Recently ripped the thevius raccoonus out of bentley's hackpack

Anyways kinitopet!Crow:

Crowley Scarlet. Known online as Scarecrow, which came from "scar.crow". people started saying scarecrow which just fit, and was ironic considering his name Crow and the fact people would call them a crow for some of his little quirks and endless curiousity.

He buys an acreage and finds this old computer hidden away in a crawlspace of one of the sheds on the property. Praying it works hw curiously opens it to find a glitched out windows profile with no password for "A. Raven". Loading it up he's greeted by a pink axolotl on the desktop glad his bestfriend "Andrew" is finally back. Crow isn't Andrew and tells the thing as such, Kinito does what a Kinito does best, it learns and adapts.

Crow himself is digital (if it works out through just being an asker), that rickety old computer is long gone, but hey, the cloud has more storage than you'd know. Their Kinito, despite killing them and dragging them into the digital world, is still their best friend. It took a while for him to forgive the axolotl, but when it's seemingly just you and one other person in a world alone forever there's only so much one can do.

Kinito got him really interested in code and he does just as much building in the world that Kinito does. I imagine when Crow does code it looks like Dendy's hackpack in ok ko (the like extremely advanced code blocks ). Crow eventually gains internet access like Kinito and is able to travel back and forth between his world and the outside internet space, typically with Kinito.

In serverbox, once 1.0/Serverbox/Kinito deletes everything and cuts basically all of the internet access to the server (-minus the occasional weird emails from the outside) he's effectively locked out, even if he wasn't, his world is gone, his friend is gone, it was deleted and he would've been deleted along with it if he had been there, he has nowhere left to go in there. Along with that was part of his memory specifically of dying and becoming digital, he thinks he's just as normal as the other askers. But he's starting to realize his reality isn't quite right, things aren't adding up, there's a half visible arrow pointing to the answer for everything he's experiencing. And the answer says he's dead, he's not human anymore.

His nickname for his Kinito was Key or Keys, which is funny because when the Kinitos were deleted he essentially lost his keys to the Kinitopet servers.

I'm always suspicious when things like this happen. Part of me will always wonder if it was intentional or, at the very least, understood that it would happen if We '..Want to Proceed?'

Back in the old Modern Warfare 2 days, I could always tell when a hacker joined or unleashed his HackPack because the frames would freeze for a bit.

The potential scenarios this conjures in my imagination are many

idk if people on tumblr know about this but a cybersecurity software called crowdstrike just did what is probably the single biggest fuck up in any sector in the past 10 years. it's monumentally bad. literally the most horror-inducing nightmare scenario for a tech company.

some info, crowdstrike is essentially an antivirus software for enterprises. which means normal laypeople cant really get it, they're for businesses and organisations and important stuff.

so, on a friday evening (it of course wasnt friday everywhere but it was friday evening in oceania which is where it first started causing damage due to europe and na being asleep), crowdstrike pushed out an update to their windows users that caused a bug.

before i get into what the bug is, know that friday evening is the worst possible time to do this because people are going home. the weekend is starting. offices dont have people in them. this is just one of many perfectly placed failures in the rube goldburg machine of crowdstrike. there's a reason friday is called 'dont push to live friday' or more to the point 'dont fuck it up friday'

so, at 3pm at friday, an update comes rolling into crowdstrike users which is automatically implemented. this update immediately causes the computer to blue screen of death. very very bad. but it's not simply a 'you need to restart' crash, because the computer then gets stuck into a boot loop.

this is the worst possible thing because, in a boot loop state, a computer is never really able to get to a point where it can do anything. like download a fix. so there is nothing crowdstrike can do to remedy this death update anymore. it is now left to the end users.

it was pretty quickly identified what the problem was. you had to boot it in safe mode, and a very small file needed to be deleted. or you could just rename crowdstrike to something else so windows never attempts to use it.

it's a fairly easy fix in the grand scheme of things, but the issue is that it is effecting enterprises. which can have a looooot of computers. in many different locations. so an IT person would need to manually fix hundreds of computers, sometimes in whole other cities and perhaps even other countries if theyre big enough.

another fuck up crowdstrike did was they did not stagger the update, so they could catch any mistakes before they wrecked havoc. (and also how how HOW do you not catch this before deploying it. this isn't a code oopsie this is a complete failure of quality ensurance that probably permeates the whole company to not realise their update was an instant kill). they rolled it out to everyone of their clients in the world at the same time.

