Daily MCO Drink #409, MCO Day #411: GIN GIN MULE, made by muddling 2 slices ginger and 12 mint leaves in a shaker, 1 part Widges Gin, 1/2 part lime juice, 1/4 part simple syrup, shaken over ice and strained over fresh ice, and topped up with Lick Pier Ginger Beer. An nice extra ginger twist on the gin mule, which adds more ginger spice to the already refreshing drink.
