Track 8: Start Me Up by The Rolling Stones - Give me a character and a NSFW prompt (or give me free rein) and I'll write a short blurb or headcanons about it.
Edward Nashton x F! Reader
AN: Thanks for the suggestion, friend! Here's a little love letter from me to pre-mature ejaculation uwu. Comments, likes, and reblogs are always appreciated mwah mwah
Warnings: 18+ only, some language, lots of self-loathing from Eddie, sexism, mentions of creepy behavior, making out, and pre-mature ejaculation. Let me know if I missed anything!
Eddie could have sworn it was three dates.
Isn't that what everybody said? Third date go great? Try these six tips to make him yours for sure.
Or maybe he just got that idea from some stupid magazine back when he was in college. The ones he'd shove inside his jacket before the guy ringing up all the ramen packets and dandruff shampoo would notice.
Magazines he'd read whenever his roommate was gone—when he'd stroke his cock nice and slow at the lurid words, still getting used to the idea of pleasure, guilt always sitting at the top of his stomach like an oil slick—reading about all the ways a woman could touch you. Too scared at the sight of tits to look at any real porn.
High school was where he learned what it meant if a girl let you touch her on the first date. Eddie had spent every hellish minute in those fucking locker rooms with his head ducked low, trying to avoid attention, curling in on himself to hide the body he was so ashamed of and didn't understand.
He still heard what the other boys said. Learned all the words—slut, whore, skank—practiced saying them under his breath whenever he was alone so they'd come out naturally if the occasion ever arose. (It never did.)
But this isn't a third date. It's not even a date. And Eddie's not sure what that's supposed to say about you.
He doesn't think you're a slut. There haven't been any other men here on the nights Eddie watched your doorway (before you'd ever said a word to him) from the nearby alley, standing guard, looking for glimpses of you through the windows.
No other men, and he's glad, because there's no way for him to know what he'd have done.
But you do seem eager for him—or for this, at least—with the little noises you're making against his lips, kissing him in the darkness of your bedroom, pulling him against you and all your warm skin.
A word like eager doesn't even belong in the same room as Eddie. Not directed at him, although it emanates from his body like a disease, keeping everybody at a distance.
Everybody but you.
His clumsy hands grip at the extra fabric of your baggy t-shirt where it hangs at your sides, his hold so tight it could rip at any moment.
"You can take it off," you whisper, the words slurring out in the quick pause before you're kissing him again. Eddie's lungs are getting smaller as he lifts the fabric, knuckles bumping against your waist, catching at the edge of your bra. He's lucky his grip doesn't falter, or he'd have to start over.
But maybe Eddie wouldn't mind spending the rest of his life like this—the Sisyphean task of taking of your clothes a riddle he'd love to spend all his time working out—baring your skin but going no farther.
Never needing to show the vulnerable parts of himself.
He has to pull back so you can get your shirt off the rest of the way, balling up the warm fabric in his hands. Eddie thinks about holding it to his nose and breathing deep, letting your scent wash over and through him.
But that will have to wait for another time. When you're not here. When the lock-picking kit he ordered finally shows up on his doorstep.
He rubs the fabric between his fingers instead, gripping hard enough his knuckles turn white. You drop down to the mattress, tits bouncing, and Eddie's vision blackens at the edges.
"Come on, Eds. What're you waiting for?"
To wake up. He can't think of a better answer, so he doesn't say anything, shins hitting the bed, looming over you with his too-warm body and heavy breaths. And none of that makes you push him away, pulling him closer, your body pressing and rubbing against his.
Tits pillowing against his chest as you cup your hands around his neck, tongue dipping deeper into his mouth when you raise your chin. One of your legs hooks around the back of his ankle, stroking at the leg of his jeans.
And worst of all, your palms—warm, and a little damp—slipping the bottom of his shirt out from under the waistband of his pants. Eddie feels the press of your hands against his skin like a brand, and he hopes your touch will stain him somehow because he'll never feel you like this again. Not after what comes next.
Eddie's already too close. You've hardly done anything and he's close, so hard it's painful, his tender dick pressed up against your thigh, warm from your body even through the layers he wears. He feels his heavy balls drawing tight against his skin, so desperate to spill somewhere besides his own hand.
Eddie literally begs his body to hold on, to wait, pleading silently with god, with whoever could be listening, with his own shame to stop the inevitable next step.
It's no use, as he knew it would be. Eddie cums with a moan that mortifies him down in his bones.
Your hands stop their movements, lingering questioningly at the space above his hips.
"Eddie?"
He feels your breath hit his face, lips no longer against his when you press your head further into the pillows, looking up at him as his cum seeps into the fabric of his jeans, hot and heavier than he's used to, probably soaking through and smearing over all your lovely skin.
"Eddie, did you—"
He shoots back with a cry before you can get the question out, unsure where to look, pressing his hands over the wet spot on his crotch, all his visible skin bright red and flushed.
"I'm—oh, god—I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm—"
He's crying, actually, steps away from full-blown, whiny sobs. The one chance he had to be close to someone, to be with someone, and he's ruined it.
The same way he ruins everything.
"I- this doesn't—this doesn't, uh, usually happen."
It's a lie, even without the implication that this has happened with other women. Eddie never lasts long when he's thinking about you, no matter what he tries.
