I'm going to do you a big favor and explain the multiverse shit to you OK?

@ask-jay-gatsby is the first Jay. He's from 1922, he has a cat, he's really nice but he's also really sad because the Nick from his universe left him. He's friends with the second Jay because they met somehow.

@the-mister-jay-gatsby is the second Jay. He's also from 1922. He also has a cat, but he only adopted the cat because of the first Jay. Someone showed him a book detailing how he was going to die. He refused to avoid his fate and then did die. Then Tom and one of the Nicks brought him back to life.

@alien-gatsby is an alien. I'm not sure what planet or year this one is from. But he's very nice and very awesome and also very adorable.

We also have @junior-gatsbys-letters who is a past version of all the other Gatsbys (although he's thought to be a past version of the first Gatsby), @gatsbyparties (who is in the catacombs I think?) And @cocktailsandyellowcars. All of them are from 1922 with the exception of junior Gatsby, who is from 1911.

And they all can talk and communicate. They can also all talk to you. Because you're all multiverse versions of each other. Don't get me started on all the versions of Nick, or Daisy, or the sentient objects... or how Chester and Tom are together...
