Can you make a tutorial on how you world build and make ocs? I can't seem to make any people in my brain, but then when I try to come up with environments jobs, beliefs and little details to slowly come up with someone, I think: well I don't really know how people have influenced the world- it's a weird loop
To be honest, I don't think I can! Writing is an extremely personal process. The way I write is directly related to how I process things, what I find important in stories, years of my own analysis of my and other's writing, etc... The way you write will be unique to you, as well. But I can explain how I personally think of it.
The short answer:
Write. Write anything and everything, it's a tool to explore your ideas. Analyze your own writing, and write more. Then, as you discover which ideas you want to develop, write more to explore them more. You won't know what you want otherwise!
The long answer:
I think this kind of loop is common. It's easy to feel like everything needs to be done "at once," because our job as writers is to make elements logically fit with each other for our readers. But as you've discovered, developing multiple elements simultaneously isn't really possible, or at least is extremely difficult.
Personally, when I think of writing, I break it into three major elements; characters, world, and plot. As much as possible every scene explores one or more of these, and as much as possible these three things tie back into what I personally consider most important: theme.
Everything I do is in service of the themes I want to present. Without them my events feel aimless. It can take a while to discover them, but they're the core of my work. You will have to discover what you feel is the core of yours. Analyzing other media helps with this too.
Concepts in your brain exist in a state of infinite potential. But when you start writing you have to start making choices, which removes potential as you move forward... But you have to move forward anyways. If there's ideas you want to explore later, you can always explore them later.
What this ends up meaning, to answer your question, is that I don't think of my characters as "people in my brain" or my worlds as something people have influenced... Not at their core, at least. They are tools that I use to represent specific ideas. Obviously they're also my blorbos, but mostly they're serving a specific narrative purpose.
So above all else... Write. Write, and discover what you're writing about, and then start over and write with that in mind. Keep doing this. But you have to write!
#I wish there were a cleaner answer to this kind of thing#and I also wish that there were a way to answer that didnt feel like 'just do it lol'#but... genuinely you kind of just have to do it!#I find it helps to reframe writing as trying to figure out which ideas I don't like#then if I write anything that feels bad to me#it's not about being a bad writer or anything like that. it's just something I dont want in my story and I delete it.#like if you find yourself naturally coming up with worldbuilding elements. its okay to just start there!#you can start like 'I really want giant mushrooms' and then start thinking about how cool that would be#and like oooh what if there were really cool caves full of mushrooms and all glowy yeaaah#then you start building people from that. colonies of fungal people or something. this is still worldbuilding#then you might think now. whats a plot that could go with this and show off my cool mushrooms.#maybe the mushrooms are all connected and the main one is dying and no one knows why. it's a classic plot.#if you still dont feel like you can find a character in that. keep going! why is it dying? how can it be saved? can it? if not then why?#etc etc etc. when I am writing I actually ltierally write out 101 questions like this as I'm going and then I answer them#and if I cant answer them. then I figure out a different situation that doesnt bring that question up LMFAO#eventually you can decide you want a hero who idfk will replace the big mushroom or something. a sacrifice and immortality simultaneously#then you can be like yeah so my themes are probably about sacrifice. connection to others. love for your community. stuff like that#and then you can go back to your world and say. yeah I think that people should have telepathic communication on some level!#I'm just making all this up right now but I just want to illustrate somehow how this kind of cyclical process can actually be a tool#because it's not about getting it all right at once. its about leaning into the cycle and how it guides you through developing these#anyways idk if this makes any sense. if this doesnt feel like it works for you then it probably literally doesnt#but writing more and analyzing writing more is ALWAYS good#it will never make your writing worse to do those things.#unfortunately (said with all the love in the world) writing is an endless process of learning more about who you are and what you care abou#its wonderful but it's hard and theres no way to skip that process#good luck!#asks#anon#writing stuff#oh also if at any point you go hm. that big thing isnt working for me I think...

