It's risky to expand your business blindly. What should you consider before you scale a dropshipping business? How to scale it? Here's the scientific approach to do it! https://www.goten.com/Blog/scale-a-business.html

Epic businesses require epic personal growth and even higher levels of self awareness. There is no middle ground or lukewarm approach to having created a successful and lucrative business without an intense amount of self-realization. This doesn’t go away. There is no “I checked that painful story off my list now it will never come back again.” Lessons circle back around. Fears manifest at the same proportion as your business growth. This requires a level of attention to your emotional requirements that can be easily placed at the bottom of the list. If you’re serious about your goals your business will ask you to be equally as serious about your personal growth as well. It is common for a woman in business to isolate herself within her business. This is not only toxic to her heart it is toxic for her clients or services or products. The services I am providing for high-vibe biz babes address the many dynamics and obstacles that show up while scaling or upleveling a business. Having an emotionally supportive and spiritually guided facilitator in your life will make a profound shift on the impact your business is able to make. If you are not expanding how can you expect your business to? These two are beautifully connected and too often overlooked. For more information please visit my website or send me a message directly so we can connect and set you up to be fully supported in this next quarter. Xo. You are seen, heard and loved. _________ Photo: @vees_photos Event: @thegcwsummit. . . _________ #elevateyourself #buildingmyfempire #goaldiggers #goalcrushers #garyveehustle #bossbabe #itpaystobebrave #bizbabecrew #bossbabecommunity #hustleandflow #hustleandsoul #empoweredwomenempowerwomen #spiritualhealer #holdingspace #biztips #levellingup #howtoscale #youreworthit — view on Instagram https://ift.tt/2Liy60I

Tools For Managing Your Business Efficiently #howtorunabusiness #howtoscale #growthhacks Download the eBook: https://ift.tt/2Wg9Pge A Well Oiled Machine Managing your business can feel like juggling fine china in a bouncy house. Keeping all the daily details from becoming disasters is a full-time job in and of itself. At Blu Bambu we know the struggle. Over the years, we have found a myriad of tools and apps that help us keep our business running like a finely tuned machine. Here are some of the solutions we have discovered. “Businesses grow when they can scale using technology.” Basic Business Tools Hands Free Functions – Whether you are taking notes with voice-to-text or recording a thought you had to work on later, using your voice instead of your keyboard. Banking Apps – Track and Manage your finances with your bank’s app. Scanning/Photo Apps – Your phone is now a scanner, copier, fax, and note taker. Note Taking – Keeping all your notes in the same place is helpful. Not having to scramble for a pen and paper makes all the difference. Learning Apps – Keeping your edge, no matter what your business is, is essential if you want to survive and thrive in business. Communication Tools Project Management – Keeping track of ourselves is challenging enough. Keeping track of our team and keeping the daily details moving as well takes it to the next level. Scheduling – Trying to find a time that works for you and your clients or team members can be difficult when you are both staring at your calendars trying to find time between doctors appointments and the essentials of working on your other projects. File Sharing – Sharing your project files with clients or collaborating on those files is easier with file sharing. Video Conferencing – Unfortunately, holograms aren’t available just yet. But we can still hold virtual meetings with Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, and Google Hangouts. Marketing CRM – Keeping in touch with your clients and potential clients takes a lot of time. But with tools that manage your interactions (CRM: Customer Relationship Management), you can manage your sales, customers, proposals, contracts, and invoices, send regular communications, newsletters, and marketing emails, and build a relationship with clients. Social Media – The same apps you use for your personal profiles are important to your marketing efforts. Conclusion – Know when to call the Experts Even though these apps provide us with the ability to run our business, we can’t always do it ourselves. We know the value of a good accountant during tax season. Sure we can track our expenditures with a Quickbooks or banking app, but knowing where to include deductions and business losses better left to the experts. The most valuable tools we have are the connections with other experts. We aren’t experts in taxes, or toilets. We are experts when it comes to helping companies like yours create and execute online marketing strategies that work. We would love to sit down with you for a FREE Strategy Session to see if we can help equip your business with another tool for success.

How to Delegate, Focus and Grow Your Business Ready to grow your business, but don't know how to fit more into your day? It might be time to hire a virtual assistant! Hiring your first virtual assistant can be scary, but consider the benefits. A virtual assistant can free up time that you're spending on administrative work and replace it with what you do best. I'm excited to join +Jason T. Wiser on his show “Get on Track, Stay on Track” tomorrow at 10am PST as we discuss how you can scale your business beyond yourself! If you're ready to build a scalable and sustainable business, you won't want to miss this show! #smallbusiness #businesstips #virtualassistant ▼ Reshared Post From Jason T. Wiser ▼ Scale your Business Beyond Yourself, It's time This is an http://ontracktips.com production Event on Mobile - http://jtw.bz/RRHOAir Are you just getting started in business, or you been at it for a while? If you've been at it for a while, and you're getting clients, you start running out of hours pretty quickly. You reach a point where you don’t seem to have enough time to service all your clients AND keep up with marketing, social media, administration, and sales. You start getting bogged down with the busy work. It’s time to stop trading hours for dollars. It’s time to scale. So how do you do it? Well, the first step is hire some VAs. Outsource some work to Elance and Odesk even the Philippines. But until you try bringing somebody on board, it’s just theory. Wouldn't it be great to have someone give you simple step by step instructions on how to find, hire, and train your first assistant. And even better if that person would help you avoid mistakes and teach you how to create job descriptions, develop systems, and learn how to delegate tasks effectively. And most importantly, they teach you how to let go of control and trust someone else with your business. Too often we think to ourselves, “I could have done this a lot faster than the time it took me to train someone to do it.” So, how do you scale your business? Well, that's exactly why I invited Rebekah Radice to come and tell us how she did it. Go look at her content, blog and web properties, all top notch, and she admits, she’s not doing it all herself.
