From the tags: #He def got drunk and somehow convinced everyone else at the 4077th to play and then rigged it so he could kiss Hawkeye#Except everyone else kept leaving the game until he and Hawk were the only two playing but Francis was so drunk that he didn't notice#But it didn't really matter bc Hawk was the only one he wanted to kiss anyway#Hawk can take his alcohol way better though and he actually cares about Mulcahy so he probs told him no and just put him to bed#Maybe in the Swamp so he could keep and eye on him#Or maybe he took Francis back to his own tent but Francis just grabbed onto him and wouldn't let go and then immediately fell asleep so#Hawk couldn't escape#Which could go one of several ways in the morning#Depending on things like whether Hawk managed to extract himself or not and how much Mulchay remembers#I'd like to think it ended happily for them though#I'm def thinking too much into this but he just sounded so proud of his spin the bottle skills and it was adorable#I love him#Father Mulcahy#MASH#S10E11: Follies of the Living Concerns of the Dead#This is all Alan Alda's fault how dare he write and direct things (which inevitably all make me go insane)#Hawkahy

there truly is no show like mash. the main character lineup in season 1 is a groucho marx fanboy who reads nudist magazines and can't stop making puns, his roommate the cheating husband but it's okay because he's blond, their other roommate who probably has the constitution and the army rules and regulations memorised and doesn't understand a word of them, the woman he's cheating on his wife with who he's convinced himself doesn't count somehow because she's married to the army, their commanding officer who keeps fishing lures on his hat and hooks his finger every time he salutes, the possibly psychic teenager who listens in on the co's calls when he's not busy racing bugs, a guy trying so hard to get out of the army on grounds of mental instability he's eating a jeep and cross dressing, and the boxer army chaplain who somehow gets along better with the first guy than anyone else here because at least he can appreciate a joke.

A lot of sitcom endings are like "This moment is sad because the gang is splitting up and everyone's going their separate ways, it's the end of an era but there are good things ahead and we'll always remember the memories we've shared. Here's a bittersweet pop song."

The ending of Mash is like "The protagonist just had a mental break after years of repeated exposure to the worst of humanity. The man he loves is going home to his perfect suburban family, leaving him alone and adrift. It's unlikely he'll ever fully recover from what he's been through. The fan favourite side character recieved a traumatic head injury, he's going home permanently deaf and none of the other characters know because he hid the information from them. People might be going home but the war isn't over, it's never over, war will never be over as long as there are humans on earth to wage it. We'll see you all next year for the worst spinoff to ever air on television."

Wake up, new P*E*A*N*U*T*S just dropped!! With Charles this time! I still haven't come up with any ideas for P*E*A*N*U*T*S Potter, but I'll get to him eventually! I'm biased toward the early seasons and it shows lol. I like how I drew Margaret's hair here more than in the last batch, I think it's sillier <3

Behold, my magnum opus!!!

Every song played, sung, mentioned, and referenced in M*A*S*H! I worked very hard on this and there were unfortunately 3 or 4 songs that had no options through spotify.

Thankfully, using podcasts I was able to include some of my favorite of the unavailable though! I hope all my fellow mashposters enjoy!