It's a weak attempt, but he has to save face, has to kill the sickness inside of him.
Has to hope against hope that you won't laugh in his face.
Eddie thinks he's imagining it when he feels your hand at his wrist, insistent in its grip until your eyes meet his, not mocking, like he was certain they would be, but curious, and fervent.
"Really?"
There's this lilting appetite in your voice that Eddie could never imagine, that tells him just how dull all his daydreams had been.
"Eddie," you whisper, lips painted wet by your tongue, and you're on your knees, closing the distance he left open, "that's—"
Whatever it is, Eddie doesn't find out. You don't finish your sentence before you're kissing him again.

who's the worst bnha yandere? in your opinion
Shigaraki Tomura x darling
TW: NSFW, noncon/dubcon, f!reader, Shiggy being gross
fem reader
Tumblr media
It’s easily Tomura.
Tomura because he doesn’t care about the most basic of human needs.
Forgets to feed you. And when he does – it’s always some half-eaten burger, sub or burrito. He doesn’t give two shit if you’re vegan or vegetarian. Shit – he doesn’t even care if you’re allergic. If you don’t want it, you can starve.
Doesn’t give you clothes. He rarely bothers getting himself new clothes, do you think he’s gonna do you any better? No. Wear his dandruff-riddled, old-sweat-seeped hoodie – or wear nothing.
Something else you miss is proper housing – even if it’s just a room with a bed and a toilet. You’ve learned that even that is too much to ask for.
You never stay in the same place for long – needing to switch bases regularly in order to remain low. Never anything he’ll have to pay for, of course – a pick of the litter abandoned office buildings, hotels, and empty homes.
If you’re lucky enough to find a place with running water, you stay longer. If not, you’ll have to make do for a couple of days – worst case was a little over a week. You still shudder thinking about it.
He’ll keep you in any room he can lock from the outside – only sometimes blessing you with an actual mattress and not some old moldy sofa or a thin blanket on cold floors.
One time, you stayed in some old mansion one of the league members had found. You suspect they killed whoever lived there before – seeing as the entire house was properly furnished and clean when you all infested the place.
Not that you got to explore much – Tomura kept you locked in the master bedroom on the third floor – the one where you most definitely would have broken both legs if you tried escaping through the window.
It had been one of the nicer places. One with working hot water and clothes for you to change into – albeit shamefully, sending prayer and thanks to the owner who was no doubt dead and rotting. You were even able to find a stockpile of fresh towels and linens you changed after a week had gone by.
But as the weeks turned to more weeks, they’d all run out – and you began hoping you’d move on to the next place soon. Even with the risk of it being someplace cold and dusty, it would still be a fresher slate.
The nice mansion had gone bad after a month or so – you’d lost track of time.
Thankfully, you’d been able to air out the dank smell of armpit, ass, and feet – and were allowed to take a shower whenever you weren’t handcuffed to the bed – often able to lure Tomura to join you if only for the sake of washing the stench of decay, dandruff and dickcheese off him.
But even so, Tomura isn't the most hygienic type. Managing keeping him halfway decent was troubling enough.
It’s way tougher to keep the room tidy with Tomura’s ill habits of keeping half-eaten food lying around – empty cup noodles and other street junk, beer bottles, and sour energy drinks – along with bloody piles of worn-out clothes, dirty holey underwear, and soggy condoms.
You were driven to the point of disgust that you’d asked him whether he could do you the simple favor of finding and bringing you the house cleaning supplies so you could wash the place yourself.
Oh… how funny he’d found that little comment...
“Too filthy in ‘ere for yah, is it? Too gross for the pretty princess?”
It hadn’t been the first time he’d made you lick the floor. Face down, ass up – with his bare foot placed heavy and clammy against your teary cheek – two of his fingers stuffing your cunt, and the other two inside your ass – while he sits at the edge of the bed, spitefully stroking his hard dick to the degrading view.
“Tch – such a filthy bitch, and you complain about the scenery?” He sneers – pumping both your holes. “Didn’t know I was fuckin’ such a spoiled cunt.”
You cry at the crass stretch his digits make – but you know better than to fight him when he’s pissed. You only regret forgetting how it’s never been a good idea for you to do much of anything other than nod your head and smile pliantly – open your mouth wide for his tongue, spit, cock, and cum or otherwise keep it shut.
Per request, you keep it open wide, tongue out on the hardwood floor – tasting the grouts of lint and dirt and God knows what – stale and salty on your tastebuds. Or maybe it was the tears gushing from your eyes – soaking your face where you sobbed.
“Tch – shut up.” A hand replaces the foot on your face – dragging you up with a fist in your hair. Pulling his fingers from your holes with a sloppy shlick – before promptly pushing all four digits inside your mouth. “If you wanna clean somethin’ – you can start with this slutty mess.”
You gag at the threat as he shoves all but his thumb down your throat – wiping off your slick, then giving your face a mean slap with the same, now spit-coated, hand – before pulling you up from the floor by your hair and ushering you onto his lap to straddle him.
He wipes the rest of your drool off on his erect cock – standing proudly with a thick flow of creamy pre leaking from his slit.
He doesn’t waste much time before lining up with your puffy pussy-lipped hole and making you sink down on him.
