how it really feels

you ache from hot flashes to panic attacks you shiver you have to promise to let me let you go sometimes , well , most of the time , i didn't even want to let you go you're almost like a drug , you know that? you're not good for me you made me sick you made me sane you made me go fucking insane you do breathe though, when it's over that awful aching in your chest comes to an end hot flashes and panic attacks turn into complete trash forgetting the throwbacks that even brought you back you stop shivering, you smile this is the point i was told you're suppose to hope for the best , i think at least you hope that person , the very best -don't forget to thank yourself