hmmmmm thinking about salieri being dormant most of the time, and the occasional times gray man falls in depths of their disastrous spirit origin, it’s just dead salieri welcoming him like his own child, which confuses gray man to no end.
everything is falling apart, just like their shared spirit origin being always on edge of complete collapse, dead salieri with lost light of life but still ever present warmth plays half destroyed piano to no end just to he can block off most of slander and whispers just so gray man can retain most of sanity. gray man appearing here, is nothing but a child born into this world by humanity, a blank slate and thus appears as a child in here, where dead salieri treats him with kindness and keeps him out of void and bloody sea trying to swallow them, just picking him up and sitting beside on bench so they can play together and talk, dead salieri never letting go of gray man’s bloodied hands so he won’t be whisked away by all those people who created him. singing to him or covering his ears to block off the destructive nature within them both. gray man in return tearing off flowers that keep trying to take over dead salieri’s body. trying to stale off what can’t be avoided. sharing with dead salieri little strength and experiences he had just to see that face smile again.
dead salieri trying his last best to make gray man something more than just a child of slander and malice born out of dead salieri’s own flesh and humanity’s cruelty. they both know their time is limited to exist like that, a dead man’s pathetic spirit origin not worthy enough to be a servant, and a creation of false accusations and cruelty, living slightly longer but ultimately disappearing in any outcome, but at least dead salieri wants gray man to live remaining existence to his own desires, not being ordered around by initial reason of being.
to dead salieri, gray man is one of his beloved children. to gray man, dead salieri is a parent person who showed him the joys of existence. and with that they ultimately meet their end together, as their spirit origin collapses, accepting each other. and with that, they finally become stable ‘I’, becoming one and the same.

Okay, season 3
I found it tiring and repetitive. didn't need 10 episodes. 8 was enough. just like previous seasons.
Carmen in this maniac episode was almost insufferable to watch. Everybody on here was waiting for him to be down, but the writers could’ve done better, and Christopher Storer could’ve shown us better.
First of all, his relationship with Claire wasn't that deep. I know it's all in Carmy’s head, the way he visualizes her etc, and yes I have a high degree of myopia, but this was not shown in s2. It makes me mad watching this lack of commitment with his partner and sister in an opening business.
I care about Camy, and it’s so tragic that he can’t get out of this cycle of abuse. but I’m a human, and sometimes I really wanna beat him. I know he's trying, but this man needs to take his head off his ass asap. Showing his situation with one hundred flashbacks was monotonous to watch.
About Sydney, I’m so mad how they wrote her this season. Are they gonna end this show without showing us a center episode of her??? this season was a perfect moment to develop ONE OF THE LEAD CHARACTER OF THE SHOW!!!
My girl was passing for so much and alone, but the writers were like, nah, let’s show bad comedy with the Faks instead. Put a woman to babysit Carmen and Richie, two grown-up men for the entire season, it’s insane. (she's so much better than me)
I love Sydney so much, and we know she would rather get a shot than talk about her private life with anyone, but I need her to fight. I need her to speak. The panic attack scene breaks my heart, I don't think is all carmy's fault. It was a mix of everything. Fear of the future, insecure about everything, thinking about her found family and the possibility of losing them, starting a new business all over again (when she spoke on s2 that she didn't have in her to try again), fear of failure again. But I wish they had shown it better from her pov. They should have improved this part.
I ended this season with a bitter feeling. It’s not a good writing job to have ten episodes of preparation to be resolved in the future.
(And since Christopher Storer likes Taylor Swift so much, he should take all this hate train and enter his reputation era, and give us a better script in s4. #i think the bear is gonna finish in s4, so lets be productive and finish the show in a good way. please, all this with Joana Calo by his side, let her write!)
I loved Tina’s episode (thank god Ayo directed the best one), ice chips were insanely good. Abby Elliott and Jaime Lee Curtis!!!!!111!1 and the first episode was so well edited and directed. i love those actors very much so, they are so talented.

