legs have hydraulics (didn't know much of how to draw those so i just added the little steam engine tubes to the sides) and an impact absorption mechanism (inspired by a page update somewhere that i remember saying he probably has some sort of device on his legs so he doesn't break them all the time in canon) - jekyll has more anxious/panicky mannerisms here. he's more jittery. he gets that mildly creepy "horrified" look more often. the dawning dread is coming for his ass and he is NOT ready for it - i ended up not drawing it like that but his hair's supposed to look clumpier and sharper in shape. it's closer to hyde's in general type and form, just more well taken care of - can i get an F in chat for blonde jekyll, no one deserves to be blonde Ever /j
