We work barefoot always utilizing #nabosomattechnology waking up the proprioceptive system & firing up the CNS. Yesterday, I forgot to add my 7ft #stickmobility for tensional length & strength. In my world, I train people to be long and strong so the spine becomes resilient & flexible & adaptable to variable forces. Tensional strength is the new norm. I use the RMT Club because it activates all 4 properties of #fascia. The airex pads are used for 3d training so the hips and lower back absorb variable forces which maximizes the body’s ability to move through space with loads. Get a hold of my 74-year-old client who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s a year and a half ago. Forgive me for the terrible video it was hard to do two things at once. He’s standing on @naboso_barefoot_technology to activate his CNS from the stimulation the texture of the mat applies to the bottom of his feet where his small free nerve endings heightening proprioception while, enhancing his interoceptive awareness, your feeling sense. You probably can’t tell from the video but while he’s performing the exercises I make him do brain games. I call out mathematical equations and he must come up with the answers and move to the side designated for even or odd.