You croak at him going in raw – always feeling extra violated without the thin rubber protecting you from catching his germs as he pushes all his veiny girth inside you until giving your womb a cummy kiss.
“What’s the problem, slut? Don’t like riding dirty dick?” He huffs, starting to rut against you in no clean tempo. He snickers at your grimace, still holding your hair in a tight pull as he angles your face to his to kiss your tight-lined lips – feeling you cringe even more. “Don’t worry. I’ll let you clean it after I fill this and the other hole up with filth.”
You whimper at the dark promise – and he wipes his tongue across your sorry expression from chin to temple.
“I’ll do you up nice and nasty – so you won’t feel so out of place anymore~”

my experience with testosterone the past 3 years!!
hi, I'm moze. I'm transmasc-transneutral and nonbinary, and I'm plural. I've been on T for 3 years. And honestly, I haven't gotten much out of it.
To start off, I'm disabled, and have a web of comorbid conditions. One of them is PCOS, which affects the way I process sex hormones and insulin. I also consequently had the Mirena hormonal IUD in for a few years before starting T and kept it in the whole time, and am still on it today. The IUD removed my period entirely, blood and cramps and nausea and mood swings and all. So I was not getting rid of that IUD.
I went into the planned parenthood intake and asked about the PCOS, and they told me that 1. Going on T while you have PCOS is very common, and 2. They haven't heard any complaints from their patients with it. When I asked about the IUD affecting the HRT, I heard different things from different doctors. One doctor said that its effects are entirely localized to the uterus, another would say it affects your whole body for a year and then becomes localized to the uterus, etc. But despite my reservations I assumed they knew more than me and trusted what they said. A mistake I kept making!!
I quickly learned that even at planned parenthood, doctors don't know hardly anything about HRT other than what their patients tell them. I would go into an appointment and they would ask me what I could teach them, instead of giving me resources or teaching me about HRT (I understand a lot of trans patients do a ton of research, and trust me I did too, and know more than doctors sometimes just from hearing the community's anecdotal info. But I was trying to fucking learn from someone who went to medical school lol, someone I hoped could teach me more).
They do give you an informed consent document where I live, and on it lists the possible outcomes and possible risks. This listed everything from growing facial hair to increased risk of high blood pressure or diabetes. Things that testosterone affects.
But they didn't talk to me much about it, and assumed I had done massive amounts of research already (which I did do, but not every patient should have to do in order to get info about HRT).
(double parenthetic: I'm very glad and very privileged to be in a place where it was very easy for me to start HRT. There wasn't a ton of rigamarole, they trusted that I knew what I wanted and I did. I don't think that process should change at all - I just think more clinical research on HRT needs to be done so doctors have more information they trust to share with patients.)
Anyway. I took an introductory dosage of the gel for a few months with no effects, and increased it a few more times with basically no effects besides greasier hair and more acne. Then I switched to shots, which did a lot more, just none of the possible outcomes I was looking for.
Within a month of starting the 0.35 cypionate shots, my A1C shot up and I became diabetic. (Several months later, my PCP got me started on Mounjaro which even now levels out my A1C perfectly well, but doesn't get rid of my diabetic symptoms when I eat.) I kept asking if my IUD would affect the HRT and everyone kept telling me that I should be fine.
I knew from my experience on the hormonal IUD that it affected my whole body. I felt the changes in my skin, fat distribution, mental state, etc when I first had it inserted, and then on from there. But I assumed the T would still work fine.
But I kept getting difficult symptoms on the shots. I have POTS, and I kept severely overheating in just like 70*F room temperature and going into presyncope. I also developed severe acne and oily skin as well as dermatitis and dandruff, all of which I hadn't experienced since puberty #1 (which in my PCOS case resembled a sort of mix of "standard" female and male puberty experiences). And then of course I became diabetic.
So I went on the gel again, but increased my dose significantly. Presently, I'm on 4 pumps of the 12.5 mg gel per day. And I still have all of the above listed negative side effects I had on the shots, except for the overheating. And I STILL haven't gotten any of the results I was hoping for.
So, here's my conclusion.
I've been on T for 3 years, and here are my results:
My last T level was 49.
My vocal range was halved - my upper range is gone but my voice never dropped to give me a deeper range.
I have virtually no new facial hair (like less than 5 dark chin hairs) or body hair, apart from the leg and arm hair I've always had.
I am now diabetic.
My hair and skin are still terribly oily, I have moderate dandruff and dermatitis, and I have horrible acne and acne scars all over my body now, but mostly my arms and face.
I have had virtually no bottom growth or libido increase (it increased slightly on the shots but then it went away when I switched back to gel)
My body fat has redistributed primarily away from my hips, thighs, and chest and to my stomach, face, and neck.
I gained 110 pounds in 3 years with no changes to diet or exercise, and I haven't gained any more muscle (part of that is on me though, my ability to exercise is limited). My appetite did increase for a minute, but then when I started Concerta shortly after starting T it leveled back out.
My period was still nonexistent thanks to the IUD so I didn't have cycle effects.
And honestly, I don't feel good overall. Everyone on HRT that I know has this good feeling when their hormones are lined up right, but I've just felt kind of awful in my bones the last three years. I guess my hormones aren't lining up right even still.
