Give him a gun. A knife. Something to hit people. He's awesome.#Throw him off a building so he can land on a nice soft car - no thanks.#And were they just going to walk home (to Franks's)? Or like steal a car?#And there was a guy in the car they landed on/next to and nothing happened there. Was he just a bystander?#Does Matt have insurance? And does it cover his secret lair/costume room?#Did Karen drive straight from the airport?#And Frank just STARING at Karen is perfection. Like he needs to drink her in.#And THIS is the moment I thought Matt first noticed something was up with their heartbeats - just the way he swung around to Frank#I'm picturing Karen moving her seat forward to give Frank some more leg room. Her eyes flicking up to the rear view mirror as she tries not#to grin. Coz they're injured. And on the run. She can enjoy being home later.#And I imagine Matt's slowly assembling some thoughts here about why Frank didn't say Karen called... when that would be obvious.#But also being slightly distracted about now being homeless.#And the relief of Karen being back.

buck should be the dad at costco that has four kids in tow who keep convincing him to buy more snacks than they need with a "dad please these are soo good" "cmon we already got---oh dang look at that price. grab two."

flutters eyelashes and cracks my knuckles. YES
it all starts in 2023
this one joke. this silly little joke is what caused this whole au.
a countdown began throughout the year, counting how many days wyatt had left to live before he inevitably exploded
and then, on new years, 2024
wyatt died
THE AU BEGINS
heres a summary of the 3 allohema logs Smiles
a little while after new years, alloy heads over to the scrapyard to visit him but finds his shack in shambles with no wyatt in sight
they take microwave (wyatts cat) back to their lab/office and call it a day.. but they cant wrap their head around what could have possibly happened. no one had been in contact with wyatt for years except for alloy
so who destroyed the shack?
refusing to believe that wyatt had possibly died, alloy heads back to the scrapyard a week later to search again but finds nothing. they fix up a few things around the wreckage and take any of wyatts belongings that they could salvage back to the lab
alloy tries to form a plan of what theyre going to do from this point on. they know that they cant keep microwave hidden forever, and while thinking back to past conversations they consider running away before deciding that they should wait a bit longer before making any decisions they might regret. so they continue researching into wyatts disappearance in hopes of finding a lead
4 months later, they finally do
despite not being 100% sure that this lead will even change anything in the end, they still decide to pack up their things and leave their workplace. to make sure they didnt get caught, they hung around in the scrapyard and continued their research into finding the one responsible for everything, and hopefully finding wyatt in the process. to help with this, they start making a little robot designed to locate the lead. m.p.
aaaaaand that is all 3 logs and where my doodles continue on from :]
this summary skips quite a few details but its good enough i think. if you reaaaaally want to read the original logs then i might post them