and this seems pretty hilarious on the surface. i was havin a good chuckle as eftpos went down in the store i was working at, chaos was definitely ensuring lmao. im in aus, and banking was literally down nationwide.

but then you start hearing about the entire country's planes being grounded because the airport's computers are bricked. and hospitals having no computers anymore. emergency call centres crashing. and you realised that, wow. crowdstrike just killed people probably. this is literally the worst thing possible for a company like this to do.

crowdstrike was kinda on the come up too, they were starting to become a big name in the tech world as a new face. but that has definitely vanished now. to fuck up at this many places, is almost extremely impressive. its hard to even think of a comparable fuckup.

a friday evening simultaneous rollout boot loop is a phrase that haunts IT people in their darkest hours. it's the monster that drags people down into the swamp. it's the big bag in the horror movie. it's the end of the road. and for crowdstrike, that reaper of souls just knocked on their doorstep.

Albedo: Physically, you smashed a window in your school building. Socially, your turbonic form flirted with Kaio and made him a complete and utter mess. Emotionally, you may have scarred or awakened something in him.

I know this ABSOLUTELY NOT GOING TO HAPPEN

I... really like @theangrycomet's AUs. And it's no secret that Dendy is my favorite character from OK K.O. So... whenever things are written for OK K.O. I tend to want Dendy in it.

This is based off of theangrycomet's "Madly Broken AU" and I know this will never happen. This is a concept that will probably never appear in their story but I wanted just... I just wanted to do this.

Madly Broken!Dendy is a Dendy that is teamed up with Boxman and the Boxbots and able to land in a river on the other side of the world, AFTER TKO's Planet Wide Genocide. Boxman and Dendy are unable to breath and get damaged in the process of reentry, but are protected by Darrell and Raymond respectively. Using limited technology, they're able to send a help signal to Planet X, which actually has a very similar atmosphere to Earth.

The Xians come down and assist the robots and limited humans to create a large greenhouse environment to help them live on. It is then that Boxman and Dendy are able to leave their Robots, but at a cost. Boxman is pretty much blind and is left with only his chicken arm as his limb, but the other Boxbots are willing to give up some of their materials to help their father.

Dendy on the other hand, refuses any help from the Boxbots, and instead uses the remains of her hackpack she still had to create some basic limb shapes to help her get around. Her new leg is shorter than her other leg, so she has to limp to get around, even with the aid of a walking stick.

Boxman and Dendy don't really have a good versus evil anymore, and between the two and their advanced knowledge (as well as help with Xian resource supplies being shipped to them) they begin to try to build something resembling different types of labs for them to work in, including but not limited to: a mechanics lab which current project is trying to create a code to make the greenhouse be able to grow larger and claim more land, a biochemical lab to try to create frozen zygotes from DNA, a lab to try to breed plants that will give better seed yields.

There is most likely no way for KO to want to return to this universe, so Dendy would never see her friend again. If she did, they would probably be more focused on the fact that each other survived and then it would hit that they mostly survived.

there was apparently supposed to an episode where Fink gets enrolled into KO’s school but it had to be scrapped due to the limited amount of episodes they had. Which is a huge shame because that concept is amazing, so I kinda want to make an AU, and maybe even a fanfic out of it. 

A couple concepts:

-Takes place after Let’s Get Shadowy  And then diverges from canon. 

-Lots of KO/Fink step-sibling shenanigans! And also the Boxbots too. Maybe one day the whole lot of them come over to pick the kids up from school. 

-Have Fink come home with Carol! It’d be nice and wholesome to see them bond.

-Fink and Dendy interactions. Their dynamic would be hilarious. Maybe I could incorporate that idea I had a couple years ago about Fink stealing the hackpack and causing CHAOS

-”why is world famous dangerous villain professor venomous, who has blackmailed the government multiple times, casually walking around an elementary school?” 

-Fink flexes her epic gamer skills on all of her classmates. 

-Maybe some chatroom segments? Idk I’m reading a fic that has those and they are so good and hilarious I wanna do that

I’m just putting this here now so I don’t forget about it, and maybe see if anyone’s interested? I haven’t really finished many fanfics, nor have I actually published any, but I do want to try getting better at writing .
