‼️RECEIPTS‼️ Last year I decided to support small, black-owned businesses. On my list was ATLANTA based @ELEVEXII owned by @flydotcom - I ordered a co-ordinate from their site on November 24th. Even though their site asks for a 10day max to produce/ship the design I got an email stating my order was shipped Nov 25th. It's JANUARY 19th and not only do I not have my order, I also dont have my cash, the founder, who is also a member of #kappaalphapsi , refuses to answer emails or Direct messages. Yesterday I gave them til end of the business day to respond. They refused. Amazing design with great potential, but horrible business acumen and follow through. To my industry friends, celeb friends, celeb wardrobe curators, network wardrobe staff, boutique owners who I know and are running the fashion industry in Atlanta and beyond.....beware. Don't be like me.... trusting and trying to sow into a place that will yield nothing but ignored messages and use your money and flaunt it in your face via social media. DO NOT SHOP #ELEVEXII @pastorgileselim @pastortiffelim y’all next. (at Better Business Bureau)