The testosterone really doesn't seem to be doing what I hoped or expected. So my plan now is to come off of it for awhile, let my body reset on the IUD so something is working (because the IUD alone in the past made me feel at least better than just rawdogging the PCOS symptoms), get a hysterectomy after awhile, and then try testosterone again after the hysterectomy.
But I know that theoretically I might be predisposed to little facial and body hair (my parents both don't have that problem so idk) and other lack of changes. So T might not help me in the future either. But I will check in after a few years and see if I wanna try again.
Idk. Testosterone is supposed to be "a hell of a drug", right? Point here is that it's different for everyone, and if you have any preexisting conditions or hormonal bullshit, you might get different effects than what you're expecting.
Do anecdotal research, read other trans people's stories, and don't rely on what the doctors tell you alone, because they probably don't know very much about HRT.
Lastly, I desperately hope this information gets to the right people. I don't want transphobes to get this and use it to argue some shit about transition regret. I DO NOT REGRET STARTING TESTOSTERONE. It just didn't affect me the way that I had hoped, and now I'm pivoting my plan in my medical transition.
HRT is just part of medical transition. HRT isn't right for every person trying to transition, and tbh not going down the exact "right" path for transition is basically everyone's experience - there is no "correct" path of medical transition. Everyone picks and chooses what's right for them from the buffet of options. And that's a good thing.
Love you all, hope this helps someone's research.

Ricken’s book ‘The You You Are’ is written like a Lemony Snicket autobiography:
This sounds like something absurd and sad that Lemony’s parents would do:
“Readers of my previous books know that both my conception and birth took place in a small theatre behind a defunct perfumery in Western Oregon as part of a nine-month performance art piece originated by my parents.”
“new pieces, including 1992’s critically lauded “Cheers, F**kers,” in which they held a Boston bar at actual gunpoint for 36 hours, leading to a quasi-substantive prison term.”
The use of second person perspective:
“The gentle snow of dandruff I sense dusting the pages informs me that you’re scratching your head.”
The use of anachronistic language:
“If you are a housemaid or butler who has fished the book from amidst your employer’s rubbish, please know that you work for a milk-livered swoon, to whom you owe no continued fealty.”
Making up fun facts about the world:
“Of course, you are likely not a literal dove, though studies do suggest that birds can read and understand up to 500 words.”
“apes did not attain language until 1972, when ASL was invented by a lowland gorilla named Koko.”
Observations about the world phrased in such a way where you’re like “I Guess!:”
“our blood is vastly different temperatures. Bees are small, whereas humans are medium-sized.”
The eulogy he gives Gemma reminds me of Lemony talking about Beatrice:
Like a bee with a broken antenna
I am now in a sad man’s dilemma For draining my soul
Is a dark, weeping hole
In the shape of my dear, sweet friend Nan
It’s funny because I never thought of A Series of Unfortunate Events while watching Severance. Ricken feels transplanted from another more whimsical universe.

More Black! F! Yuu scenarios and headcanons
Tumblr media
After the Mrs. Jackson incident, Malleus had a meeting with Silver, Lilia, Sebek, the Heartslabyul friends, The Octavinelle Trio, The Pomefiore trio, and Ruggie on how to season up their food.
👑: I can't believe you called us here for this.
🐉: Please, I need help.
🐙: Don't involve us in your unseasoned mess.
The Octavinelle trio leaves the room, leaving Malleus pleading for their help.
🐉: Wait, please, you're the only three white people I know how to actually use seasonings. Ruggie, help me out, you live in Savannaclaw.
🐆: And I'm just lightskinned.
Ruggie leaves after that making Malleus confused.
🐉: He's Black? Nevermind, just please help me!
🐆: Well, I guess you could do her hair or something…look, just do something that’s not weird.
With that idea, Malleus goes into town and buys every black hair product he sees on the shelves that you might like.
Then, he bursts into your dorm asking if he can wash your hair.
🦐: Yeah…sure…I guess. It’s wash day for me anyway.
🐉: THANK YOU CHILD OF MAN!
Malleus drags you into the bathroom and runs the shower head over your scalp.
His long fingernails practically massage your scalp as he washes it. It also picks up and takes out all the dandruff.
When he’s conditioning your hair, he decides to start small talk.
🐉: So, Yuu, how’s Grim?
🦐: He’s doing well. By the way, what made you want to do my hair today?
🐉: o///o well…I just wanted to be closer to you that’s all.
🦐: Aww, that’s sweet of you.
He washes the conditioner out of your hair, then puts the leave in on your scalp.
This is when the real fun begins. He’s perfect as finger coiling your hair, and with fae abilities, he can do all your hair within 30 minutes.
Then he grabs you, making sure you hold on tight to him, and he spins around creating a fire tornado to creatively dry your hair.
🦐: Wooo! Hahaha!
🐉: And done!
🦐: My hair looks amazing! Thank you!
When you hug Malleus, his brain stops operating.
Then when Malleus leaves, you can actually tell the truth to yourself.
You look like a Victorian child with ringlet curls.
Somehow, Malleus managed to do the method right, but the outcome was horrendous.
You call Jack, Ruggie, Leona, and Sam to help you.
🦐: *Sigh* Go ahead.
