Do you think Apollo Justice sees Gumshoe throwing confetti every time he gets a not guilty verdict, and thinks of him as the confetti guy?

I mean we don’t interact with him other than just seeing the confetti fall, and we don’t even see Gumshoe throwing them

I LOVE LOVE LOVE to hc Gumshoe as a father figure to like. everyone in the fey-wright-edgeworth family

You know none of them really had A Dad (we don't know about Phoenix but let me project a little here ok? ok) and then there's. Gumshoe. And he's big and cuddly and goofy and really really caring and just so Friend Shaped? And he's literally willing to do anything for those he cares about, you know, like a Good Parent??? And most of the everyone's jokes and/or annoyance come from litterally not understanding why he's like that and what's that strange feeling (platonically caring for someone else) they have because they've never had someone who'd just casually check in on how they're doing and if they need anything from the store, not because he needs something from them but just because he cares

And he's older and has more experience so he's always there when Phoenix needs help with new furniture or Miles needs help with his car do I make sense.

I have so many thoughts about ugh it's impossible

Hello yes father figure Gumshoe! I think that could work, but he's also pretty versatile as a big brother. Or an uncle. He can do it all, methinks.

But I want to focus on how he cares so much!! He's always shown to be considerate and thoughtful and ready to take action for everyone, and it's one of the things I love most about his character. I know he's sort of made for and used as comedic effect, but I really do wish a lot of the characters would stop bullying him so much!! He's just a sweet dude!! Stop calling him dumb and stop cutting his salary, Edgeworth, I swear to god-

Anyway Gumshoe appreciation everyone stop being mean to him and learn the value and comfort of his hugs. He's always nice to you so be nice to him back! He probably does have a lot he'd love to offer and teach, so! Let! Him!
