Souji-kun... How you manage to be so infuriatingly flustering and endearingly charming and sweet at the same time will always be one mystery I'll never be able to solve. The idea of a spirit, should they exist, forming itself outside the body seems utterly illogical and rather ridiculous, yet I find myself agreeing with you and understand the feeling. Still, I find myself with a sense of longing and strange emptiness that cannot be filled with mere words or ideas of spiritual presence.

It makes me feel childish and greedy, wanting more than we already have... It isn't as if communication has been cut-off completely. There are those who are not even allowed that simple comfort daily as we are. Despite knowing this, I cannot stop the selfish feeling that my watch has held the same reading for far too long...
