#how hard is it to implement ospf in an existing nw?

(instead of doing any bullshit involving accelerating the time schedule for dismantling system2, why dont we just set up routes for these two systems to talk to each other so theyre not cut off when we rip out system1)

honestly it was a pretty minor change, but i feel like i understand ip routing a little better now.

hm. it occurs to me all of this could probably be avoided if we had ospf implemented instead of oniy using static routing internally. Maybe we should do that someday.