🦞: HAHAHA! GIRL! WHY DID YOU LET HIM PLAY IN YOUR HAIR?!
🦁: I knew that pasty lizard would do something stupid again.
🐺: I smell burnt hair.
🐆: Your hair is crunchy, and I don't even know if it's because your hair is burnt or if it's the gel cast.
🦐: I get it, I shouldn't have let that white boy do my hair.
🦞: Come on, let's help you out.
Each boy takes on a section, and they redo your finger coils.
After much time, they get your hair right(the results are the photo at the top).
When you leave for dinner, Malleus is beaming at you.
🐉: I knew my hairstyle would turn out well!
🦐: Well...you know what, it did.
🦁: *Growling from pure rage*
🦞: Let him take the credit, Leona. If you point out he messed up with Yuu again, he'll just do something even stupider next time.
🦁: Fine.
🐆: Did I ever tell you how Malleus thought I was white earlier this morning?
The four boys bust out laughing in the hallway.
🦞: How did you go from yellowbone to passé blanc?!
🐆: I don't know because everyone knows I'm lightskinned, but I guess nobody told him that! HAHA!
🦁: HAHAAHA!
🦐: *Choking on her laughter as it spills out* Don't worry Malleus-augh-it's-ha-it's- you didn't know-hahahaha!
🐉: *Whimpers into Yuu's chest*

⠀thinkin about frosmoth today.⠀big fluffy moth . . .
⠀one—⠀apparently its wings are below -290 degrees fahrenheit / -180 celsius.⠀the coldest recorded temp on earth is (⠀as far as I know through a quick google search⠀) -129 f / -90 c in antarctica.⠀so maybe the wing temps are a tiiiny bit of an exaggeration . . .⠀no, pokedex, I don't think slugma is hotter than the surface of the sun.
⠀two—⠀I feel like frosmoth doesn't eat at all, save for the tiny bits of water it likes to drink.⠀most of its energy comes from how much it ate as a grub, and honestly I don't see mouthparts drawn on frosmoth, ever.⠀barely enough there to do a little sippy to rehydrate and nothing else, it's got enough stored energy.
⠀lastly for now . . .⠀cleaning up after one is probably a time with how many scales it has on its entire body.⠀looking like his couch is covered in dandruff, but it's just frosmoth flying around his living room and making it snow lmao

mc being so concerned abt smelling funky two years after an alien invasion and living in near desolation is extremely funny and also very very relatable.
KLMDSFKERMGE ???F?R.gr/g.
cuz Ayana and Cecelia/Chase were being nice about it but MC was splattered with blood and guts from the earlier monster, has a shit-ton of dandruff, bathes thrice a week with a little bit of soap, no longer has toothpaste, needs a haircut, and is sweaty from all the running and walking.
they def a lil musty DSJERGMTEKGJM Veronica/Vincent was just very rude about it and need to ger smacked in the mouth.
i would however throw MC in the bathtub like a cat and give them a good scrubbing like they desperately need some TLC.
to be fair, everyone has had their moments of looking and smelling a mess! so they don't judge

Why Cold Pressed Oil Is a Must-Have in Every Toronto Kitchen
In today’s fast-paced, health-conscious world, cold pressed oil has emerged as an essential staple in kitchens across Toronto. With rising demand for natural, chemical-free cooking alternatives, the popularity of cold pressed oil Toronto markets offer is growing rapidly. Unlike conventional oils, which undergo high-heat and chemical processing, cold pressed oils retain their natural aroma, flavor, and nutritional integrity. As more Toronto residents shift towards holistic and healthy lifestyles, these oils are no longer a luxury—they are a necessity.
Tumblr media
What Is Cold Pressed Oil and Why Does It Matter?
Cold pressed oils are extracted using a mechanical press at temperatures below 50°C (122°F), ensuring that the oil remains unrefined and nutrient-dense. This method preserves the natural antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and vitamins that are often destroyed in the heat-intensive refining process.
Whether it's cold pressed coconut oil, sesame oil, mustard oil, or flaxseed oil, the result is a purer, healthier product that enhances both your meals and your well-being.
Health Benefits of Cold Pressed Oil
1. Rich in Essential Nutrients
Cold pressed oils are loaded with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E, and polyphenols, all of which contribute to heart health, skin health, and improved metabolism. These nutrients are vital for maintaining cell integrity, reducing inflammation, and promoting healthy brain function.
2. Supports Cardiovascular Health
Many refined oils contain trans fats and oxidized compounds that can elevate cholesterol levels. In contrast, cold pressed oils are free of these harmful substances and contain heart-friendly monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which help in maintaining optimal cholesterol levels and preventing artery blockage.
3. Aids Digestion and Gut Health
Because they are free from additives and artificial preservatives, cold pressed oils are gentler on the digestive system. Oils like cold pressed sesame oil can stimulate digestive enzymes, enhance nutrient absorption, and soothe the stomach lining.

Why Organic Sesame Oil is the Perfect Choice for Cooking
Tumblr media
Discover the health benefits of organic sesame oil for cooking. Learn why it’s a great addition to your kitchen and how it enhances the flavor and nutrition of your dishes.
