The same dream accosts her night after night, growing more insistent each time. Kaala stands in front of the manor with windows peering at her like soulless eyes, a large maw of a doorway ready to swallow her up. The man beside her isn’t family; he’s… She can’t remember if she tries to pin the thought down, but she knows he brought her here, that he’ll take care of her. But how can anything grow in a house that seems to block out the very sky? Can Menphina’s light reach her if she enters that monstrosity of a house?

Every time she revisits this scene, she knows she’s been crying. It seems as if she’s spilled a lifetime of tears, yet more threaten to come from sorrow, from fear. This is a place of death, she thinks. Nothing good can be fostered in this oppressive space.

Even as she wills herself to flee, her feet move forward, following the man who will feed her to this house. She will just be another soul the rabbits cannot guide. The bite of this place will be worse than the Hound’s, for she will wander these halls for an eternity after the teeth clamp down. There is no escape.

The Mateus Munch!

The second Saturday of every month, feel free to come to the Mateus Munch!  This is a casual meet and greet for adults at the Rainbow Room (Goblet, Ward 13, Plot 45). We offer a new menu every month of unique food and drinks for guests to enjoy.  Come by to see what’s on offer to tantalize the taste buds!  Entertainment is (usually) provided by performers to delight guests with their talents.  Enjoy the biergarten or outdoor baths!  Relax in the upstairs tavern!  Or tear up the dance floor downstairs!

 N'badra is a woman that is fiercely independent, and values her freedom to pursue what her artistic heart desires. As far as her personality goes she can be very bubbly and friendly, but not that much on first meeting being quite shy most times. Once she places full trust in someone, she is a loyal friend, protective of shared secrets, and shows more of her true self. N'badra's personality can often be an explosion of happiness and an invitation to her personal celebration of life. A kind heart steers her away from a heavy chaotic neutral nature, but she is not completely immune to chaotic influence if her goals, and morals, become threatened. When not in the limelight of a performance, she prefers to spend time with friends, or in privacy alone to recharge; just to get on stage once more.