the phases of the moon / the lunar cycle
a quick rundown on the spiritual meaning of the phases of the moon!
new moon: birth and rebirth, the beginning. this is the time to dream up plans and goals, to explore possibilities in a mindful way. opportunities flow into life, so give life the opportunity! pick up what's been put off, allow and invite change in order to see growth. clean up your workspace if you need to, you'll regain your strength and energy at this time and you'll want to use it soon.
waxing crescent: building and rebuilding, the rejuvenation. setting intentions and finding ways to implement them. putting thoughts and plans in motion, starting to work towards goals. pushing things into action and organizing where things should start, the perfect time to understand why you're dedicated to the tasks at hand. curiosity can only benefit you right now, these days are crucial for the completion of a goal!
first quarter: keeping things moving even when there are doubts and drains. taking note of what's in your surroundings/what you're surrounding yourself with, constantly figuring out what's working. stay brave and take a deeper look into what you're consuming, so it won't consume you instead. challenge is another word for game, so stay focused and remember to have fun!
waxing gibbous: align with what you've learned from what's hurt or hindered you. refine and reorganize and finally answer the question of "what's working?". your plans are nearly realized and the finish line is just around the corner. you've been building steady momentum, it's time to tidy up loose ends and get ready for the celebration that awaits.
full moon: highly charged by the opposition aspect, a clear divergence appears. symbolizes completion and harvest, this is the point where what you have been attracting and working towards has come to you. if seeking to banish, use the light and energy of this transit, as it will bring any dedicated cycle to a close. you made it.
waning gibbous: evaluate and reflect on how you've been working and what you've been working on. allow space in order to readjust and take note of your energy levels and momentum within projects. this is a time to express gratitude and realign your intentions if need be. asking yourself "how am i feeling?" will help you decide how best to take time for yourself. till your soil, turn your stones, and see how different the garden looks nowadays.
third quarter: let go of what pains you, it can be easy to let it consume you, but there are better days coming. it's not possible to always be your best. this is a point in time where what's been eating you up inside has become to be shown on the outside too, be wary of power struggles, both external and internal. blockages show their faces here, cleanse yourself of them any way you know how, these issues will seem much more manageable, do not give up your own space for it.
waxing crescent: surrender to the experience of the last few weeks. you've changed what you could have, and you cannot go back in time. now, rest and restore your energy, allow yourself this moment of letting go in order to come back stronger. this is a compassionate, replenishing time, where gratitude and acceptance will make all the difference. practice self love and self care, try to sleep in if you can!
there are a few things that influence how we interpret the phases lunar cycle from an astrological standpoint:
whether the moon is in the day or night sky
it's aspects to the sun
when the moon is found in the same realm as the sun, we compare the difference between energy and rest, as seen in the crescent phases.
when the moon is found in the opposite realm of the sun, we compare the difference between evaluation and alignment, as seen in the gibbous phases.
this has weight when considering the aspects between the sun and moon during the quarterly phases (new, first, full, and third quarters). the quarter phases are seen as a battle for dominance in the respective kingdoms of night and day, the full moon is seen as an opposition from the sun, and the new moon a conjunction.
the full moon being in opposition to the sun presents challenges, and considering that the moon simply reflects the sun's light, qualities and symbols of the moon seem to be reflective of those of the sun. during the full moon, one's pride seems to be much more egregious than normal, and the opinion of personal spotlights are heightened.
the new moon being conjoined with the sun takes this in a different, yet similar, way. during the new moon, one's emotions become synonymous with their life-force, we identify with the parts of ourselves we as human beings typically keep hidden.
of course, there's more than just these two factors to consider when drumming up information on the lunar cycle, but it's fun to look at how these work with it!

This 6-month Sagittarius Moon Cycle began for me with a daily ritual practice on December 15th, 2024 to improve my self worth and use my voice and is now culminating on this week's Sagittarius Full Moon to me using those improvements to share a powerful self-created form of ritual practice & deep shadow work with others so that they may improve their own self worth and use their voices for authenticity and truth. 💕✨️

the origins I've thought of for Black Arms OCs (choosing is the hardest part)
made by mad scientist (DNA could've been easily acquired during the invasion)
a Death Leech survived and matured in the wild
a mature soldier breaks out / is broken out of stasis as Doom is killed, escaping the Black Comet just before Shadow teleports it
same as above but the soldier escapes just before Shadow blows up the Black Comet in space (would have to find a way down or get stuck on the ARK)
a Black Arm in stasis at Glyphic Canyon, only breaking out after Doom's death and so isn't bound to the Hive-mind

