If you were sitting at home watching YouTube and suddenly there was a loud knock on the door, you open it to see an ugly person cursing at you and demanding that you leave the house, claiming that the land your house is built on belongs to his ancestors from the Stone Age. You want to push him away, but suddenly you see the police and mafia gangs supporting him and trying to evict you from the house. You ask for evidence to prove their claim, but none is provided. Instead of having a bedroom, you now sleep in the kitchen, and instead of sitting on the couch, you sit on the stairs because the ugly person claims ownership of your house.
On this Valentine’s Day please don’t forget about the Palestinian people. Candy is being bought in droves while innocent people are starving. While people are planning romantic dinners for their lovers, Palestinian people are losing their lovers to bombs and snipers. There is no rest for the Palestinian people today. Don’t let them mask what’s really happening behind pink ribbon. Fight for love, find empowerment in your love for others. We will not stop fighting, not for a single day. Palestine will be free.
"We were tortured a lot" A number of released Palestinian detainees tell their experience in Israeli prisons.
I also would like to translate what Israa Jaabis shared. If you want to know her story you can ask me or any Palestinian person/ reliable news outlet because I've been checking Wikipedia about her story and it changed drastically the last month, painting her as a criminal when she was wrongfully arrested and tortured.
Freed detainee Israa Al-Jaabis:
She said the Israeli soldiers would torture very young girls in jail. That their screams and cries could be heard from the wall. Also she said that israeli soldiers would put gas in the girls cells and they wouldn't be able to breath, a lady once inhaled the gas next to her room and her lungs were in bad shape for a while even though she wasn't in direct contact. She said Israel tortured detainees but especially young girls who have seen things no human ever could. This is the summary for the rest of her interview:
-We are ashamed to rejoice when all of Palestine is bleeding
- There are many wounded detainees inside the occupation jails
- We must work to liberate all detainees from the occupation jails
- Palestinian underage girls were exposed to many things in the occupation jails
- Palestinian under age girls were subjected to untold practices in occupation prisons
-We were subjected to abuse and beatings in the occupation jails.
Hey, Reminder!!!!! Palestinians have been / still have been in this for 75 years. . Almost 100k PEOPLE HAVE DIED.
PALESTINE WILL BE FREE . WE WILL NOT LEAVE.
PALESTINE WILL BE FREE . WE WILL NOT LEAVE!
THIS IS HISTORY. Israel is a settler colony, Israel is doing GENOCIDE on Palestine. Israelis live on stolen land, in stolen homes and that has been going on for 75+ years, in that time Palestinians have been slaughtered, bombed or burned massacred, kicked out of their houses, kicked out of their land (no way on getting back) Israel is doing GENOCIDE. they stole from Palestinians. and continues to steal more land. They have been stealing Palestinians own lives . Palestinians are and have been suffering for seven decades and, more . This Is A Genocide. A GENOCIDE. children, and babies are dying. People are starving, people are dying. People are not getting graves they deserve. Israel are destroying PEOPLES GRAVES. Animals aren't even saved too. Food and shelter is getting harder to find for Palestine. People can barely get any help, Palestinians are not getting the help they need.
Came here to say, on tictok there's been a trend called blockout2024 where people block EVERY celebrity that isn't pro Palestine/ hasn't done anything to raise awareness or help Palestine.
I think we should do that everywhere actually. On twitter, Instagram goddamn here if there is any. Just do away with all brands, billionaires and Celebrities.
A majority of them make millions in revenue through views and followers on social media, so we are effectively tanking a large amount of their paychecks like this
here's a thread on the dehumanisation of Palestinians (written by a Palestinian), and below the cut I will be putting down every tweet so that those w/o access to twitter may read.
Every week the same tweet goes viral, its a video of palestinian children and it will be quote retweeted with “this is who we are fighting for!” and each week that gets reposted more than anything else for palestine. each week Im reminded that no one cares for Palestinian adults
see unless youre a child people assume youre not innocent, no one quotes a video of a palestinian adult and says “this is who we are fighting for” because people know that palestinian adults are less sympathetic to the public eye
thats all thanks to israels constant dehumanization of palestinian adults. they want you to think theyre inherently evil, that theyre all complicit and the enemy. thats why you hesitate posting positive things about them. this is why you dont see posts saying to fight for them
and you are complicit in this. you shouldnt only be compelled to fight for palestine solely for the children, they should play a part but they shouldnt be the only reason why. fight for the elderly, for the adults, fight for everyone in palestine. every single palestinian.
All palestinians are suffering, all palestinians need to live in a free palestine. if you think one group of palestinians deserve to live more than the other you are not a true ally. thanks thats all
there is another thread that Zayna has posted, but I will post that one later, too!
never ever ever stop talking about palestine bo matter how small or how big of a post/message/anything you say/make/do. Always draw attention back to the causes, always draw attention back to the ways anybody can help, always draw attention back to the brands we need to boycott.
It's not just McDonalds, its not just Starbucks. there are so many more than that that we need to cut out of our lives who support Isn'tReal. Reblog with more brands to boycott, reblog with more brands to support (who help and donate to Palestine), reblog with charity and donation sites, do anything and everything that you can to help out the people in need. The starved, the killed, the tortured, the orphaned, the sickly, the silenced, and all those in between. They are human just like us. They feel like we do, they see the same world as us, and yet they are still being treated like animals and like they are lesser than. They are human and so are we.
Stay safe and make sure to support the greater cause here. Do not stay silent about the massacres. Do not stay silent about the zionists. Do not stay silent about these horrible people. Keep speaking out. Keep boycotting. Keep on going. Our cries for justice are not in vain. Things are slowly but surely changing, political people are realizing what they're doing and what's happening, we are getting to them. We are beginning to make changes. Keep on speaking up and speaking out. Never give up.
Show everybody what is REALLY happening in Gaza. We don't just need a temporary ceasefire. We need this all to end for good, once and for all. We need this to stop and never start back up again.
FROM THE RIVER TO THE SEA, PALESTINE WILL BE FREE.
LIKING THE POST BY ITSELF DOES NOTHING. REBLOG THE POST AS WELL. 🫶🏻
I think this is a good time to mention arab.org, the website with the FREE "click to help palestine" button, also has a button that helps war refugees, which I *think* hopefully extends towards helping palestinian refugees escaping rafah. It is also free. You can click it if you can' afford to donate, though absolutely anything you can spare is essential, and you can do it if you're a teenager and not allowed to donate by your parents. Here it is:
