Decided to finally post abt my Clangen game that I've started playing/drawing in what little free time that I have!

"BoonClan is a newly-founded clan that lives in a tunnel system beneath an eternally fog-covered field. Only the founders truly remember a time before the thick mist rolled in, before unexplainable gifts were granted to those amongst them that proved their worth.

The cats of BoonClan walk along trails forged by mystery, and it is up to them to weather the storm that may come."

I may not post about them very frequently (I am perpetually busy), but I do have some cool lore planned out for them in the hope that I'll get to it eventually!

Honeynip is the eldest warrior of BoonClan at 105 moons old. His clanmates respect him, and often turn to him as the de-facto leader of their group. When the fog rolled in, he found that his saliva became a thick, honey-like substance. It doesn't impact him very much (in fact, the honey is useful for treating small wounds and the like) but it does regularly drip from his mouth.

Luckleaf is BoonClan's only other warrior at the moment. She's 75 moons old, and very curious about the circumstances she and her clanmates have found themselves in. Ever since the fog arrived, she's noticed that strange spots have started appearing on her pelt. Maybe it has something to do with how lucky she's been lately?

Flashpaw is an apprentice of BoonClan, mentored by Honeynip. She's 8 moons old, rather clever, and very difficult to ignore. She is fascinated by the fog, but is far less cautious about investigating it that Luckleaf is. She thinks that showing the fog how fearless she is will give her something special like her elders (but way cooler, of course).

Littlekit is the youngest member of BoonClan, only 4 moons old. He's quiet and meek, and pretty small for his age, but likes to help his older clanmates as much as he can. He doesn't remember a time before the fog.

mob warriors au redesigns and such, some i barely changed and others i pretty much started from scratch lol

full canvas and explanations under the cut, theres a bunch of other characters and stuff i didnt manage to fit or didnt have the energy to draw that ill probably get around to in the coming future

so by virtue of mob psycho kind of acting as a parody of a shonen in a lot of its characters and usage of tropes i felt like it was fitting that a warriors au sort of act as a parody of warriors.

basically, pretty much every major character is either a house cat of some sort, but they all see clan cats as these sort of cool aspirational things so they give themselves warrior names and know of general clan concepts (though, since the nearby clan left a long time ago due to twoleg construction on their territory, these concepts have sort of become distorted over time. istg i came up with this before warriorclan me and erin hunter just have some odd psychic link)

saltsplash (reigen) is a declawed kittypet who loves the taste of freshkill, so he has taken on the persona of a former medicine cat who came from far away on some sort of spiritual quest to help the cats in this area (in reality his owners just moved here) in order to get cats to catch prey for him in exchange for advice. flockpaw (mob) comes to him for advice, since he can see spirits and keeps getting dreams from starclan, and saltsplash agrees to take him as an apprentice

there is a pretty significant ghost problem in the area, the destruction of the moonstone equivalent (this isnt the setting of og warriors because i find switching what region/biome theyre in to be kind of part of the fun to making warriors aus so this is still japan. cats can now encounter monkeys.) has left a lot of souls trapped in the physical plane and unable to pass on. dimple (still going back and forth on his name) is one of these cats, he was a clan cat but so long ago that he's forgotten his original life and only remembers the goal of "bring back the clans with yourself as leader", which he initially tries to posses random cats to do before meeting flockpaw and settling on him as a good potential clan leader

the actual clans, meanwhile, have gone way downhill since they moved away. their numbers were dwindling pretty badly when hawkstar (toichiro) took over his clan, renamed it clawclan, conquered the other clans in the area and marked all his dissenters with scars, and has forged forward with the goal of reconquering their old territory in the twolegplace in the hopes that it will bring the clans back to their glory days. a lot of the more sensible cats, including his mate, have left the clan, so he's resorted to recruiting outsiders as well as kidnapping young cats with warrior potential in order to fill out their numbers

other stuff i dont want to write entire paragraphs for

-teru was someones outdoor cat but his owners moved :( he named himself starpaw and everyone who knows shit about the clans tries to tell him hes not allowed to do that but are too scared to argue further with him about it because he gets really pissed when you point it out

-the telepathy clubs goal is to meet lions, which everyone thinks arent real

-the awakening lab is mitsuura (curlystar maybe?)'s attempt to start his own clan

-the student council is a gang of young kittypets who have tasked themselves with enforcing "the warrior code" among the delinquents (rivals gangs of young alley cats). all the older cats see this as a game theyre playing and dont take it seriously

-flashpaw (mezato) was part of dimple's initial play to brainwash a bunch of cats into reforming a clan and worshiping "starclan" (him) and those group of cats have shifted to seeing flockpaw as starclans prophet, so she's trying to convince HIM to start a new clan

-rainshade (serizawa) was initially a kittypet who always hid in his cat carrier out of his fear of his starclan given powers, hawkstar found him on one of his recruiting missions because his mother was worried for him and was asking around for someone with experience with starclan

-mogami (crowflight maybe? maggotsomething?) was an actual former warrior who went to twolegplace to get help for his sick mother after starclan said there was nothing that could be done for her. kittypets offered to get her help in exchange for him helping them with spirit problems and got their owners to bring her to the cutter (vet) and when they did the vets put her down so he started killing cats about it seeing them all as selfish thugs beyond redemption before his own death and transformation into a vengeful spirit

-minori (still thinking of a name bc i dont have her design down) is someones very haughty purebred show cat who gets hella possessed.