As more people focus on healthier eating habits, choosing the right cooking oil has become essential. Among many options, organic sesame oil stands out for its rich flavor, nutritional benefits, and versatility. If you're looking for a cooking oil that enhances the taste of your dishes and provides health benefits, organic sesame oil for cooking is an excellent choice.
What is Organic Sesame Oil?
Sesame seeds cultivated without the use of artificial fertilizers or pesticides yield organic sesame oil. Cold-pressing the seeds preserves their original flavor, aroma, and nutrients by crushing them at low temperatures to extract the oil. This oil is a better option than refined oils because it is high in antioxidants, good fats, and vital vitamins.
Benefits of Organic Sesame Oil for Cooking
1. Nutrient-Rich
Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E, and antioxidants like sesamol are all abundant in organic sesame oil. These nutrients encourage a robust immune system, lower inflammation, and support heart health.
2. High Smoke Point
With a high smoke point of 410°F to 450°F (210°C to 232°C), organic sesame oil is perfect for high-heat cooking methods such as stir-frying, sautÊing, and deep-frying. It remains stable under heat, preserving its nutrients and flavor, unlike oils with lower smoke points that degrade at high temperatures.
3. Heart-Healthy
Organic sesame oil is high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which decrease LDL and raise HDL, the good cholesterol. Because of this, it is advantageous for preserving cardiovascular health and lowering the risk of heart disease.
4. Skin and Hair Benefits
Organic sesame oil is also popular in skincare and haircare. It is a natural moisturizer that helps improve skin texture and promotes hair growth. The vitamin E content nourishes the skin and improves its appearance while strengthening hair follicles and preventing dandruff.
How to Use Organic Sesame Oil for Cooking
Organic sesame oil is versatile and can be used in various ways:
Stir-frying and sautĂŠing - Ideal for high-heat cooking due to its high smoke point.
Dressing and marinades - Adds a rich, nutty flavor to salads and sauces.
Baking – Use as a substitute for other oils to add depth to baked goods.
Drizzling – Drizzle over cooked dishes for extra flavor.
Conclusion
Organic sesame oil is a highly nutritious and flavorful option for all your cooking needs.  Its nutrient-rich profile, high smoke point, heart-healthy fats, skin and hair benefits, anti-inflammatory properties, and gut health promotion make it a must-have ingredient in any kitchen. Whether you’re cooking, sautéing, or using it as a skin and hair care product, organic sesame oil is an excellent choice for your well-being.

How to Choose the Best Soap for Fungal Infections and Skin Irritations
Tumblr media
Warts, fungal infections and skin irritations are common problems, especially in hot, humid climates or after excessive sweating. These medical problems can occur in feet, underarms, back, and groin areas. Although creams and oral medications are prescribed, the use of the right soap helps in ensuring skin hygiene and preventing the spread or recurrence of infection.
If you're trying to pick an antifungal soap you need to understand which ingredients are effective, how they work, and what is appropriate for your skin type.
What Is Antifungal Soap and What Do They Do?
Antifungal soaps are formulated to kill fungi that cause common skin infections, such as athlete’s foot, ringworm and candidiasis. A medicated soap is kz soap containing ketoconazole, an antifungal medicine that is commonly recommended. This is the kind of soap is commonly used in mild to moderate fungal infections of the skin, reduces itching, redness and flaking.
Important Ingredients in Anti-fungal Soaps
Ketoconazole
Ketoconazole is a potent antifungal that inhibits the development of fungi.
Ketoconazole  may be used to treat different fungal conditions such as seborrheic dermatitis and tinea infections.
It is often prescribed in cases of recurrent fungal infections.
Clotrimazole
Clotrimazole is another widely used antifungal component similar to miconazole, effective against a variety of fungal species.
This natural solution is gentle yet effective for everyday use and can help minimise fungal growth before it becomes a serious issue.
Can be used on body and feet
Zinc Pyrithione
Also Zinc Pyrithione is added for antibacterial and antifungal properties.
It works well, particularly in dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis soaps.
In addition, its mild anti-inflammatory action soothes irritated skin.
Salicylic Acid
Salts in antifungal soaps, which kill microbes, show better performance. Salicylic acid, used for acne-prone skin, may also be used to exfoliate dead skin, helping to free pores and unblock them.
This helps to limit fungal spread in areas where there is excess oil and sweat.
How To Choose The Right Soap Based On Skin Type
Below are some tips that can help you select the most suitable soap according to your needs:
Identify Your Skin Type
For oily or sweaty skin: Use a soap that gives a drying effect (containing salicylic acid or clotrimazole).
Sensitive or dry skin: Pick soaps with a combination of antifungal agents and moisturising agents to avoid skin irritation.
Think About the Infection Locale
Body soaps are not meant to be used on face or scalp.
For scalp or beard infections, do not use any medicated soap without consulting your doctor.
If you have sensitive skin
If you are susceptible to allergies or have sensitive skin, choose fragrance-free and dermatological tested products.
Opt for soaps with tried and tested ingredients
Choose soaps with ketoconazole or clotrimazole, as they are known for their safety and efficacy.
More Skin Care Tips for Fungal Infections
Wash and dry the spots and regions that have been affected.
Do not share towels or loofahs.
Hot wash clothes and underwear to kill any fungal spores.
