Like a carrion bird, her Spiramonster has a sharp sense of smell: and she seems exclusively dedicated to using it to hunt down stray Latchers. They share an uneasy alliance, patrolling the barriers keeping the bulk of the invaders out of the city. Lilith wants to keep an eye on what's going on, but actually approaching the monsters menacing the outer branches seems... ill-advised.

Her little companion is feasting on a slain monster, sharp beak ripping off strips of slimy flesh. It smells alien—and Lilith has eaten fouler things, but somehow this still gives her pause. Maybe if she cooked it first...?

One moment she's entertaining this silly thought, and the next she doesn't know what she's thinking. The world seems to close in around her, as if she's about to faint... she stumbles to the nearest wall, bracing against it as she sits down. This just happens sometimes; it will pass.

The Spiramonster lets out a warning call, alerting Lilith that something is approaching. She bristles—literally, dark feathers sprouting along her arms—and turns to the source of the noise. But she can't see whoever's there. Instead, she only sees the raven beast, looming so large as to block out everything else.

"No... why now?"
