Walking and running is in our DNA in the same way that flying is in a bird's DNA. This is not just a mental thing. These mechanics are in our bones, muscles and fascia. . If you watch high level athletes in almost any sport, you will see them utilize these mechanics in order to do their sport-specific movement. . When I first understood this concept, I realized that my whole approach to training was stupid.