Why Startups Fail Without Full Cycle Product Development – And How to Avoid It
In today's fast-paced digital landscape, launching a startup is easier than ever—but sustaining it is an entirely different game. One of the most common reasons startups fail is poor product execution. A brilliant idea without proper planning, development, testing, and scaling often leads to early failure. That’s where Full Cycle Product Development becomes crucial.
If you're a startup founder or entrepreneur, this blog will walk you through why skipping full cycle product development is risky—and how adopting the right approach, possibly through a trusted full cycle product development company, can dramatically increase your chances of success.
What Is Full Cycle Product Development?
Full Cycle Product Development refers to the end-to-end process of bringing a digital product to life. It includes:
Ideation and planning
UI/UX design
Frontend and backend development
Quality assurance
Deployment
Post-launch support and scaling
Startups that treat product development as a one-time task usually miss the ongoing evolution required to meet market demands. A full cycle product development service ensures that every stage is handled carefully with long-term growth in mind.
Why Startups Fail Without Full Cycle Product Development
1. Lack of Strategy and Structure
Many startups jump straight into development without validating their idea or planning for the full journey. They may build an MVP quickly, but without user research or scalability in mind, it becomes a short-term solution. A proper full cycle approach helps define the product roadmap, ensuring you're building the right product for the right market.
2. Inconsistent User Experience
Startups that outsource isolated parts of their product development (e.g., only frontend or backend) often suffer from misaligned components. This can result in poor UX, app crashes, or compatibility issues. A full cycle product development company provides a unified team that handles everything cohesively.
3. Skipping Quality Assurance
Rushed product launches without testing lead to bugs and user frustration. Startups often underestimate how much damage a glitchy app or website can cause to their brand. Full cycle development includes continuous testing, helping to maintain product quality at every stage.
4. No Room for Scaling or Adaptation
Startups evolve fast. What works for your first 100 users might not work for the next 10,000. Without a scalable architecture and long-term tech planning, products collapse under growth. Full cycle product development services build systems with future needs in mind—saving time, money, and technical debt.
The Role of AI in Full Cycle Product Development
With the rise of intelligent applications, integrating artificial intelligence is becoming a competitive advantage. Whether it’s chatbots, recommendation engines, or automation tools—AI is shaping user expectations.
If you’re exploring advanced features, working with an AI development company in India can bring cutting-edge capabilities at a cost-effective rate. From AI-driven analytics to smart user behavior predictions, these integrations are best introduced during the early planning stages—making full cycle development essential.
Partnering with a trusted team that offers AI development services in India ensures your product isn’t just functional, but also forward-thinking and future-ready.
How to Avoid Failure: Choose the Right Development Partner
To avoid the common pitfalls of product failure, choose a company that doesn’t just code but thinks like a product partner. Here’s what to look for:
End-to-end expertise (design, development, deployment, support)
Agile methodology to adapt to user feedback
Strong focus on user experience and scalability
Proven track record in both traditional and AI-based solutions
A reliable full cycle product development company will not only help you build your product—they’ll help you make the right decisions at every step, from idea to scale.
Final Thoughts
Success in today’s startup ecosystem isn’t about who launches fastest. It’s about who builds smartly. Skipping over full cycle product development might seem like a shortcut—but it’s often the road to failure.
If you’re serious about your product, invest in a process that’s designed to support you through every phase. Whether you’re building a marketplace, SaaS app, or AI-driven platform, choose a full cycle product development service that aligns with your vision and understands your users.
In a world full of MVPs that never make it to Version 2.0, let your startup be the one that thrives—not just survives.

Total Lunar Eclipse March 2025 in Virgo: Harnessing Practical Magic
On March 14, 2025, we experience a total lunar full moon eclipse at 23 degrees of Virgo. This transit impacts individuals with planets and aspects between 19-29 degrees of this sign in their natal charts the most. But it likewise influences individuals with planets in Taurus, Capricorn, Gemini, Sagittarius, and Pisces. It’s clean-up time, with the full lunar eclipse illuminating the sign of…

— rafe with a housewife kink again
ward was in the crowd, trying to pretend like he’s proud. topper screaming. kelce probably hungover. and you, front row, clapping adorably. floral dress. charlotte tilbury blush that made your cheeks even pinker. holding a little sign that says “GO RAFEY!!!” with glitter glue and rhinestones. he smirks as he shakes the dean’s hand.
duke. econ major. graduated at 22. working under ward and playing the heir to cameron development, wearing rolexes and speaking in phrases like “compound interest.”
but what he really wants? a housewife, his housewife. a doll with perfect nails and no job, walking around their house in silk robes, pregnant with his baby.
you are technically still in school, communications major, kind of. you mostly go when you’re not in durham with him. maybe you’ll graduate some day.
but rafe? he’s made up his mind. constantly saying things like, “you don’t even like class, baby.” “you were made for more important things, like having my kid.”
he starts plotting. tracking your cycle.
“you’re ovulating, aren’t you?”
“rafe, what the fuck?”
“just asking, baby.”
she laughs at first. until he starts getting all serious about it. until he looks at her one night after a dinner party. “i want to get you pregnant like… really soon, princess.”
and you pretend to roll your eyes. but every time he groans “gonna fill you up” and “wanna see you round with my baby,” you just eagerly nod. and that’s the moment he knows, you’re not going back to college. you’ll be barefoot, glowing, full of his kid, and baking banana bread by october.
exactly how he planned it.
