So, we found this very cool Lion’s Mane mushroom at the South Miami Farmer’s Market, yesterday. I didn’t know Mike was going to take it apart so soon, or I would have taken a picture of it whole. I hope @urban_oasis_project has more, next week! It feels like the softest chenille fabric, ever! It’s supposed to taste like crab or lobster (which I wouldn’t know anything about, but I guess M will let me know later).
