i think we should be more considerate about how we talk about introjects

i see a lot of silly posts like "unfortunately we split a fictive" or "enjoying a show trying not to introject a character" and like. it seems kinda rude to assign shamefulness to introjection compared to your brain just splitting someone without a source

i know there's a lot of reasons people feel this way, just saying to keep in mind that this can hurt headmates within your system and outside of it, and can contribute to them feeling unsafe to talk/front or adds to their stress if they feel like they shouldnt exist, both counterproductive to them just, idk healing or enjoying life in general

I get the frustration though. Just click whichever option feels right to you, and if neither feels right you can always click 'RESULTS'.

"How many requests can we send it?" - Go crazy! Go wild! Send 100 requests in one ask or 100 requests in 100 single asks! I don't mind either way!

"Are there any requesting rules?" - My only condition is: do NOT expect me to know what "TIAEOWNTDLOL" means as an acronym. Write the full name, I beg of you, my oh so dear requester. We've never bothered watching it, but we don't understand all the hatred for it. So I just had my first experience with fully switching out (voluntarily, in a non crisis situation) and... wow. That was easy, actually.

I've always been tethered to the front with anxiety and whatnot but since Surge arrived my anxiety and OCD are noticeably diminished. I was kind of just joking around with one of our Sonics that I was going to take a nap and leave him in charge, but then it actually just. Happened? I took a whole ass hour and a half long nap in the innerworld, Sonic was alone fronting the whole time, and I am just astounded that it's THAT easy to do after all once I trust in my sysmates.

Yeah I'm definitely taking more breaks from now on 😭

resource call, or interest check

Alright, we're giving in and asking Tumblr. Does anyone happen to have any resources on the experiences of spiritual systems/collectives/plurals in particular? Or, if not.... interest check for if we decided we wanted to make a survey, or do some sort of interview, or zine, or... idk what form it would take, exactly, but we feel like we're just hitting so many dead ends in this that we feel shouldn't be there and if we have to ask the community for this information ourselves we fuckin' will.

The information in question is really just... experiences. We want to know more about the experiences of plurality, spiritual plurality especially. We'd love to do a wider range but the specific place we're finding dead ends is in regard to spiritual plurality. It'd likely involved things like asking if you view headmates as coming from another reality, what your spiritual beliefs outside of plurality entail, do you believe your headspace is a real place (and is it in this reality or another?) etc. etc. etc.

Please note that it'd just be something to either do a video on or write a post about! Maybe a zine if we ended up feeling really fancy about it, but likely not. This would be something we'd do for fun, and out of curiosity. We're very interested in this, but it's something that might take on a life of its own and become a bigger project than we intended if enough people are interested so here's the "be kind and patient" in advance.

Reply or reblog if interested, even if it's just a quick "interested" to let us know! We just need to be able to tell the difference between regular post engagement and plurals who actually would want to be involved in this sort of thing^^
