Mateo runs his hands down her bare back, pulling her further against him. “You okay?”He says loudly into her ear to be heard over the music.

She leans back slightly to nod at him and give him a thumbs up, making sure to smile widely at him. She loves seeing his protective side, but doesn’t want him being a grumpy grump the whole night.

He eyes her smile before nodding back to her. His hand never leaves her back as he guides her through the crowd. They find a somewhat empty space in the crowd and slot perfectly into it.
