i really like how dwight and sherry’s story in ftwd actually explores the trauma that negan caused and the effect he had on them. at every turn their choices are motivated by “we can’t turn out like him” and “what can we do to be keep others safe from going through what we went through?”. 

virginia was negan 2.0 for them and the way they reacted to her really showed just how broken they are, like how sherry instantly wanted to kill her no matter the cost while dwight wanted to avoid more bloodshed from the get go. they’re being put through the same thing again and they’re lashing out because they already know the pain that will be caused further down the line.

like idk man i just really like them. they’re really complex characters and i’m glad they moved to fear after leaving the main show because i love having more of them

i officially gave up on fear the walking dead. it hasn’t been that interesting to me for a while but i’ve been giving it a chance/// i love strand but once they showed ofelia with the bite i hit exit i couldn’t do it anymore. ugh

fuck man that scene of alicia and victor shouting “you have to go” “i’m not gonna go” back and forth and getting more and more desperate tore me to fucking shreds. he’s one of the few people who knows her full story and how much it means to her for it to be told and!! she’s finally trusting him with that!! it took so long for alicia to trust and love him and realize he’s family again and it took him so long to find himself again through her but they managed it!! in their last moments together they managed it!!! im so fucked up