-didnt anyone ever teach you feeding downed fledglings was bad manners?

-SunClan (the rising sun union) are a gang of random housecats, some of whom have actual StarClan connections and others are just opportunistic liars, who use extremely predatory means to help cats with their ghost problems (asking for a specific share of a cat's meals permanently rather than saltsplash's ask of like. one fresh songbird)

thats all the stuff i can think of off the top of my head but if you ask questions i can probably answer them bc ive been thinking about this since like. march 2022.

Moon 6

Smokestar takes Flashpaw and Lightningpaw as his own apprentices, and gives Shockpaw to Rustfeather, and Thunderpaw to Iceclaw.

Lightningpaw spends half a moon in the medicine den after attacking a Blazeclan apprentice and having her throat get clawed up. She boasts about the scar when she is well enough to talk again.

Thunderpaw and Iceclaw explore the tunnels under their territory, and end up in an unstable tunnel. The ceiling caves in, burying Iceclaw alive but allowing Thunderpaw to escape unharmed. Rosemask is inconsolable and refuses to speak to Thunderpaw, while Foxtail mourns quietly. Thunderpaw is reassigned to Rainypaws.

Lightningpaw

Bloodthirsty, strong swimmer. She wants to prove herself to her clan, and will go to any lengths to bring glory to them. Even if it means using her own kin as leverage.

Flashpaw

Daydreaming, naturally talented fighter. He follows happily in Lightningpaw’s footsteps, but dreams of more.

Shockpaw

Nervous, reluctant follower. Shockpaw just wants everyone to be happy and safe.

Thunderpaw

Quiet, stars-touched. She knows more than she lets on, and what little she has seen scares her.

Your choice here will have consequences.

Note: This moon is structured a little different than normal due to the actual art for the moon just… not turning out right regardless of how many times I try. You get the poll and the siblings’ apprentice references instead.

Shockpaw is intentionally excluded.

Moon 56

This moons events:

Fallingghosts tail healed

Runningdapple is no longer in shock

Pearpaw no longer has a headache

Sunwhisker got shivering after falling out of a tree.

Now the actual finale:

Pearpaw walked along the cliffs, his mentor Weaselfur had trouble getting out of his nest these days, not that he blamed him, he was getting up in age and Pearpaw was sure he'd retire soon. Luckily Pearpaw was old enough to be out of camp on his own, he needed to practice for his warrior assesment , it could be any moment now. Pearpaw could hear some rumbling, like stone moving, he suddenly stopped and looked up, but he could only make out the shape of a tall cat up on the cliff.

Before he could recognise the cat, Pearpaw realized that the cliff seemed to fall apart. A landslide! He tried to run from it but the rocks were faster, when he felt a sudden pain on his head, likely from a rock, the world went dark.

Lizardpaw followed Ruepaw and Marigold to the border, he couldn't believe he was allowed on an important mission to featherclan! He would be exited if he weren't so tired and hungry, Pikeclan had not been doing well the last moons. Sunstar recently died, she had refused to eat so that the rest of the clan would have enough. No cat could take the deputy position, the only warrior in the clan, Russetpatch was grieving her mat Jaggedfur heavely, and the loner that joined needed to recover from birth. Lizardpaw snapped out of his toughts, they were at the border now, Ruepaw nervously looked at the scattered piles of rocks. "Landslide" she said, scanning the area. Lizardpaw smelled for scents, he piced up featherclan scent mixed with blood and- something familiar. "I think someone is in the rubble" he told Ruepaw.

After some digging, Ruepaw had found a young cat and helped them to their paws, "Let's take him to his camp", she said "It's closer than our camp and we need to be there anyway." Lizardpaw looked at the cat, probably about his age, but he felt something when looking at him.

When arriving in the camp, Ruepaw helped the apprentice to the medicine cat, Pearpaw was his name, Lizardpaw had found out when another apprentice called out the name when they entered the camp. He followed Marigold to the leader, Wheatstar. "I need to talk to you" she said. Wheatstar looked at her, he seemed to recognise her. "You need to stop coming to our terretory" he said. Marigold sihted "I was on your terretory because I needed to talk to you, no one would listen to me, that's why I went to Pikeclan." Wheatstar looked at them, "Apoligies, tell me what you need to tell" he said. "Lizardpaw stopped listening, she looked at a tall, dark gray tom that walked across the clearing, a suprised look on his face, he came to sit pretty close to the leaders den. "I don't believe it" Wheatstar suddenly said pretty loudly, getting Lizardpaw's attention again.