Continue to keep your region clean (even after your signs subside) to prevent recurring.
When to Consult a Doctor
An antifungal soap may be beneficial in early or mild cases, but if symptoms worsen or don’t improve in 7–10 days, dermatologists recommend a visit. They may suggest using soap together with topical creams, and they may suggest an oral antifungal medication to speed the process up.
Final Thoughts
When looking for a soap for fungal skin issues, it is essential that you take the time to choose the right soap as this goes a long way in your recovery and prevents a recurrence. Soaps with active agents (such as kz soap, which contains ketoconazole) can help reduce symptoms drastically when used regularly. When you utilise skincare, you ought to know how the ingredients function inside them, and which ones suit your skin best. With some care and early treatment you can prevent or limit the extent of fungal infections.

Ketofab: Antifungal Soap with 1% Ketoconazole and Glycerin for Personal Skincare
Introduction: Overview of Product and Usage
Ketofab Soap is a specially formulated medicated soap enriched with Ketoconazole 1% and Glycerin, designed for daily personal use. This powerful yet gentle cleansing bar helps combat fungal infections of the skin while keeping it moisturized and healthy. Ideal for individuals dealing with conditions like ringworm, athlete’s foot, jock itch, seborrheic dermatitis, and dandruff-prone skin, Ketofab offers both treatment and skincare benefits. Suitable for all skin types, this soap can be used daily on the body, face, and scalp under medical supervision for optimal hygiene and protection.
How Ketoconazole Works on the Skin
Ketoconazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent that plays a critical role in managing various fungal skin infections.
Mechanism of Action:
Ketoconazole disrupts the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes.
Without ergosterol, fungal cells become unstable and die, helping eliminate infections from the skin surface.
Conditions Treated by Ketofab:
Ringworm (Tinea corporis) – Appears as itchy, red circular patches.
Seborrheic dermatitis – Red, scaly patches often seen on the scalp, face, or chest.
Jock itch (Tinea cruris) – Occurs in groin areas due to sweat and moisture.
Ketofab ensures deep cleansing while targeting the root cause of skin fungal infections, offering relief from symptoms like itching, redness, irritation, and scaling. Unlike harsh chemical soaps, it does not disrupt the skin’s natural barrier, making it safe for repeated use on sensitive or infected skin.
Glycerin’s Role in Moisturizing
Glycerin is a natural humectant that attracts moisture from the air into the skin, making Ketofab not only a treatment soap but also a nourishing cleanser.
Key Benefits of Glycerin in Ketofab:
Provides deep hydration to dry or flaky skin with a non-greasy finish.
Restores skin’s smooth texture and prevents tightness after washing.
Forms a protective layer, maintaining skin softness even during antifungal treatment.
When used with Ketoconazole, Glycerin counterbalances the drying effects of antifungal therapy, ensuring that the skin stays moisturized, comfortable, and healthy throughout the healing process.
Benefits of Daily Use
Using Ketofab Soap daily can significantly improve skin health and prevent recurring infections, especially for individuals prone to fungal issues due to sweat, humidity, or sensitive skin.
Daily Use Advantages:
Cleanses and treats simultaneously – Removes dirt, oil, and fungi in one wash.
Reduces recurrence – Prevents re-infection when used as a maintenance product after treatment.
Controls itching and inflammation – Soothes irritated skin and reduces the urge to scratch.
Improves overall skin hygiene – Especially in humid climates or for active individuals.
Safe for scalp use – Helps manage dandruff and fungal build-up without drying the scalp.
Who Can Benefit:
Athletes and gym-goers
People living in humid or tropical climates
Individuals with a history of fungal skin infections
Those with sensitive skin prone to dryness and flaking
Ketofab provides the perfect balance of medicinal and cosmetic care, making it a versatile solution for the whole family. Its non-irritating formula makes it ideal for regular preventive use without the fear of skin damage or side effects.
Conclusion
Ketofab – A reliable personal care soap that blends 1% Ketoconazole’s antifungal power with the moisturizing benefits of glycerin.Designed for daily use, it effectively treats fungal infections while maintaining skin softness and moisture through the power of Glycerin. Whether you’re dealing with stubborn ringworm or seeking preventive hygiene in sweaty conditions, Ketofab offers a safe, dermatologically balanced option. For best results, use consistently under medical advice. Stay clean, confident, and protected with Ketofab – your daily shield against fungal infections and skin dryness.

Shampoo for Dry Scalp: Revitalize Your Roots with Expert Care
Tumblr media
A dry scalp can be more than an occasional annoyance—it can be a persistent issue that affects your comfort, confidence, and hair health. Understanding the underlying causes of scalp dryness—such as harsh shampoos, environmental factors, or underlying skin conditions—is the first step toward effective relief. A well-formulated, gentle cleansing routine tailored to nourish and balance the scalp is key to long-term scalp health. In this comprehensive guide, we’ll cover everything from home care routines and ingredient insights to lifestyle adjustments and why choosing the right products matters.
Understanding the Difference: Dry vs. Oily vs. Sensitive Scalp
Before you revamp your hair care routine, it’s helpful to identify your specific scalp type:
Dry scalp tends to feel tight, itchy, and flaky. The skin can crack or flake off more easily, often without excessive oiliness.
