Another takeout from my favorite vegan spot in town @veggieheaventeaneck ☑️ They have and outstanding large menu; but always order their veggie dumplings roasted veggies ; and once in a while their seitan with wheat well known (one of the many vegan meats ☑️Plant-Based (vegan ) meats, are a combination of parts of plants ☑️ For example we can make solid foods without animal products using different ingredients originated from seeds, grains, fruits, vegetables and make such cakes, breads, and vegan meats such as this ☑️💚 If you are in North New Jersey, with the highest case of coronavirus it is a good idea to support our local vegan restaurants ✨💚Veggie heaven is open for deliver and take out ; they are located in the City of Teneack next to my town and Montclair ( which is another county ) ✨☑️In case you don't have vegan spots in town, here is a tip as a long time vegan ; when we kindly ask them to vegnize out dishes ; such as to ask to remove animal products, they will do it ☑️With kindness we can accomplish a lot ☑️On the other note 🔣 I couldn't be more grateful for the many nurses and doctors that I know personally at my local hospital @hackensackumc. ☑️And other hospitals as well ☑️ Alrought ; Our town has the highest cases with 304 deaths; and our county with the highest case for being more populated ; we are rising and helping each other☑️I have been living here for over 20 years, and one thing I know about this place is that we are fighters 🙅‍♀️We can do this #newjersey and #NY ☑️ ❤️ Who are you social distancing for?
