Golf?  A new BIBLF Hobby
Recently, the BIBLF staff has taken up a new hobby, golf.  Erin Sweeney caused this obsession to begin when it came to her birthday.  AO wanted to treat her to a round of golf, however two of the staff members, Michele and Katie, had never played before.  Once Michele and Katie’s husbands found out, they thoughtfully wanted to help them get ready for the adventure and add to their new fixation of this old-timey sport. Now, over a month later, the BIBLF staff have visited three golf courses in Northern NH and Western Maine.  They try to plan weekly trips to different golf courses and spend a lot of the time in the wooded areas of the courses looking for lost balls.  AO has been playing on and off over the years so he is basically the golf coach when we go out.  Erin is excited get out on more courses this year than ever before.  Michele and Katie are both eager to perfect their swings, chips, and putts. It’s a sickness! Believe in Books Literacy Foundation always encourages getting outdoors and getting exercise and now you know the staff is practicing what they preach! We hope you have had the chance to find a new hobby or to try something new just like we have!
