I now remember why I don't draw fully rendered artwork often.

I like both versions tbh.
I wish I had more yellowish green in the newer one and pulled out the reference of the original one instead of using the original as reference. That would've saved me some trouble.

Volo Pokémon feels like an evil version of Grovyle PMD, to me. Their goals are both to make a new, better world, without pain and suffering, but in the process it will erase the current one and everyone in it. The difference is that Volo's world is fixable, there is still love and potential for prosperity, while Grovyle's world is completely encased in darkness and past all hope.