Marigold wqs getting angry, but instead of letting it out on Wheatstar, she turned around and faced the gray tom. "You must be very manipulative if I can't convine Wheatstar you're up to no good!" she started, but she wasn't done just yet. "You've been stealing kits all over the place! You stole Night's kits because 'they were your's as well', you stole MY kits, you stole two of Nectarhowl and Slightpeaks kits. I had to get Poppy to join Pikeclan with me becaus YOU would have stolen them for sure." The clearing was silent, Lizardpaw tought about what Marigold just said. Two of his siblings were stolen by this cat! He realized why he felt so strange about Pearpaw, he was his brother!

The gray tom, whose name was Chasing, Lizardpaw found out didn't respons, he stared at them for a while and the growled, turned around and he- ran away.

When everything had cooled down, Wheatsar allowed Lizardpaw to meet his brothers, Pearpaw and Kestrelpaw, he wished Flashpaw was her as well, she deserved to know her brothers as much as he did, but she was sick, and Lizardpaw couldn't afford to let her die the same way as Loudpaw, that whitecough better didn't become green. He felt uncomfertable when he had to tell them their parents died, Nectarhow and slightpeak l starved during the serveral preyless moons.

Marigold had walked up to a warrior of featherclan 'Goldenrod' she had called him, the warrior had to explain in confusion that his name was Whistlestream, not Goldenrod. The medicine cat jumped in, telling Marigold not to come to closen since Whistlestream had whitecough, Marigold had explained that he was her son, and asked where his brother was, Whistlesream explained that he died a moon ago, when the prey pile was poisoned, probably by Chasing.

Luckily that monster is out of the clans.

Next on our lineup are the father-son duo Freezespeck and Flashpaw!

Freezespeck is Frostswirl's son, and shares his mother's knack for adventure. He greately values family, so when he heard she was leaving with Scalestar, it didn't take much convincing for him to join them.

Flashpaw was born to Freezespeck during the group's journey to their new home, and though his loner mother didn't wish to join them, she insisted his father take him with. He's a little troublesome, never afraid to make his opinion known, and Scalestar decided to mentor him herself.

Umberstar loses her last 2 lives to old age. Weevilsun goes to receive her nine lives: Lilacbat - Acceptance. Raventuft - Unity (and warning against overconfidence). Copseshiver - Farsightedness. Sweetheart - Duty. Fuzzybush - Bravery. Stumpcone - Endurance. iPod - Humility. Aspendeer - Determination.  Umberstar - Endurance in the face of hardship.

Weevilstar is the new leader of Phloxclan. She names Teaselsky the new deputy.

As Weevilstar gets her nine lives, Falconfade has 2 kits. Wolfkit - White rosette tom with copper eyes, nervous, fascinated by prophecies. Cliffkit - Tortie molly with hazel eyes and long fur, charming, never sits still.

Mistlepelt has 2 kits, and Orchard is the other parent. Tawnykit - Ginger molly with hazel eyes, quiet, fascinated with prophecies, never sits still. Molekit - White and silver rosette tom with hazel eyes, bossy moss-ball hunter.

Outside the clan, Bouncespeckle has 2 kits. Flickerkit - White tom with a black eye spot, yellow eyes, and long fur, bullying, quick to help. Quailkit - Ginger speckled molly with yellow eyes, bullying, avid play-fighter, missing a leg.

Mumblepelt joins Starclan.

Beesechurgerleaf stepped on a bee. Sorrelpaw and Mudkit have heat exhaustion.

Weevilstar appoints her first warrior - Snowypaw - Snowyfeather.

After Umberstar's death, Peatwish and Springsprout are too grief stricken to work. Weevilstar asks Limebird to help the healers.

Aspenswipe and Salmon will always love their mates, but have decided to move on.

Weevilstar sets out on a patrol to let the other clans know she's the new leader, but dark clouds gather overhead. Remembering the previous floods, she turns back.

Moon 88

Auburnpaw earns the warrior name Auburngale.

Shiveringstripe has a single kit. Shatterkit - Gray tabby tom with pale blue eyes, bossy, moss-ball hunter.

Ravenfleck, Boo, and Sorrelpaw recover

Ottercinder and Flashpaw have heat stroke, and Quiverwing has heat exhaustion.

Weevilstar left a gift for Falconfade in her nest.

Teaselsky asks Peatwish how she's doing, and Peatwish thinks Teaselsky is helpful.

Honeyspider sneaks out to sleep in Teaselsky's nest at night.

A rogue is found at the border asking to join. Crow - Dark gray nonbinary cat with dark blue eyes, 43 moons, troublesome, learner of lore, incredible runner.

Snowyfeather's heart flutters at the sight of Crow.

A kittypet joins the clan. Burrowheart - White tom with emerald eyes, 114 moons, gloomy, masterful storyteller.

Moon 89

Ratpaw and Minnowpaw are made warriors - Ratstalk and Minnowcinder.

Carnationpaw is found dead near a fox den. Flashpaw died of heat stroke.

Burrowheart is badly burned in a fire. Wisteriaheart has heat exhaustion. Ottercinder, Beesechurgerleaf, and Mudkit recover.

Crow chats with Snowyfeather.

Starlinggleam has a nice time with Groveglide.

Flaxwhistle will always love Halfsnap but has decided to move on.

Shatterkit chases fireflies while everyone sleeps.