Oily scalp shows signs of greasiness soon after washing and flare-ups of acne or folliculitis may occur.
Sensitive/scalp eczema is typically red, irritated, and often itchy, sometimes accompanied by inflamed patches.
Many people experience a combination—such as dry scalp that gets itchy or inflamed—so observing how your scalp responds to changes in products and seasons can help identify the right approach.
The Right Recipe: How to Choose a Shampoo for Dry Scalp
When your scalp is dry and craving hydration, choosing the right shampoo for dry scalp is vital. Here's what to look for in a high-quality, effective product:
1. Gentle, pH-Balanced Cleansing Agents
Harsh surfactants like sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) strip natural oils and leave the scalp drier. Instead, opt for mild options such as sodium cocoyl isethionate or decyl glucoside.
2. Hydrating, Soothing Ingredients
Natural extracts like aloe vera, chamomile, and calendula soothe itchiness without irritation. Humectants like glycerin or panthenol (pro vitamin B5) nourish and attract moisture to the scalp.
3. Lipid Replenishers
Ceramides, fatty acids, and natural oils (e.g., argan, jojoba, meadowfoam) help rebuild the skin barrier that retains moisture.
4. No Added Harsh Fragrances or Alcohol
Dried-out scalps thrive best with minimal irritants. Avoid products that rely heavily on fragrance, drying alcohols, sulfates, or unnecessary dyes.
5. Optional Reinforcements
Depending on needs, ingredients like niacinamide (strengthens barrier and calms inflammation), zinc pyrithione (gentle anti-dandruff action), or colloidal oatmeal (soothing) can offer support—but they should never undermine gentle care.
Step‑by‑Step Care Routine for a Comfortable Scalp
🛁 Step 1: Double‑Cleanse Strategically
Use one pump of your dry‑scalp shampoo to cleanse the roots thoroughly.
Follow with a second pump applied from root to tip to ensure product distribution.
Gently massage for 60 seconds before rinsing with lukewarm water (not hot).
💆‍♀️ Step 2: Scalp Massage (Post-Wash)
After towel‑dancing your hair, spend 2–3 minutes gently massaging your scalp with your fingertips.
This boosts circulation, aids product absorption, and helps distribute natural oils.
🧴 Step 3: Condition or Scalp‑Care Serum
Focus conditioner on mid‑lengths to ends to avoid scalp residue.
If using a scalp serum, apply a pea‑sized amount post‑wash. Look for formulas rich in ceramides, peptides, or moisturizing hyaluronic acid.
🔁 Step 4: Weekly Hydrating Mask
Once a week, apply a deep‑treatment mask to hair and gently massage into the scalp.
Leave it on for 10–15 minutes before rinsing to boost hydration.
🌬️ Step 5: Lifestyle & Environment
Keep showers under 95°F (35°C); cooler water supports moisture retention.
Use a humidifier, especially in dry climates or heated homes.
Stay hydrated, eat nutrient‑dense foods, and minimize stress, as all affect scalp health.
Smart Tips for Persistent Dryness
Patch Test any scalp serum or treatment before full use.
Switch seasonally—heavier hydration may be needed in winter and lighter options in summer.
Minimize heat styling and tight hairstyles that can irritate.
Rotate shampoos—use your core dry‑scalp shampoo every 2–3 washes; on “off” days, a gentle, fragrance‑free cleanser helps maintain balance.
Track improvements by noting scalp condition weekly in a journal. Adjust frequency or formulation after one month.
Why You Should Care About Scalp Health
Foundation of healthy hair: A well‑balanced scalp allows follicles to thrive, resulting in less breakage and better shine.
Comfort & confidence: Itchy or flaky scalp affects day‑to‑day wellbeing. Proper care restores clarity and comfort.
Prevent long‑term issues: Untreated dryness can lead to dermatitis, psoriasis, or excessive buildup. Addressing it early avoids costly treatments down the line.
DIY Scalp‑Soothing Treatment: Oat & Aloe Hair Mask
Ingredients:
2 tbsp colloidal oatmeal
2 tbsp pure aloe vera gel
1 tsp jojoba oil
Warm water to blend
Instructions:
Mix the oatmeal and aloe until you have a paste.
Add jojoba oil and stir.
Apply to damp hair and massage onto scalp for 3 minutes.
Leave on for 15 minutes, then shampoo and rinse.
Use this nourishing mask once a week to calm flare‑ups and replenish moisture naturally.
Why Your Shampoo Choice Makes a Difference
Your shampoo for dry scalp is more than just a cleanser—it’s a first line of defense. Investing in a carefully crafted formula means:
Balanced ingredients that don’t strip
Barrier‑supporting nourishment
Ongoing maintenance to prevent flare‑ups
Every wash supports your scalp's ecosystem—helping to keep it resilient, hydrated, and healthy.
Final Takeaway
A gentle, well‑selected shampoo for dry scalp combined with a thoughtful routine and soothing boosters can transform your scalp care—and your everyday comfort. By prioritizing hydration, avoiding harsh irritants, and tuning into seasonal needs, you create an enduring foundation for scalp and hair health. If symptoms persist despite your best efforts, don’t hesitate to consult a dermatologist. With the right care, relief and confidence are just a few washes away.
