[Reader was a one of those security guards who gets money from stores and transports it to the banks in the armored trucks. She was waiting for her boss and coworker to secure the money at a hotel when hell broke lose.

And her teenage friend Tasha is a 16yr old pageant queen and she hated it, her step-mom and aunt would force her into the pageants.

Tasha was more interested in pyrotechnics and engineering. (Her dad made fireworks.) She's the one who makes the groups pipe-bombs. she was a pageant contestant at the same hotel as R/n when everything went to hell.

She (after getting her hands on a fire ax) ran into R/n in the lobby and the older woman got her to the armored truck outside and they drove off; With all the money falling out of the truck as they went but no one gave a crap cos they were trying not to die.

ramirez, foley and dunn dont get a lot of love, some of the best moments in the game were "RAMIREZ DO EVERYTHING" and dunn crashing out during second sun so foley tells him to shut up. they are so trio-core together and i love them for it. they're even more slept on than the metal team and that's really saying something. they're alive, they've got each other, they're working on their mental health together after ww3 and they're doing alright. it's canon in my heart.

#3 I’ll try to keep a tad shorter. In essence this is my Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II fix it+crossover with Uncharted.

I’m gonna chance a more explosive conflict/geopolitical poking point in this one with callbacks to OG MW trilogy. Latest chapter really begins in earnest the Ultranationalist-Al Qatala-Las Almas invasion of the southern US. Meanwhile chapter 5 began in earnest Farah’s, Alex’s, and Nadine Ross’s hunt for Hadir and Makarov in the Caucasus region.

Chapter 6 ocuses on the angle of the US invasion and its counter-insurgency at and behind enemy lines. A Reboot version of Ramirez, Foley, and Dunn is featured in a Battle of El Paso while as shown in 2022/II but with the needed changes of course, Alejandro-Soap-Ghost are in Las Almas on the hunt not for Hassan Zyani, but Reboot Khaled Al-Asad…all while Victor Zakhaev is now in partnership with “El Sin Nombre” with Al-Asad distracting 141/Los Vaqueros.

Chapter 6 contains COD’s usual strong language with brief racism, graphic violence with minor character deaths, and geopolitical sensitivity including mentions of cartels with references to IRL Mexican drug cartels+endos and references to Iran vs US.

Ramirez is the guy who stays awake the whole fucking night.

Ramirez is strong, stand still while the chaos take over, but still has a very active and loud mind. "If"s and "could"... It keeps him awake at night a lot, doesnt matter how quiet the night is or how tired ramirez can be, the stress of what he has seen, felt and did haunts him. Even so, he doesnt show much, at least not all the time. Hes really quiet and on his own mostly, but he can sometimes be found tip tapping his feet of the ground(usually needing to be warned to stop or he wont notice hes doing that), biting nails or biting skin off his own lips.

A real great soldier, maybe the best for a private. Theres nothing this kiddo cant do. (.. even so foley didnt need to be such a pain in the ass with him... Ramirez is really pissed about it. He would never act upon it tho.) Hes not that emotional about stuff, sometimes even AWKWARDLY emotionless. He definetly feels and- cares a lot. But hes waaay to tired all the time and was waaaay to much blocked emotionally in the past.. he is a good listener tho, and the most you can get of him (depending who you are.) is s little pet on the shoulder.

Remember

Call of Duty: Ghosts always felt... off. Not just in the graphics, the textures, or whatever technical flaw caught your eyes—it was deeper than that. It was in the way the game was put together, the way scenes unfolded without care, like the developers were just going through the motions.

Take that infamous kick scene. The driving sequence. The way he wasn’t even there when he clearly should have been. And then there’s Hesh—his own father, Elias wearing the ghost mask, speaks to him in his natural voice, says, "That is really admirable of you," and yet Hesh doesn’t recognize him until he takes off the mask. Really? That’s how that moment plays out?

And then there’s Rorke. Somehow, impossibly, he appears out of nowhere, defying all logic and any sense of realism. Sure, you can bring a character back from the dead, but not like that. Not in a way that feels rushed, forced, as if the writers just needed him there and didn’t care how it happened.

That’s what Ghosts was—a game that could have been great but felt like it was thrown together in a hurry. A story that had moments of potential but was buried under careless execution. And you can’t tell me otherwise.

For me, I never really went deep into Call of Duty: Ghosts looking for hidden secrets—things like mask paintings or small details—because honestly, it felt like they were just thrown in for fun, without much care. It never seemed like the devs put real meaning behind them.

But even with all its flaws, Ghosts will always be the best Call of Duty story game in my eyes. There’s just something about it—it carved out a place in my heart, and no other COD has really done that since. I can only hope it makes a return in 2027, but at the same time... I’m scared.

Scared that Activision will ruin the beauty of it. That they’ll strip away what made the characters special. Or worse—just erase them completely, the same way they did with Roach, the Army Rangers (ramirez, foley and dunn), and Delta Force (sandman, frost, truck and grinch). What, were they too cool for you, Activision?

Whatever. No matter what happens, Ghosts will always stand out to me.
