Fox therian tips

(besides wearing gear and doing quads)

Yoga! this may sound odd, but i and others have found that doing yoga actually helps align you with your fox type.

Eat nuts and berries! this may sound odd as you probably think “carnivore” when you think of foxes, but they’re actually known to eat wild berries and nuts as well!

Chicken and turkey! if you do eat meat, opt for poultry proteins. foxes mostly eat birds in the wild (rabbits too, so if you’re into that, enjoy some rabbit!)

Pile pillows and blankets on your bed to make a nest/den! i like to snuggle up with plushies as well.

Nature walks! being out in forest/woodsy areas always make me feel more at home. no destination in mind, just wandering aimlessly.

Hang vines/plants in your room! it’ll make it feel more like outside. bonus points for real plants, but my room doesn’t have the best sunlight so i use fake vines.
