Unlike the beaches of Galveston, this beach on the Hawaiian Island, Kauai, has a pretty low vulnerability to erosion due to sea level rise. This is based on what makes up the shoreline. Galveston has a very small slope to its very sandy beaches. Along this particular coastline though, the big rocks aren’t so easily moved. They also help protect it against wave action that is a constant. I’m interested to see any of your coast lines and if you think it has a higher or lower vulnerability!
