PROFIC PARTY WEEK 2! DAY 12: A headcanon that is basically canon in your mind!

While watching through the franchise a lot of our introjects are from, we notices that Nagisa is very attached to both Fuji-P, a cute boy she struggles to admit her crush toward, and Honoka, her Cure duo and close friend...

Honoka once described her relationship with Nagisa as a "Mysterious relationship" to Fuji-P, and meddled in affairs to try and get Nagisa to admit her crush, though Nagisa concluded she'd always be too afraid to do so... while Nagisa also describes Honoka as "The most important person in the world" to her during All Stars Memories.

With Nagisa feeling these ways about Fuji-P and Honoka, we headcanon that Nagisa is bisexual, and that's basically canon in our minds... so here's some art of Nagisa holding hands with both Fuji-P and Honoka.

They're a little more Chibi than the earlier styles, but I think that adds to their cuteness, in a way... I hope.

Fujimura Shougo: Hogwarts AU

Shougo Fujimura is a Pureblood wizard that was born on the 11th of December 1968 and started attending Hogwarts on the 1st of September 1980, being sorted into Hufflepuff House.

He has a Alder wand with a Unicorn Hair core.

His Patronus is non-corporeal.

His favorite subject is Flying and his least favorite subject is Arithmancy.

Shougo is sporty and athletic, mostly participating in quidditch. He is also caring, but can be rather oblivious of Nagisa's feelings for him most of the time.

My thoughts on Fuji-P

So like listen. I finished The First season of Precure and am working my way through Max Heart. So like I don't understand all the disregard for this character? He's fine. He's just a cool dude who loves soccer and is nice. He's also a little whimsical and appreciates the people and scenery around him. Like Functionally he's Honoka's big brother and Nagisa has a crush on him. He's used both as someone for Honoka to talk to and to display that Nagisa is shy and nervous around boys. This does not negate the fact that Nagisa and Honoka are soulmates. Like Nagisa sometimes just stares at Honoka and appreciates how beautiful she is. And Honoka.... she's either paying attention in class or looking at Nagisa.

And I saw that Huggto Futari wa movie scene.

So Fuji-P doesn't really get in the way. If anything he's used to highlight important factors of Honoka and Nagisa that makes them more human. Like Nagisa prioritizes her friends over herself or how Honoka's been willful since childhood.

Somehow never realized that my beloved childhood crush Kaito Doumoto from Mermaid Melody was voiced by the same guy who voices Kurama from Kamisama Hajimemashita until rn when I started watching Futari wa Precure and recognized Kaito's voice coming out of the forced love interest for Nagisa... At which point I looked up Daisuke Kishio and found it out lmao

Anyway rn I'm losing my mind laughing while listening to the Kurama version of Kamisama Onegai and imagining Kaito singing it- Kaito image song finally here, y'all, and it's WEIRD!

Happy Birthday Honoka!

Today is April 4, one of my favorite days of the year! It is Yukishiro Honoka’s birthday! Honoka is, of course, Cure White of the original Pretty Cure duo and as I have said on many an occasion, my personal favorite character in the franchise. I admire her spirit, her enthusiasm, her intelligence, her kindness, and her devotion to her friends. She had many stand-out moments in the two seasons she was in the limelight, including her infamous fight with Nagisa, getting leading parts in the school plays, two Science Festivals, and a birthday with her parents interrupted by some would-be robbers. She was ever an ally to Nagisa and her crush on Honoka’s childhood friend Fujimura Shougo, constantly encouraging her friend to confess her feelings. She found love of her own but got her heart broken twice when Kiriya turned out to be a denizen of the Dark Zone and then when he came back, only to die for real when they defeated the Dark King. She took charge of a squad of secondary cures in All Stars DX3, and in All Stars Memories she tended to an age-reverted Nagisa with everything she had. Honoka stands proud as a veteran Precure, continuing to lead and inspire both on and off the battlefield. In the real world, her character can clearly be seen to have inspired several later cures, including her immediate successor Mai, and her scholarly traits would be adopted by many blue cures, with their own twist. So as always, happy birthday to Honoka!
